This place is full of fun and different from any other kids place. It’s has multiple areas with different activities dealing with trampolines and foam soft boxes to jump in and land on. They have a mechanical bull, basketball court, rock climbing, maze, dodge ball, gladiator and more. This is a great place to bring the kids for a couple of hours. Located inside the mall.

Fun place to bounce around and be a kid again. I took my nephew here before covid and had a blast!

Its the ultimate trampoline park. They have an area for kids 6 and under and areas for bigger kids. You can move freely from one area to the next. My kids love the gladiator type competition. After 2 hours of jumping they wanted more.

The kids love it here, bring them here for a couple hours then feed them. They will sleep like logs guarantee it.

Place was nice!... It is exactly what it is suppose to be. Trampolines everywhere! Adults and Kids and Teenagers will enjoy . Kinda pricy and crowded thats why the 4 stars. Other than that nice way to chill while the kids enjoy.Hope the pictures help!

Simply amazing. A true Playground for adults and kids alike. There is a store you can order food and refreshments from, and many areas with different kinds of trampolines. An hour is never long enough here. You can celebrate birthdays or just come and enjoy jumping until your heart is content. What a better way to get a work out and have fun at the same time for about 7 dollars per hour.

Attended a birthday party here. My kids (teenagers included) had a blast bouncing off walls. I’m giving it a 4 since a section was closed off and parking was a challenge.

It was great with good quality food and large selection of food dishes to select. With a large playroom of electronic games, it is certainly a winner from children and adults. We are planning to return when we are back in the area. Our whole party of guests enjoyed the variety of things that make a great family outing memorable.

Lots of fun ! Cheap food and lots of different ideas for games from the workers, they do say and advertise you have to watch your own kids so come at your own risk. Definitely one for age 6 plus though.

Pretty fun place. This place has 2 basketball hoops where you can dunk on, a bull riding thing, rock climbing, multiple trampolines and foam pits. Definitely good for childrens birthday partys. However, everyone has to wear big airs own socks to get in which cost 3 bucks. Oh and also, its easy to accidentally step on children, especially when the place is crowded so yeah.

There was basketball hoops for my teenager... dodgeball for my preteen and various things for younger children... the kids had a ball.The restrooms were very clean... but as a parent...I had to take one star, because the tarps separating the party rooms, the outside round tables and the climbing walls were very dirty. If my preteen could see the dirt... it was dirty.And one star for safety concerns... parents were running around everywhere... check out Chuck-E-Cheeses entrance and exit procedures...

Great place! No actual area for the 2 and under as all the kids all ages are everywhere. You have to be with them if you dont want a big kid bumping into them. My kids had a blast.

I recently had my 6 year old s birth party here, and it was wonderful! All the kids had a great time jumping. They have many different activities for small and big kids, including a mechanical bull, dodge ball and rock climbing wall.The pizza and wings were very good, they provide plates, napkins, forks, candles, cake cutter and table clothes. You can bring your own decoration and cake.Im so glad I had my sons party there. Staff were very well organized and friendly. Great team!

Best place to take kids in just let them run around wild and let them waste all that energy they be saving its also really good for older people I loved it I jump and I jump and I climb I got on the bull which took me a few minutes to get on I almost passed out for how much I dump set down a few seconds kept jumping some more really like this place.

This is a really good place for kids of all ages. My kids loved it and it doesn’t smell bad. Pretty fun but don’t go after you’ve just ate. We learned the hard way!

Great place for children to attend! But the staff is actually kinda rude. Someone dropped their phone in the foam pit and the way the staff handling the area responded was a bit rude. They told the person “oh too bad. You need to get it on Tuesday. Sorry”. But not in a tone I would exactly call professional. But overall it’s fun, food is good, and lots to do. I would recommend for kids 6 and up. Any lower than that would need a parent to be with them 24/7. Friends and I went off to go do whatever, considering we’re older. They don’t really reinforce rules well, but some of the areas I went to they did their job well. But when I went onto the bull, I fell off and hurt myself. The employee didn’t even say a word when I had trouble getting up. Some employees were on their phones as well. I would go back, which I am with my friends next week, but I should definitely warm them to BE CAREFUL!

Such a cool place. Everyone seemed nice and Andrew was especially helpful at the front counter. The time frames for parties and other jumpers seems to play out pretty well.I would give 5 stars but I feel like its not laid out as best as it could be. Theres not enough waiting space for non jumpers and its much smaller than I expected.

