I brought lingerie from here thinking it came with the pasties like the box had on the front, and it didn’t come with that or the g string! I tried to return it and they wouldn’t let me even though it was never open! I’m mad because the girl great work there knew exactly what I was looking for because I told her I wanted pasties! And she still let me buy it and now I can’t use the unopened lingerie! This was false advertisement because the box clearly had pasties on the picture, and now I can’t get my money back! They just lost a good customer.

Every worker here is knowledgeable, and wants you to go home with something that is body-safe and fun. Folks seem to be trauma informed, and hella queer/trans friendly (often queer and trans themselves). They’ve even gone out of their way to try and learn some Spanish in order to communicate with Spanish speaking customers. There’s no booths or theaters. Workers will put gloves on and test any toys to make sure they work before you buy them.

I came into the store with my partner and Kayleigh was incredibly attentive and helpful. we were greeted right away and helped immediately.not only did she help us find great products that would work for us both, she helped us weigh pros and cons on potential products the entire time and provided above and beyond customer service.everyone that works here is very knowledgeable about their trade and has their customer’s best interest in mind. i’ll be shopping here every time.

The store was clean, nice, and had quite a bit of choices. I would have rated 5 star, however the clerk was very impersonal. It doesnt take much to welcome your customers with a smile. Sad that this person hates job so much that it will hurts customer satisfaction. My fiance would have spent 100s if only the person engaged in conversation and gave him some knowledge.of products. We will not return.

Very nice, brightly-lit, clean store. The woman I spoke with was clearly knowledgeable about the products and helping people find what they want, and a delight to interact with.

Very nice and clean store. The sales associate Kaylee was awesome and very friendly. She was right there to answer any questions I had on a product and also had some great recommendations on products to achieve the goal I was after.

Besides being profiled and followed the whole time after spending hundreds of dollars previous times, it was ok.

Went this past weekend with my wife with the intention of spending money. We left without spending a dime because we were followed like thieves from the moment we walked in until we left. Terrible customer service experience.

My experience going there from time to time to get inscense is always a 5 star rating. One of the best smelling inscense sticks in buffalo. Go get urs.
