My granddaughter had a blast. After it was over, I tried waiting for an opportunity to speak with the lady up front, but I didnt have time to wait.

My granddaughter is very hyperactive, and at only 3 yrs old it is hard to keep her focused. The instructors are wonderful, they are both firm but also know when to be flexible to accommodate her. There have been times Ive felt like I needed to go downstairs and take her out of class, only to see how quickly and appropriately they respond, thereby allowing her to participate as much as possible.

I was very impressed to say the least about my visit to the thunder elite cheerleading facility! From the moment I stepped foot into the facility I was impressed by how kind and inviting the facility was. I can tell that they pay attention to every little detail when it comes to working with the girls, and communicating with the parents as well! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Thunder elite cheerleading!

I was disappointed with my most recent experience with Thunder Elite. First they take 10-15 minutes of each class to figure out which kids should be in which class. My daughter was on the waitlist for a certain class and when half of that class didn’t show I asked if she could go ahead participate with class she was on the waitlist for. The manager said yes and said she would take care of moving my daughter. My daughter got put in the wrong class with kids much younger than her. When I approached the manager there were no apologies and I was told that I shouldn’t have switched her in the first place. First she was switched with the managers approval, and second how do I as a parent know the classes better than the manager. I understand that they see a lot of kids every week, but the quality of customer service needs to be greatly improved.

Went to a childrens birthday party (3 year old) and they had a blast. Nothing really organized, like games or such (other similar places in Bryan / College Station have such things) but everything was clean and the kids loved running around, jumping, balancing and running thru the inflatable slide/maze thing.The room for the pizza/cake (customer provided) was well situated/organized for the kids.The staff was very accommodating and friendly.Recommended: yes.

Great coaches such as Miss Kaylee and Miss Allie, good prices especially when there is more than one child attending. No cleanliness unfortunately. Hardly swept, vacuumed, scrubbed, puzzle mat floor is disgusting. The owner Nichole is no where near nice, im wondering why she thinks being rude and short w people is appropriate. I wont move to Powersports bc of those 2 coaches i mentioned, especially Miss Kaylee.

Its a awesome gym I give it a 5/5 well done Thunder Elite!!
