STAY AWAY! BEWARE... wish I could give them no starsRented chairs and tables for our daughters baby shower to be delivered at 8am. Paid full amount on PayPal with a credit card the day I ordered them. No one showed up, I called, text, facebooked and instant message for hours with no response! Party started at 1130 am and we had 70 people here with no where to sit them, what a NIGHTMARE they caused! At 2pm get a call saying that they were running behind and would I like for them to deliver them in the next hour..... Are you joking me, NO and I want a refund, man said no problem we will refund it to night and give him a call the next day to try to figure out what they can do to fix this. What a JOKE! He never answered my calls nor gave me a refund, I had to file a claim with my credit card to get money back after me giving him two weeks to try to make this situation right. If you want to have nothing but a headache go ahead and order through them but I will never in a million years do business with company!

Paid online in full for a bounce house to be delivered at 1pm. The guy never showed up and has not even answered the phone. This is a complete scam. Wife will be contacting a couple news organizations to inform them of this scam. My daughter was so disappointed about not having her bounce house for her birthday. I will find this guy. Stay far away.

They are a scam. I booked and paid $172.00 deposit in cash. They no showed, no called. This was in July 2018. It is September still no refund. Check with the BBB before you book. Several complaints. They also use the name Buckeye Party Rental. Don’t get robbed like I did.

No show after payment was given. Would not answer multiple calls and kept texting saying they were “tracking” the delivery team 2hrs after expected time.

Please do not use this company, I was promised refund of $207 more than a month ago by the owner Tony and his colleague Sarah every time I call they would say they will refund me by the end of the week, well that never happened today Tony told me not to call him again and he will do the refund when he want to and hung up. He only accepts cash that too in advance so getting a refund is kind of impossible. Never trust his words not reliable at all.

Best Prices...fast service...friendly owner and staff..if it wouldnt have been for the kindness of Jamba Jumpers my son wouldnte have had a birthday to remember..it was a last minute get together n they were there delivered n set up within less than an hour...already got them booked again for this coming weekend...deffinatly referring all my friends
