The pool is over saturated with chemicals. Probably due to the fact from all the piss in the pool. Last summer the hot tub was green because the kids were using it as a toilet. Couldnt enjoy it because the parents were not paying attention to their kids and they were jumping in from the pool, pissing in the hot tub and then jumping back into the pool. Not one did I see one child get out to use the restrooms.

Nice pool area and a small fitness center with treadmills, stair steppers, free weights and some machines. Nice place!

Its so nice n cool, the kids get a lot of fun in the pool!!

Exercise room is definitely not good. Its small with limited equipment. The pool is more for kids and not adults. The HOA decided to turn off the heat for the pool even though it still gets pretty cool at night. This causes the pool to be cold. Its obvious the HOA knows nothing about pools and weather. There is a Jacuzzi hot tub but when the main pool is cold it causes the hot tub to be filled with kids and really doesnt leave anywhere for the adults to be able to just relax without the kids splashing them and being loud right next to them. I sure hope the HOA has plans to build a larger pool.

Beautiful, unfortunately the pool is not heated, its crowded in the summer, and the hot tub is frequently broken.

Great little swimming area! Water was super warm, but what do you expect while in Arizona
