My family came in from the northeast to visit my husband and I. We had the most amazing time. My granddaughters enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed watching them have a great time. What a local gem here in Bryan Texas. I have to mention the staff at this location. All were so kind and courteous. I truly hope the power that be at this location give their staff the proper praise for a job well done. We live in a world where customer service is not always a given. So if the manager or the person that handles the staff, they all deserve around of applause. We arrived at 3:30 or so and stayed until 5:30 today October 21. Thank you so much for a great time. Thank you for making our day with our family memorable!

My son always has a blast! Affordable so we always have one of his friends or cousins tag along with us.

Felt very safe jumping here even with COVID going on--Very few people on a week night, there was prob 4 other people in the whole place.We had a blast!

Great place for a good workout and family fun. The games are overpriced but the place is much nicer than others I have visited. We have seen them cleaning every time we have been here and that is nice to see and know.

It is super expensive. For a family of 3 for 2 hours of trampoline playtime on a Saturday (2 adults + 1 toddler), we end up paying $51. It’s small and not a lot of trampolines. The music is deafening. We could barely hear each other. Some areas were closed. Plus side, we could use our own socks.

Our son loves Jumping World. Prices for entry/per hour are acceptable. The park is pretty big with several secondary zones to play at (jumping pits, ninja warrior course, dodgeball courts, toddler park, and a pretty sweet play place). The only real issue I have with it are the arcade games are seriously over priced on the weekends but are okay during the week. Birthday party prices are high, but aren’t any worse than anyone else and they allow you to bring in your own pizza/cake/drinks etc. we’re looking forward to heading back once COVID has simmered down.

I had my daughters birthday party here Saturday. We loved the place, very nice and clean. Lots of fun for the kids. We booked a party booth and even though I was forced to do a quick paper review as I’m trying to gather stuff and leave, I should have been more honest about our host but she was literally 10 feet away when they made me do that review. Her name was Griselda and honestly she wasn’t friendly, a little rude, never smiled. She just looked like she hated her job and life and didn’t want to be there. I think she will be better off watching the kids jump or at the consession stand than hosting a party. My dad even tipped her which he probably shouldn’t have. I definitely would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for her. Sorry.. regardless we will be back because it was a great place.

My family & I had a wonderful time! The play area for 5 & under is perfect and they never got bored. The staff was so helpful - especially Morgan! He went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of & having a great day. I will definitely be telling other parents to bring their kids here! :)

Young kid loved it! Back multiple times in a few days. Plenty of ac, clean restrooms, friendly staff, easy parking. Must wear thier socks..only a few bucks..no big deal. Plenty to do.and run around on. Enough sitting for adults to hang out..rooms for parties. Snack bar with good selection. Enough to wear the kids out safely...

Wow, wow, wow what a bunch of fun we had. We paid for two hours of jumping and we were wore out. They have a snack bar with a lot of options if your party works up a appetite. The Ninja course was fun, but hard for a bigger guy like me. Dodge ball, and a foam pit were fun too.

Bigger than expected. Lots of arcade games, little expensive but worth the tired happy smiles! Definitely not over crowded like some places are, I think they might need some more employees though

This is a great place to take your kids if you want to go have fun with family the staff is very friendly there’s plenty of games and trampolines a little playground for the kids it’s a lot of fun there’s two workers there that are super nice and kid friendly Maddie and Priscilla they’re both super friendly and a play of the kids and just get along to make sure everyone is having a great time

I would of given this place 5 Stars until They Did a”Bait & Switch” on me for my daughters birthday party I went got a card even on there packages and because they decided to change it when I came to put my deposit down they no longer offered that package I am out $400.00-&500.00 I put out in party supplies Because they decided to change the packages at the very last minute !!! I even sent out invitations for the day and time I was told was open when I went in to put my deposit down now there packages have changed and I can’t bring half the stuff I bought into the building so I am out all this money and have to pay for a package I really didn’t want !!! And there’s no one in there upper level that even cares !!! My daughter turning 6 is getting half the Birthday Party she was supposed to because they decided to change there package after I was given ever detail about having her party there !!! I am so unsatisfied with the situation they put me in !!!

A good place to take the kids to burn off their energy, but be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed for all of the cool rides and just about anything else. NO DENIM ALLOWED HERE! If you show up in denim (even Jean shorts) youll be forced to pay $10 for their polyester mesh gym shorts or be turned away. A popular place for affluent families with money to burn.

We love jumping world the kids had so much fun.... this place is a great for parents to bring their kids and it’s cheap for parents with lots of kidsI’m most definitely grateful for this place

A fun and enjoyable place, though they wouldt allow you to play unless you have shorts, you would have to login on your first visit but once you are done with that you can go and enjoy yourself. the place is a lot bigger inside and there is a place for younger children to play at. You can purchase food and beverages, and the price is great for all day play though there are games that require change to play.In my perspective it is a great place to be at and let the children let out their bouncy side.

It was really nice, good atmosphere for children. Also the temperature is very hot, Jumping World was very cool. Very clean inside. The staff was on point!

We had a good time as an outing for my sons birthday, i would say bring friends with you. The young man at the bull riding station was great and very encouraging as my son was super nervous. The guy at the trampolines was also very kind to my son and chatted with him and showed him some tricks. It was a good day.

