I found the prices per item* to be fairly acceptable. But, the reason I rated 3 - stars is due to what I consider a shady business practice. Buy 1 get 1 (or 2) for the whole store essentially forces you into buying 2 or three of everything you want. You lose the ability to purchase 1 set of mortars and must purchase 2. And all they do is double the price of a single item and there you go. So no, for what I got it was not unfair. But to force my hand like that... I will probably try to find a different store elsewhere with a different pricing scheme. Let me choose how much to buy and we are golden. What other people said about them working with customers to design a show and having videos is all true.

Our Sales Rep Harris was very knowledgeable about the various pyrotechnic and fireworks in the store. He accommodated us and stayed along side as we maneuvered through every isle of the store and answered all of our questions with no pressure. He went as far as to show us videos on the various products we had in our buggy to assure that we where purchasing the correct product in line with our expectations. He is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. He is definitely an asset to your team!

The customer service was the best I have ever seen. They were so nice to us. They gave us a GREAT deal. The best one ever. This store is definitely 5-star.

Great experience! I ordered my fireworks online and selected a pick up date/time. When you arrive there are reserved spots where the team brings your fireworks out to the car. Super easy and Jeff was very friendly!
