A great place to practice aerial for beginners and experienced alike. The community and teachers at Bird’s Nest are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in trying out the aerial/circus arts!

This place is a gift. A collection of talented, friendly, caring, dedicated and safe artists, knowledgeable in a variety of physical mediums, who are always willing to educate, inspire and learn from one another and their guests. A treat to watch and work with, they make every new participant feel welcomed and involved, regardless of their particular skill level, experience and body type. If you come to the Birds Nest with an open mind, they will fill it with new ideas and dreams, then the confidence to pursue them. Learn how to hula hoop, do a hand stand, take a yoga class, learn to fly and climb all over your friends. Its worth it.

Wonderful staff for a really nice alternative to the gym. Incredible reuse of building space on the east side of Buffalo. Enjoying acroyoga immensely.

What an awesome and welcoming collective group of people. There is a lot out front (even though the GPS takes you around back). Their website has a listing of classes. I was recommended to join them for their jams which it sounds like is on every Monday. Such a cool and unique experience.

This place is truly special and unique. Everyone in it is talented and its wonderful that they want to dedicate this space and their time to teaching others to hone their own talent through movement. I am more than happy to support them and I can only hope they continue to grow and thrive.

This place is wonderful!! You can do things here you never thought possible and have fun in the process. The teachers are knowledgeable and kind; the students are welcoming and friendly; and the building is in a constant state of renewal and renovation. My wife and I have been working with 2 amazing instructors (Jay and Juliana). We both had zero experience and were a little hesitant at first to start but that changed after our first lesson with Juliana and Jay. They made us feel immediately comfortable and are really patient and encouraging. We were doing things we didnt think possible during our first lesson and we both immediately felt comfortable with them. The vibe of the entire place is really welcoming. They are so talented at performing and make it look so easy but are also good at teaching it to complete beginners and presenting it in a way for us to understand. I think one of the most important things when beginning something new is doing it in a safe, comfortable and positive environment and thats exactly what Juliana and Jay provide. We highly recommend that you check out The Birds Nest.

Beautiful space with kind and welcoming experienced instructors who prioritize safety and community above all. They offer lots of different kinds of classes so you can try everything and see what you like. Great place to learn new tricks, make new friends, and have fun!

Awesome place with super cool people. Everyone is welcoming, and more than willing to help everyone, especially those that are new. Safety is #1 there too, which is greatly appreciated. Today was my third time coming, and faaaaar from the last time!

The Birds Nest is a friendly and welcoming place where you can learn to do cool things with your body that you never would have thought possible. They have a strong focus on safety, a freakin cool space, and knowledgeable teachers.

Great welcoming community to help learn new skills

Its a decent space and a few different things to do its pretty pricy and you cant just walk in and check out a class you have to pay a lot before hand and if you dont like it you lose your money, I find that this other place called Rings of Fire is better and more friendly and fun its a much more fun way to work out and not feel judged by the teachers i prefer them much more, their place has a schedule that is much more flexible and the prices are cheaper and theres much more to do, i dont think im going to The Birds Nest ever again and wont recommend it to any of my other flow friends
