Bought a hacky sack and Im also looking at a bong bought a torch from here a while ago it lasted about a year and a half but it only cost like 30 bucks great place to come from bowls, bongs, vaporizers and incense.

This place is disgusting and unsanitary. The product is cheap garbage. No one that works here has a clue about anything. I cant believe this place has any business but if you were considering going here, DONT! Spend your money anywhere but here. The owners will lie to you about anything they can to take your money.

Elderly lady was asked for a suggestion and other questions and didn’t seem interested at all in playing customer service. Then over charged me by a $100 for a pen... I’m sure this woman does not represent the entire staff but she still creates horrible experiences for your customers. Keep that in mind. We won’t be going back. Pens are not the only items with hiked up prices here..UPDATE: An employee is attempting to state that my experience here is a lie....I can provide you or who ever speaking with a receipt for a $150 dollar pen purchase from your store, if you’d like to refund me for that overcharge. Please feel free to send me an email anytime. I have no problem with being reimbursed for the experience I received with my wife the first time we had ever been into a local store like this. Also let me know if you want the brand and make of the pen to go along with the receipt. This just goes to show this business is not into customer service and would rather debate with their customers.

I went there to ask about CBD oil and CBD products, they had a lovely selection of different products and choices to use, the staff was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I would go back.

This place sold me a small bong with a two inch crack on the inside at full price. I didnt see it untill I took it out at home and inspected the peice myself. They should have had this peice out of the display.

So yeah I should be all about this right because you know its decades and Im me but its actually a little too in your face and could probably turn it down just a little bit. It has kind of a corporate feel to it at least from my perspective and I like more of a personal touch when Im in a smoke shop to feel more comfortable that Im in a smoke shop. Dont miss their 4/20 sale tho thats a good one.

Purchased a more expensive hand torch last summer, was lied to and told it had a lifetime warranty, and if it ever failed to just bring it back. Today when it died I called to get info and was talked to like an idiot, while being denied the exchange that was promised to me. Spend your money somewhere other than a place that only gives a damn about your money. Support small shops, not thieves.

I have been a patron of Decades for well over a decade and have spent hundreds if not thousands at their small chain of stores. I can say, that after today, I will no longer be a patron of their stores. My girlfriend and I brought back a vape pen that didnt work the day we bought it. Mind you, we did purchase the pen a few weeks back, nevertheless I could have told the woman behind the counter we bought it yesterday a d she wouldnt have known any better. Well, right from the beginning, the woman(whom Ive dealt with in the past and have never had a very welcoming experience with) was very rude and condescending to both my girlfriend and myself.As it turns out, the vape pen managed to work with a different cartridge than the one we had and at that point, had we not been treated so poorly, would have counted our losses with the bad cartridge and left the store. Instead, the woman continued to patronize us, even as my girlfriend explained to her that she couldnt get to the store earlier because she had a broken foot and proceed to go as far as taking drags of the vape pen and blowing the vapor in our faces in a very rude manner. Honestly, I have never felt more disgraced by a shop cashier in my life. Its a shame, because most of the other employees were alwahs very nice, helpful, informative and attentive to my needs and concerns. I was never able to get the womans name but Im guessing she may be ownership. Its unfortunate that one individual with such a strongly negative disposition could ruin a 10+ year relationship with a store that I always enjoyed attending and spending my hard earned money at. Well, not anymore.

Always have something to delight anyones eclectic taste. Great glass, and a wide variety of other products and gifts. Great place to go for Christmas, Birthdays or any holiday for anyone with an alternative side. Staff is wonderful and have an extensive knowledge of all of the products they sell. Ive been a repeat customer for years and never had a problem. Just be careful of clothing knock offs, they will not honor or offer refunds for defective products. If you plan on getting a vape or any other type of electronic device, make sure it has a warranty and to make sure it is active. Have fun and enjoy a relaxed no pressure atmosphere. And be sure to keep up with the 4/20 sale!

We hope nothing will show in urine tests because he must be tested each week for any substance.We kinda hoped there was reading materials about ingredients and allergies to. CBD.

It always smells great in Decades.Nice selection of glassware. A tad pricey on some lines, but good mid and lower end variety. Lots of accessories. Hemp goods. Candles, incense, beads and Dead gear.Cant speak to the vapor side of things as Im not a partaker, per se... but it appears to be extensive and well stocked.

Decent local store, has just about everything you would need from humidors to candy. Parking lot in rear is great considering the high traffic volume on the street in front of the main entrance. Employees are knowledgeable and have a unique humor.

Who goes into a headshop to brose? No one, usually you go in there to spend money. And that’s what I was willing to do today. But the woman was on a personal phone call the whole time. Shouted out to us “let me know if you want something!” Obviously you don’t want the business seeing you are on the phone with a family member about a birthday party. Yes. I had a ton of questions I would’ve loved to buy one of your high priced items. But apparently they don’t need my money. Therefore I will be going up the street to buy a water pipe probably half the price.

I really enjoy this place, you can ask the craziest questions without the worry of intimidation and are very helpful in helping you with any knowledge of your selections

This place has everything you can imagine from clothing to smoking accessories. And the owner was a pioneer in the smoke shop movement. I remember when he had his first shop on abbot rd back in the 1996 era.

I visited this store recently for the 1st time. Employees where helpful and willing to explain things I had questions about. Great variety of things the store offers from your smoking accessories to incense and tye-dyes! Great atmosphere, will definitely be returning in the future!

The owner out of all people filled my e-juice order with her back towards me , using 3 different bottels to fill two 30ml/ 24 nicotine and charged me 34 and some change for it and it taste like potpourri..... Guess i will make the 20 minute drive to go back to perfection vapes for my e juice for two 30ml they only charge me $20 and the quaility of their juice is alot better.
