I had found a unit that I was interested in purchasing and that we had in fact made an offer on that was for all intents & purposes accepted. In the interim of waiting for the new title and finishing the closing my father and I had asked to further inspect the mobile home prior to my moving in as I was new to the mobile home market and so was he and we had missed looking closer at the roof when first meeting with the seller as well as looking under the unit. As an engineer, he just wanted to be sure that both the foundation and roof were in good repair. But apparently asking for this was a deal breaker to the broker/owner, even though he asked for/encouraged a list of concerns. He abruptly broke/rejected the purchase agreement as we were accused of asking for too much in the way of inspecting things.To say that this came as a shock as well as was disappointing would be an understatement especially after what seemed to be such positive interactions at prior meetings. At the end of the day this only leaves us with the conclusion that the property must not have been sound and that the seller was dishonest.Buyer beware.

Its always very clean and picked up and always friendly smiles from folks..My brother Keven is proud to live in such a well ran Park..

I have owned a mobile home in this park for more than 20yrs now. I have seen 3 park managers come & go & have had my issues with management & maintanence. Currently, yep I have an issue. But I must say; I have a Beautiful lot on the end of a street. We have full grown trees & do not have to pay water & sewer. With new owners many of us are hopeful for improvements that the state of Minnesota has required of mobile home parks to comply with. I gave it a 3star rating because the park management has yet to address some of these requirements. Im trying to give them a fair amount of time....so those stars could go up or down. But when I compare this park to other parks near by; based on lot size, location, lot rent & ammenities, today I choose this one.

Absolutely horrible!!! Would tell enemy to live there! they say water is included but how come my rent went up due to water going up we still pay it! Management is worse now then ever! Laziest management I have seen yet 3rd managers in 5 years

People leaving their driveways should stop and look. They almost hit me. Lucky I pay attention

Cheating lowlife

Owned a home there for many yeas, management were always slow to respond to any issues.sold the place, and the park manager assumed control of the property without filing for the title.Now years later, I am owing taxes because neither management or the new owners want any responsibilty.Horrible place to call home, would not recommend it to an enemy.
