My sons first birthday was today and i really wanted it to be very special. So I called them up, Im so glad I did, because MEEMEE came and I just loved her work. The face paints were so amazing, the kids had so much fun. The balloon animals were so detailed. I just loved everything and I definitely recommend.

I have used them three times since May and they continue to impress me. Great service, good quality balloons that last so long! They have gone to three metro Atlanta cities for me. One super girly, one for a boy, and the third for a boy and girl together. Each was unique and special.

Fun-O-Rama provided a face painter and Black Panther costume character for our companys picnic in July! They had great prices and quality professionals! I absolutely loved working with them. Funorama and I go wayyyy back to 2015 when she decorated my sons Little Man Party. Ever since then she has been my go to person for all things decor. She has decorated an event for me every year since then. She can decorate any kind of event. She is a beast when it comes to balloons. She can make anything out of balloons. Funorama was a HUGE hit at our event for 1,000 people. They were right on time, handled the lines perfectly and were extremely professional. Will be hiring them again!

Funorama was everything for my daughters first birthday party. We sure got what we paid for. The kids was so excited to get they faces painted and get a ballon art. They even have a parachute game for the kids to play wasn’t expecting that at all. I will be using again in the near future. Thanks

Funorama made my son’s 8th birthday the best party he has ever had. We rented a bounce house and had a face painter. The bounce house was set up and taken down on time and was in perfect condition. All of the children loved getting their face professionally painted.

We enjoyed the Organic Arch that ran thru the kitchen and living room area! It was perfect for the baby shower we were throwing!!! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Maria helped us with every aspect of the party. From giving us details on the package over the phone, to setting up, to entertaining the kids. They were great on the day of the party, with the decor, face paint, and ease of coordinating set-up, take-down. It wasnt cheap, but we got a really beautiful and fun party in the end!

We recently used funorama for my sons 2nd birthday party. I couldnt be more pleased to have booked with them. Becky was our entertainer for the event and she was spectacular! The detailed face painting she did on both the children and adults was nothing short or amazing! Reliable and professional with a great sense of humor is everything you could ask for from a company like this and they certainly delivered. Thank you so much funorama! This was my 4th year in a row using Funorama to celebrate my son’s birthday. Because the services that had been provided over the past 3 years were so exceptional, I didn’t think twice about verifying the details leading up to this year’s party. Big mistake, as there was a huge difference in the quality of every single detail when comparing then to now. For starters, I reserved the diamond theme package (also the most expensive package), and explicitly stated via email that I wanted the same set up that I had received in the past, which I expected to include a large bounce house with a slide, decorated tables with accompanying canopy tents, and large balloon columns and balloon designs. To my dismay, we received a small, dirty and slide-less, bounce house, contracted and delivered through another company, with a shortage in the cord that caused it to constantly deflate throughout the party. Additionally there were no decorated tents provided to shade the guests or the food, and the ballon decor was noticeably smaller and far less than impressive with no designs. Traditionally, the goodie bags would include fun puzzles, coloring books, pencils, candy, and other theme-appropriate gifts for the guests. However this time around the kids received old tootsie rolls, individual packs of generic cookies, and small sample size cups of generic play dough that was simply labeled as “dough”. Not to mention that the tootsie rolls were carelessly wrapped in girly cellophane bags with the words “manicure and pedicure time” printed all over them. Did I mention this party was for my son’s 4th birthday??? We also ordered additional tables and chairs for parents. And although we never expected them to be decorated like the main tables for the kids, they were usually set up and incorporated around the main tables to look nice. This time the extra tables were left folded up and placed under a tree for me to set up on my own.I called the owner to see if a mistake had been made, and was told that there had been some “slight changes” to the packages over the last year, and in so many condescending words, that I should have paid closer attention to the details of the invoice.I’m an attorney by trade so I definitely understand how contracts work, but there’s also something called implied intent - especially when the parties have engaged in business practices multiple times in the past. There’s also something called morality and loyalty to patrons who are loyal to your business.In addition to being told that changes had been made to the packages, I learned that the only alternate option to receive the addditional services that I expected was to pay additional money and order them a la carte. Meaning I paid the same price as in the past for cheaper products, or in the case of the tents, no products at all. I could go on and on, but the point is that I am beyond disappointed with Funorama. I’m not the type to typically leave bad reviews or react to misunderstandings, as I believe things can be worked out. In this case, I was not seeking anything other than the company properly acknowledging that a mistake had been made so that we could all move on and look forward to another party next year. But all I received was a nonchalant and backhanded apology that there had been miscommunication between myself and their new hire. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and given them business from at least 3 referrals. We also recently welcomed another baby boy into our family, and considered the idea of using the company twice a year to celebrate both children’s birthdays, but that is not the case anymore. I will not be using this company again, nor will I continue to recommend them to any of my mom groups, as they have clearly become more concerned with quantity over quality.
