Went here for a birthday party. So much for the kiddos to do (bowling and arcade), place was clean, social distancing and masks required. Service was friendly and fast. We will be returning!

This place is huge. Its nice and clean inside. There is a lot of things to do inside for all ages. The food is very good. Its not cheap but its worth it. They have bar with beers and drinks. I go there often with my wife and two kids and we always have fun. The staff is very friendly.

If youre looking for a nice place to bowl at (NOT Brunswick) then this is your go to spot. Its clean, new I think, and very modern. Great seats, huge TVs in front of your lanes, a bar, and a big arcade area similar to a Dave n Busters, but smaller. It also has Lazer Tag! Definitely a good place to check out for a family event or even just a date or with friends!

This is a solid spot for some beer and games. The place is huge and they have a lot going on. There was 5 of us and we placed two games with shoes and it cost about $100. Not cheap but it was a good time. I would definitely go back and it looks really nice inside.

Great place for bowling, laser tag and arcade games. Every time we visit the place is clean and well kept. Staff have always been courteous. We havent tried much of the food, but looks like there are a lot of options. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey and it adds up quickly, especially if youre going with the whole family or group.

Came here for my company Christmas party. The staff was welcoming and the service was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks. I was surprised how big the space is once I got in. It was very cool and well designed. Definitely coming back here again.

Kids had loads of fun. Birthday party servers did an excellent job with bringing out the food and drinks! Bowling and Arcade combo was fun, however a little bit pricey. The kids cards for arcade had not enough credits. Bowlero should not be cheap for this one issue. Rest of party was five star.

Its the greatest place Ive ever seen!!! Service is super (the manager Nicole answered all my questions). We celebrated here our 16th sweet! All teens were very happy! Food was very good (pizza, chicken tenders, etc), size was very large! Thank you very much!

Too expensive for average people with 10 bucks. For 10 bucks, I can get 20 credits in the arcade. Each game is on average 3-4 credits, 50 cents per credit so I was done really quick. Also pool is 15 bucks an hour compared to the one dollar I normally spend per game at Arlington Lanes. Im wondering, where does this place get their prices from? Its way too expensive. This place is big and looks nice, but Id rather have fun than admire the beauty.

Its a typical bowling place with some arcade gaming. You can spend easily 3 hours in this place. Its a neat and clean place. We go there every year with big group for an event.

Nice place to bowl, but somewhat pricey, they were changing like 11 per person per game with shoes included. I will normally expect to charge by the hour of the lane and the shoes not by each game. I will look for some other nicer place.

Such a cool place! So much to do and so clean! You could spend a whole evening here and still not do it all! Good food and drinks as well. We purchased the Groupon and we will definitely be back!

Very clean place and modern updates. The bar tender was great and made some good drinks. Pizza was very good too! It’s pricey; but you get what you pay for. Music was really good and overall atmosphere was relaxing. Some bowling alleys are very plain and boring and here it’s a fun place to go with friends for a night out activity. It’s just very easy on the eyes. I wish they had cosmic bowling after like 9-10pm on a Friday but oh well the modern renovations make up for it.Friday’s after 8 they had unlimited bowling and with 2 people we totally got our money’s worth. Employees were very nice as well.

Cool bowling alley. More geared towards the cosmic, music, large TV style bowling. I was happy to see the lanes and approches cleaned, buffed, and fresh oil for the league follow open bowling. The food is absolutely AWESOME!!!

I didnt realize the quality of this place, although I have lived in the area for the past few years, and I have gone bowling in Vernon hills, thinking this place isnt all that.When I visited this place tonight, I was shocked, they had pool, foosball, pinball, nice bowling allies, laser tag, arcade, good food, and a nice bar.I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

Nicest bowling alley Ive been to in a while... The graphics they use are some pictures of people? I was expecting like cartoon 3d bowling pins or something.

If you are an actual bowler, avoid this place at all costs. I am a 200 average bowler who is averaging 180 and deeply declining because they do not understand how to put out an oil pattern. This is the worst bowling alley I have bowled in within a 50 mile radius. Never come here if you are an actual bowler.

Great staff and service with a lot of enthusiasm and very enthusiastic with there job. All did a great job keep up the good work. Also very clean inside and outside.

This bowling alley is pretty neat. It looks fairly new. The lanes are pretty high tech and they have some projector screens at the end of the lanes for those not so interested in bowling. The bar was nice, a little pricey on the drinks but the bartender knew how to mix them well. The arcade is pretty dope with a decent selection of multiplayer games. I didnt get to try laser tag but they have it available for those interested. I recommend this place for those looking to bowl.

Very large place, lots of bowling lanes parking. They treat leagues nice & take care of them. Goid food menu options & drinks. There is a bar. Nice restrooms. Lots of bar games like darts, foosball, cups aka beer pong, etc.

