The property shown is the Richardson Olmsted Complex, a National Historic Landmark. Hotel Henry Urban Resort Conference Center, 1/3 and the first phase of rehabilitating the national historic landmark is located at the Richardson Olmsted Complex and will open April 1, 2017.The Buffalo Psychiatric Center is a different building nearby - the photos aligned with the center are inaccurate.

I wanted to go here for photography tour and was told that I could not even post photographs I paid to take! they take your money and your pictures too! no way Hose!
