Stopped for a late lunch/dinner, with limited seating told it would be about a 10 minute wait, no problem. we waited, received a text our table is ready. Sat at our table looked over the menu then continued to sit for 25 minutes without any service, during this time two different servers waited on every table around us including a couple that were just seated. I know these times are tough on everyone but we try our best to help business but Im not feeling sorry when they treat customers this way. We enjoy the views during the summer but will dont think Ill hurry to go back anytime soon.

A must stop while boating on the water. Very easy for my captain to pull in & the service is wonderful. Although with the Coronavirus going on and the menu limited I still found some good food choices. Besides food, there are a lot of entertainment & my out of town guests loved walking up in the air on the catwalks & riding screaming as they came down the silo ziplines. 100% recommend for the family or just out with friends.

Rode bicycle to Niagara Falls from Erie, PA. On the way home I wanted a burger and a beer. I ordered the jam burger and the Froot Loops Sour. The burger and beer were fantastic. The waitress was prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu to make recommendations. The facility itself was adequately spaced for safe social distancing. Patrons were required to wear masks if they moved about the facility. Staff was diligent on cleaning surfaces and ensuring the safety of everyone visiting the restaurant.I was greatly impressed.

Stopped by the other day and it was pretty slow, a few tables at most. Service from the bartender was awesome. Now to the food I ordered the mahi mahi tacos and picked the chips as the side. The fish was horrible very dry felt like it was microwaved the chips were not fresh to any means. They tastes like they were cooked the day before absolutely disgusting. No fresh tasting food there last time ill order food from them.

Came here for the Easter Brunch buffet. They need to be more organized! There were reservations as early as 10 am but they did not start letting people in until 10:45 am, so a lot of people were just standing there waiting to get let in, even though its a buffet where the people just serve themselves. The venue is huge and the food is good. The bathrooms are clean. Their dessert station could use some improvement.

Visited 10/28 for paint night. Training needs to be done on federal ADA law and service dogs. I was told that I needed to show identification for my service dog. Whichever lady was hassling me said it was policy and also the law that I have to show identification. This is FALSE and it is AGAINST the law to ask for identification of a service dog by FEDERAL & STATE LAW. Please do some research and train yourselves & your employees on ADA law & service dogs. The woman was very rude and seemed to know so much from the articles she has read. She wouldnt even listen to my friend who is a disability attorney that happened to be with me during this episode. Apparently the higher ups told your hostess that this is a policy that she must enforce. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. As a service dog handler I know my rights with ADA law and it is imperative that a business would honor those rights. Those with identification are the ones who purchased their dog an ID off the internet for $50 and are FAKE service dogs. By law service dogs do not require identification or even a vest labeling them as a service dog. Right from the NYS website a public accomodation provider may not demand proof that the animal is certified. I hope a new policy will come from this because this was extremely upsetting and ruined both mine and my friends night out.

Not impressed. Great work on the steel art and outdoor seating area but the menu is less than a ballpark. Fish tacos seemed to be the safe bet but.. With 3 stouts listed but empty - good alternative though. Overall good experience to be out with friends in this open history park on the river. Friendly staff stuck behind the counter. Spend some $$ to bring the waiting staff back. Lets go Buffalo!

Had a family reunion lunch on 8/8. Very disappointed. I had a Caeser w chicken. It was dry and cold. Wife had Angus Burger. Medium. She has seen pucks that were fresher. Fries given to another instead of tater tots. Other burgers burnt. Just about everyone had a complaint. Very slow service a problem. No excuses would justify.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the food. It was really good! There was a snafu with who was serving our table, took a while and a couple requests before we got a server. But once we did, he was fantastic. As was the food. The crust for the pizza is absolutely delicious. I had the sausage platter; like butter! The potato pancakes and sauerkraut that came with...were devine as well! The fish fry at our table was thick, meaty and not at all greasy. Also at our table we had a burger and one of the dinner salads. Everyone was pleased! Well done!

Bought tickets for a show that was supposed to happen months ago. It didn’t because of COVID-19. That I understand. I received an email stating I would get refunded in the beginning of May and it could take up to a month to process with what is going on. That time came and gone. I called the company that processes the tickets several times and just say we don’t know. I tried contacting Buffalo River works as it was their show. They don’t care to answer. Here we are in a situation where money is tight and they have a couple hundred dollar of mine and who knows who else.

We had a group of 4 for my friends birthday with a reservation for 5pm last night (6/28) We were seated right away but we waited almost 30mins for a server to even acknowledge us! And I have to add where we were seated (out on the patio)...there was this awful smell that picked up every time the wind picked up...like we were sitting next to a porta-John. While we were waiting for a server I decided to go to the bar to get a round of drinks...I wish I would’ve caught her name. She was miserable and had an attitude. Definitely not a good first impression. We finally got a server when another waitress realized Boone had come over to our table yet...Our order wasn’t hard...3 burgers and a chicken sandwich. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich as he took her order FIRST. The only food that came out was the 3 burgers because he “forgot” to put it in!!?? I was watching him and he only had maybe 3 other tables besides us...how could you forget? Then as he was flipping through his pad of paper with the orders on it...he never wrote it down! It was the FIRST order he took. He rang it in and my friend got her food after everyone else was already done eating. We ordered a couple rounds of drinks in which each round came in different cups. Not from us asking...it’s just how he brought them. We ordered chicken wings which came out hot and crispy and were good. I won’t put the servers name on here but if Riverworks wants to contact me...I’d be happy to tell them his name. It was my first time there and I definitely was NOT impressed.

Wow! Riverworks is an awesome oddity located in, what looks like a post-war wasteland. At first glance the property looks like so many other forgotten, long ago shuttered, industrial parks. Cool venue, and theyve done great things with the space, but it is poorly managed. They have double-booked the space many times, the waitstaff is extremely hit-or-miss, the food quality is ridiculously inconsistent, and the parking situation is ridiculous (I understand that they only own the one parking lot, but they really need to purchase the other lots next to it so that people wont have to pay to park in a muddy mess and walk a quarter mile through mud and slush).Management is really not helpful - they dont listen to their patrons, and dont take constructive criticism very well. If you want to run a successful business, you need to listen to the people who didnt enjoy their time there - its the best way to make positive changes. The food is mediocre. The pizza is made there, with the dough stretched on premises, and that is easily the best item on the menu. The tots are extremely popular (but those are hard to mess up). The rest of the dishes usually are underwhelming - flavorless, and frequently cold.Im interested to see what they do with the brewery and the outdoor beer garden this summer - hopefully that will bring some improvements.TL:DR - cool venue, great sports, iffy-service and food (get the pizza).