Good place for bowling and celebrating events. Their food is good and also the service. I liked the ambience and also the convenient location. We went for the birthday party and liked the atmosphere.

Staff works really hard during these times ans even when busy wait times are not that long!

Came here for a 10 year olds birthday party. The location of where we wanted to have the party (BG instead of Algonquin) was miscommunicated so we ended up having to cross our fingers and come in with no reservation. Got here around 4:30 and had a lane right away. 6 people played one game of bowling, ordered two pizzas, two pitchers of soda and an appetizer and we paid $100. Afterwards we went to the arcade area to play laser tag. 15 minute missions are $7/person and run 4 times an hour. There was no wait to play. You could definitely drop a lot of $$ at this place but the kids seem to really like it. There is an older crowd here too and a full bar, so we chose to come earlier (before 5) in case things get crazy.

Sundays are $3.59 a game. We got charged differently! We got there at 8 and got kickout at 10 only because there was a party! Where is the heads up!? The place closes at 12 since its special hours! Poor customer service too!

I have to admit I am not the biggest fan of these places, BUT the kids love this place so we will make it work. Bowlero is better than the average bowling alley with arcade but still is on the higher side when your there for a couple hours. We will be back on a rainy day for sure.

The staff is very friendly and nice. We were there at the party Saturday and my son lost the phone. They let every staff member know and they all look for it. They called me next day they found it. They are super nice. And of course place is fun and kids love it. Very clean. And food they served at the party was delicious.

Bowling alley feels upscale with good seating a step up from plastic seats of yesteryear. Good seats music and movies always playing. So theres always something to see hear and watch even for non players. Pool tables and surprisingly big game area. Good looking balls.

This place is wonderful, it doesnt only have bowling lanes it also has a very fun arcade place for you or your children. Also there is a billiard room that is very fun.

Great place to hang out. Reasonable prices for games, drinks, and food. Pool tables are bit beat up though. We always find open bowling lanes without having to wait.

Went Friday at 6pm. Good service and friendly. Had a great time (mostly because of the people I was with). Super clean and really cool, though three huge screens each playing different sports games or movies plus music was a bit overwhelming and the lanes were too dark and arrows couldnt be seen. Heres the thing though, Id love to return, but 2 games of bowling for 2 people (single lane), a single pizza and 2 beers cost us $76. Thats utterly outrageous. If this cost wasnt so ridiculously high, Id be back often, but as it is now, I doubt Ill go back.

Super clean with a nice arcade and updated lanes, but some of the bowling balls were damaged in the fingerholes. If youre going for just bowling, the pricing isnt too bad, but the food court prices are a little hefty.

I dont bowl at all so when my friends asked me to meet up for drinks and grub at Bowlero I was very hesitant. I am so glad I gave this place a shot! I was beyond impressed by the bartender, Sarah. I asked her to make a classic whiskey sour and she perfected it! My group ordered about $100 worth of food and everything was delicious, hot, and perfectly timed! The cook, Bailey I believe is her name, even came up to us to check on the food because we had some allergies in our group which made some of the food very special request. Everything was perfect! Before leaving, the manager on duty, Eliza, introduced herself to us and thanked us for coming in. Very cool! Awesome service, food, drinks, and management! I will definetly be back with many other friends! This is a great chill spot to get together with friends. Thanks, Bowlero!!

Its a nice place to go, lots to do besides bowl or you can stay busy while you wait pizza was very good. Just make sure if your bringing the family that you bring the check book it was a little pricey for 2 games and then the food and arcade I will eat before heading there next time.

Prices are kinda high. I bowled 2 games on a Saturday night, brought my own shoes, and still paid nearly $14. There are cheaper places in the area, and this place doesnt really do anything special for that price.

10 dollars all u can play laser tag for the summer was great. Food was good also.

Big and spacious, great for a party. I liked the arcade section, but I didnt really understand how the arcade card works. Many spaces to bowl, with nice couches and tables. The lazer tag place is nice but kind of small, and when I went in something went wrong and we had to wait for about twenty minutes while they fixed the problem.

They have gone through many transformations over the years, but this version is one of the better ones. Yes, bowling by the game can get expensive if you dont have a Groupon or similar deal. The arcade portion of the facility is always fun and Im assuming the bar can get exciting with the number of games offered for the adults. They have an impressive selection of beers and a decent number of food pairings for everyone in the group. The facility is large and well kept...definitely does not feel like a bowling alley.

Played as a kid, had a lot of fun. Happily would repeat and definitely will.

Cool and fun for families

One of my favorite places to go bowling. Its always so much fun because this is not your typical bowling alley. Its clean, newly renovated and has a lot of the newer equipment that my friends and I enjoy! The food was fantastic and the drink specials they have are amazing as well. Especially on Tuesdays ! Strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a great times with friends or family!