My just turned 3 year old were looking for an age appropriate activity that she would love and would wear her out. I was happy to hear about the Toddler Time as trampoline parks can be dangerous for the little ones when older children and adults jump at the same time. Overall we had a great visit but was disappointed with the large number of non-toddlers that were jumping. I’m not talking about parents jumping with toddlers, but 8-10 year olds that were running/jumping around, bouncing off of walls. I know that siblings are allowed to attend during this time but they should have to stay with their toddler family member and/or adult. After 11am can be their time to go crazy.

Crowded, chaotic and a lot of fun. It is definitely an awesome alternative to a place like Chuck-E-Cheese.We came for a birthday party. if you havent been and you have kids about 5 to 12 years old. Its a blast

They are very kid friendly. They have different stations and have stuff for kids 6 and younger. My son loved it. I wish they had more seating for the adults. If you dont get there early it is hard to find somewhere to sit if you are in the middle of the facility.

I had my daughters birthday party here today and was very disappointed in how unorganized the staff was handling the eating area. They were trying to give me less than what I pre ordered and paid for over the phone. The kids were sitting down and had nothing to eat because pizza was still not ready. They wouldnt bring the gifts until I paid in full the salad I added to my order. They couldnt find the goodie bags and some of her gifts. First and last time having a party here.

Celebrated my son birthday on a saturday night. Our party host MARKELL did an awesome job through out the time we where there, Very friendly and great customer service. My kids had a blast. My party guest were amazed how well everything went. We loved the service Markell gave us. We will definitely return soon. Thank you MARKELL and BIG AIR for an awesome party hosting service.

This place is completely awesome we can take our kids to enjoy the variety of trampolines at the time theyre enjoying them theyre exercising thats why I love it, also is good for big kids and adults!

We have been there many times and we even had have our children birthdays there and it was fun, and clean. Unfortunately, tonight our experience was not the same. The place was dirty, and smelly. Once you enter, smell bad and the carpet is very dirty and the place where you storage your shoes was trashy. It has declined bad. We were wondering if they even disinfect around.Bad experience today. We will stop going there. Hopefully they will bring the place up in good standard again to continue going.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees was impressively low. I understand there were a ton of people, but it is a customer service job.

If you have kids (or godsons as I do) or are a bid kid at heart yourself you might enjoy this place. Its a great concept! Have a spacious area, install some industrial grade trampolines, separate them by activity, make EVERYONE SIGN A WAIVER, pay for rubberized socks and entrance and voila! Automatically happy kids (and possibly adults) for a couple of hours.Once the waiver is signed, entrance fee for jumpers is $20 per person for the first hour and $5 for the second. So not a bad deal. Add in some rubberized socks (for safety reasons so they dont slip on the trampoline) for $2.50 then you are good to go jump your heart out. Try getting some big air dunks on the 10 ft and 6 ft rims, be a gladiator in the pugilist foam pit, dodge some balls in the Dodge ball arena, scale the walls in at the rock wall and get some big air tricks at the trampoline gym! There is even a specific foam pit for kids from ages 1-5.If youre not a participator, there are plenty of benches, pleather couches, round picnic style tables to regroup, rehydrate, and get some munchies.There are multiple special event rooms that are perfect for those birthday parties, corporate events, work events. I mean, everyone needs to let off some steam once in a while.

Went for a kids bday party. The birthday boys shoes went missing from the cubby holes where shoes are left. Some parents watched their kids, others let them run free as can be while they got stuck on their phones. The young staff and party host were kind enough.Parking is shared with the Buena Park Mall...mall parking is horrible, even at this mall!!! Drove around for about 10 minutes before I found parking by olive garden. Admittedly tho, it WAS a weekend so...yeah theres that.It was OK.

Staff is honestly pretty strict, I understand safety rules, but if me and my friends are tossing each other down in a corner away for all younger kids it should be fine.

My Kids always have a blast here. Perfect to get them some exercise while having fun. Ages 9, 10, 11, and 12. Bought them the membership. Great for play dates using their monthly free buddy pass.

To start with the front desk guy I believe Justin and another girl sorry i dont remember were really great ,worst was the floor manager lady just does not what her job requires , no decency to talk , when I said that I am on the floor to look at my kids as there were other kids playing and my kids are just 2 and 3 and as a mother I want to make sure my kids dont collide and get hurt with the big older kids but the floor girl was so rude and said you cant be here , I want to ask are you going to take responsibility No right as you already make everyone sign the waiver form at the time of buying passes in case anything happens your company and staff is not responsible .though when my 3 year old daughter fall you guys wanted to refund my money which I refused as I just wanted my toddlers to enjoy their summer weekend( Friday ) but it turned horrible , I have been to various trampoline park in San Diego and other this is the worst experience just the way the floor girl handle and was even inter fairing when my daughter was bleeding and I was talking to other staff , its has become my first time and last time and if the management read this I would request to check their cameras and see why my review is so lengthy and have given low rating to prove my point

