This old schoolhouse originated in 1879 and served many generations of children until it closed in the 1940’s. When Walter found it, he said it looked liked they had held school in it one day, and the next day they boarded it up with all the books, desks and stove still inside.Walter added a bell and bell tower because he thought that the schoolhouse needed it.
