Any aquarium needs go here they have great selection of fish, accessories, and customer service. Its family owned, they will answer any questions and are very patient if you are a newbie like me. They helped get my aquarium ecosystem levels balanced first before selling me a fish. If they do t have what youre looking just ask, and they will do what they can to accommodate. I have and will always go back for any fish needs.

Always clean tanks never have any concern for the health of the fish and the staff is very knowledgeable and able to help and explain just about everything you need to know about fish you have or are going to get. I love going here BUT, the selection is very small and it seems to be the same few breeds so for someone who likes to go off the beaten path for fish i unfortunately have to shop elsewhere due to selection but otherwise THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!

Bought an overpriced coral that died immediately from brown jelly disease. Simply asked for store credit and would have gladly taken less than the coral cost. Was denied. Horrible customer service

A friend needed to come here for fish. I visited this place with him. The staff working immediately greeted us. They were very willing and able to assist us. They were very knowledgeable on everything they have in the store. One of the gentleman actually educated me on everything needed/required to start and maintain a salt water aquarium. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for fish or supplies.

I love this fish store! They can order fish and plants or decorations you want. They are very knowledgeable about all the fish. It is quite easy to spend a lot of time looking at all the fish in here. They have fish most places that sell fish do not have or would ever dream of carrying!

I adopted a couple fish when my brother moved out of town. I went to Mystic Blue Aquarium because they are very close to my house and I try to shop from local businesses as much as possible. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of fish and accessories. Being a new fish owner, I had many questions that the friendly and helpful staff happily answered. I have found everything I needed and at fair prices.

First visit, the proprietor was friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and well organized. I went looking for tropical freshwater fish and their selection did not disappoint. Prices were reasonable as well. They had a wide variety of fresh and saltwater fish, rocks decorations, and corals. Great experience, I would absolutely go back.

I stopped in here for the first time just last week. I think this place is pretty cool. They had a great selection of coral frags and saltwater fish. i didnt check out his freshwater selection. The prices were awesome, I bought 4 cool frags, and I plan on buying more. If you like saltwater check this place out.

I went there with a friend and was in awe of the knowledge. It is clean and the customer service was incredible. They answered every question for the curious mind of mines. My friend stated she has bought a variety of fish and they were always healthy. They are the go to place if you want to purchase a fish or supplies. Highly recommended.

The guys who work there so helpful anything you need they explain and try understand what you want I want live plants in my aquarium but I dont want snails so they show me what kind of fish I need so eat a snails and so many different times they recommend what I should do or not

Prices are tad higher than local competitor, but not enough to drive you away. Fish all look very healthy and lively. Excellent selection of both freshwater & salt water equipment and livestock. Will be coming back again when Im ready to add more fish.

Workers were very nice and were getting fish out of tanks at a moments notice. They had a very wide variety of fish and pretty much all of them were in great condition. The fish were all pretty good prices but the equipment was a bit expensive although nothing too crazy. This is a wonderful fish store that will most likely have everything you need.

Mystic is my go to shop. The owner and his family are funny and really care about their shop and customers. If theres something specific Im looking for theyll order and let me know. One of the best selections for miles. I only shop at 3 local spots no petsmart or nothing. Chances are youll go in for 2 things come out with 10-15 items later

A solid little shop thats generally clean and well maintained. The highlight is their saltwater selection which is generally similar in size to their freshwater. A good mix of hobby staples as well as the occasional interesting fish. Coral selection is a bit small and seems to include mostly common/lower end, but well cared for coral. A good place to pick up some more basic corals for a fair price. Prices are generally average compared to the other shops in the area. Youre not likely to find a killer deal, but also wont walk away thinking its overpriced.

Beautiful fish tanks, salt and fresh water. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable especially Chris( I believe his name was). I cant thank him enough...he saved my fish. My tank is now beautiful! They also have very unique types of fish. I am used to the ordinary swordtails but the have green, black, red velvet, yellow, etc. Crazy Cool!!! Excellent place a must visit if you love fish.

Im just starting out keeping fish for the last year or two and Mystic Blue has always been helpful. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me through a number of issues Ive run into. I have bought a number of fish here and they have always been healthy and successful. They have a nice set up and a good variety to choose from and have even offered to do special orders if Im looking for something specific.

Probably the best fish store I’ve ever been to, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing fish both fresh and saltwater, and all the fish looked extremely healthy. On top of that because I live out of town one of the employees doubled bagged the fish and gave me a shipping cooler to keep them in. I wish there were more fish stores like this one.

Definitely prefer the fish place due to bigger selection of fish and supplies along with knowledgeable and friendly staff and environment. Although I am definitely happy with the smaller selection they do have and the care of the fish. Def worth checking out.

A true aquarium store run in Buffalo is a painfully rare find. Mystic Blue is one of those elusive locations and has plenty of well kept tanks with a good variety. If you keep fish, come here, not your local chain. While I didnt ask, I suspect the owners would also be able to special order in a particular species if you need it.

I bought 4 goldfish from this place 4 weeks ago, i put them in my tank at home with another 6 I already had, and 8 days later they all died.I friend of my that happens to know a lot about golfish, told me that the new fishes were sick and contaminated the others.I went back to this place to get a reimbursement and to get a good explanation but they refused to give me any money back, he just said BAD LUCK MY FRIEND!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE IT WILL CONTAMINATE YOUR TANK AT HOME!!!!

Nice knowledgeable people that are happy to help you learn what can be a bit of a challenging hobby. Stock of fish and corals could be a little better, but will special order for you. Prices are quite fare. I would recommend stopping in and talking fish, corals, water quality, etc..

Mystic blue has a wide variety of interesting fish and plants and excellent equipment for sale. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have an oscar from them that has gotten to be about 8 inches long now. Great place.

Little difference in price than from chain pet stores. Fish and other water critters are beautiful and healthy in quality. Huge selection, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ive been buying water plants, fish, and shrimp from Mystic Blue, and theyre always healthy, live long, and look great in my tank!