Pretty fun for an afternoon for bigger kids, but there’s no area for little ones while the big ones jump, too. I had to walk around the mall with the younger siblings while the big kids jumped, though it’s not clear whether that was technically allowed or not (we were there with friends who could contact me if something happened). It’s fairly expensive, and my daughter encountered some bullies (which I know could happen anywhere, but it did sour our first experience here a bit).Edit for clarification: My youngest (13m) is a crawling/cruising baby who wouldve loved a small soft play area but isnt big enough yet for the foam pit and toddler trampoline areas, and I cant leave him in his stroller while I help my only slightly older toddler (19m) navigate which areas would be appropriate for her, but she, too, would enjoy a small soft play enclosed area. Someday not too far off, Im sure theyll all have a blast here, though the cost for paying for admission for all of them might be totally prohibitive at that point. Thank you for your response!

I take my kids here a few times a month for an hour when they are bored. They always have fun the only thing i would like them to do is add more seating for parents. Maybe a new layout of where they can add more seating sometimes there isnt a place to sit for us which is the only thing i have to complain about.

This place is amazing. There is lots of things to do.

Took my younger brother here to burn off some energy . We went on a Sunday which was very busy for a Sunday . When the time came to go we couldn’t find his shoes . Someone had stolen his shoes ! The good thing is that we had just bought another pair earlier . So he didn’t have to go shoeless . They told us that they couldn’t do anything about.

Great trampoline park with good deals during the week. Fun for the entire family with plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Staff is good and place is kept very clean for having so many people at throughout the day. Place can get pretty busy so earlier you can go the better. Food is available in their lounge area.

Great for kids, a little pricey, can get crowded early summer time.

This is a dangerous place. My 9 year old daughter got her foot stepped by a big teenager looking girl who was wearing SHOES, even worse talking on her PHONE on the trampoline!! They should provide closer supervision to enforce their so called no shoes rules. Thank God, my daughter did not break any bones, but got a really bad bruise and was in a lot of pain for a long time afterwards. Parents, do not trust this place, and watch your little ones while jumping.

Kids really enjoyed this spot. They offer an all-day pass and the kids stayed busy for an entire 3 hours. They have tables and wi-fi so i was able to be productive without any interruption. The kids said they definitely enjoyed this place over skyzone and they are already asking when the next visit will be.

My 5 and 3 yo loved it and we (parents) were allowed to jump and play with them. Excellent place to truly spend time with your kids and have fun with them

I took my grandaughters a few weeks ago and it smelled the storage shoe place was a disarray,and the employees didnt really care about anything,most of them were talking and not paying attention to the children or try to put some order between the lil ones and bigger kids . I had to be yelling telling my girls to be careful with the big kids ! And my oldest girl shes 8 ,wanted to get on the bull and the kid working it didnt really care about nothing he didnt tell my girl how to hold the rope or any safety instructions So she falls off the bull and lands on her shoulder and got hurt she couldnt get up from the pain at first I thought she was just joking but then she picked up her head and was crying and could not stand up the kid didnt even attempt to go see what was wrong so as sooy as I heard her cry I stumbled and picked her up and when he sees me going over to her then he freaken decides to ask if shes ok !!! I just looked at him with an angry look ! And I asked him for his name . And walked away! And then I saw a lil baby playing in one of cubicle jumpy things mom was there and here comes a bunch of older kids jumping everywhere,workers didnt say anything ugh! So no more going back it is to dangerous!

Not a fan of this place. Kids love it but man is it crowded and understandably loud there. Can hardly walk in this place without tripping over a kid. Also as a parent the rules here are very stupid. Its a trampoline park and the kids are jumping on a normal trampoline... but for some dumb reason they force u to buy their sox that are overpriced. Total scamn that they suprise you when u show up. Would not recommend. Hard NO on their sock rule and the price is way overpriced.

Jumpers beware!I was looking forward to this park. The park itself has a lot of great equipment but sadly my experience was ruined within the first 2 minutes of being there.The first worker I met inside the park was a unwelcoming and very rude. Quite frankly, he may have been on drugs. I felt unsafe and disrespected. Not to mention the employee was talking to a friend and not watching our safety the entire time. His sarcastic remarks were not appreciated.I paid for 3 hours of jumping but only stayed for 30 minutes because I felt uncomfortable with this employee. The employee was a white male with spiked up brown hair.