Did my kids bday party here the other day paid for the VIP (20 jumper) pack. Our host name was Billye. She was a new staff but did pretty good and was helpful through out the party. Not sure of the other staff names but they were also very helpful with the things that Billye was unsure of. GOOD TEAM WORK!! All the kids had an amazing time. I love that i didnt have to be right by their sides the whole time. There are staff through out helping and watching the kids. The bathrooms are clean and they have food and drinks available to purchase. I really enjoyed the short...short.. short time i was on the bull lol.My only 2 complaint is that when scheduling the party, we were under the impression that we would have 3 hours at the table and when we get there we were told we only have 2 hours. I was told by staff things had just changed with in the 2 weeks i scheduled the party and the day of the party. So the kids jumped for about an hour and 20 min then we got them all to the table to do pizza then cake. after cake we only had 20 min left in the booth so we gave the kids their arcade cards and used the remaining time cleaning up. our kids didnt have time to open presents there.2nd I really feel like there should be a safety thing put in place so none of the kids could just walk out the front door. Other then that it was a lot of fun and the kids had a blast.

Last week I had my son a party here and the general manager was a complete pain in the butt, she wasn’t very helpful and she let others bring in party trays and fruits but told me over the phone we couldn’t bring anything in other than what they were serving us... they then served us pizza that tasted like cardboard, my son was happy with his party but i will never pay that much again to have a party with a great party hostess and a rude manager.

Brought 6 children during spring break...paid full price even though there is supposed to be a special on Tuesday. We had 4 big kids and 2 toddlers and had to pay the same price for all. We got the all you can jump and your not allowed to go and come back...which would be fine if the concession stand would have been functional...no food available for the kids to eat...supposed to have nachos, hot dogs, etc... Unfriendly staff and not well staffed...some things were closed off because there were not enough staff to work it. I did like that there is an area for the toddlers

You cant bring anything in for a party but only cater to their dried out pizza/snacks or microwave drinks and processed food products. Clean customer areas but staff has no room to accommodate a group or party overpaying for time on a trampoline. Will not be back.

This place has some rude people and it made the experience awkward and unwelcomed feeling....... Months later I go back and everything has changed and for the best my little boy had the time of his life and had fun on the new jungle gym I so will be coming back and bring lots of people with me we all had so much fun here. Oh and the staff were so welcoming and super nice!!!!!

Kids had a blast! Wonderful, attentive staff. Clean facility. Reasonable snack prices. Entrance is a bit pricey but two hours of jumping is plenty! Drink lots of water to avoid overheating.

My daughter had a birthday party here for one of my grandkids. All of the kids really enjoyed themselves. There are a lot of trampolines, a ninja course, and several other things to do in here.

Go to urban air. this place ain’t live, they are rude. and i personally don’t feel welcome there, the lady shoved a sign in my face after i asked for a refund after only being there 2 minutes.... and within those 2 minutes i experienced the most terrible time of my life. the hygiene makes wanna pee my pants, i’d rather suck a toe than jump on their trampolines. it’s not kid friendly, seems kinda sketchy if you ask me. never going again.

Kids loved it, they came home exhausted. Jumping World has a 10ish-foot free fall that my son used to momentarily conquer his fear of heights. Place is rather impressive.

We arrived at 5:45 pm and ordered pizza from their closed snack bar. It is now 7:08 pm and our food is still not ready.I went to check on the progress at 6:30 pm and was told that it would be a few more minutes.I brought my kids here to have fun AND eat, since you cannot bring outside food into the establishment. However, I now have 5 hungry kids, no real answer on when my food will be ready, and theyre stopping my kids from playing.If theyre going to take what is now nearly 1.5 hours to prepare food, the should allow outside food. I could have ordered pizza from somewhere else and had it delivered three times over.This is my first and very last time at this place. I highly recommend taking your business to Altitude rather than waste your time and efforts here.

We brought our 10 yr old daughter for a friends birthday party today, which is a Saturday. Its super packed and a ton of kids of all ages. I even saw a couple adults bouncing on the trampoline. It looks like a very fun place. One issue I have, if I were to bring our kids sometime, is the price scheme. Its expensive to do all the side events they offer. If the prices come down a bit or they offer better packages to include more or even all of their events into a singular package, and the price was right, wed be back for sure. For today, our daughter had a splendid time with her friends and the other girls here for the birthday party. One suggestion, they should add a few charge stations for the adults like my wife and I, who are sitting and watching. This way my cellphone wouldnt be stuck at 5% like it is now!

I take my 14yr old son and a few of his friends many times. The staff is courteous and well informed. The kids there are respectful and have a blast.

The staff is so awesome with my kids. The jump guards go out of their way to make sure the kids have a fun and safe time. The girls up front are always really nice. The management is awesome when the kids may need a band aid.

Horrible! They need to close it down. Concessions was closed the whole time. Staff behind the counter were on their phones. Safety Guards on staff didnt enforce the rules which cause 2 kids to get hurt. The one star I gave was being nice.

Awww, man! Absolutely awesome experience and worth the drive! We drove up from Dallas for my sons 12th birthday to do the Ninja Warrior course and the indoor zip line and it was so worth it...Seth and his coworker were amazing with making this a wonderful birthday present for my son...if it werent so far, we would be back!!!

Great party! #funwithfriendsandfamily but the staff is awful. They are rude, not friendly, unamused. Its a party place for kids yet they dont seem to like children or people. Lucky for this business that there isnt much to do in the bcs.

Jumping World in Bryan, Texas. I wanted to take the time to commend the management team at the local Jumping World. As a parent I had an issue with a poor experience there at the facility. Upon contacting the manager he took immediate action and resolved my issue. I appreciate his response making the Jumping World a better environment for my teenage children. Thank you!

Weve been there multiple times since its opened. Under $9 for an hour of jumping makes for one happy Momma and toddler. The staff are awesome and its really clean. Its a great place to take your kiddos!

Attended a birthday party there and the employee helping with the party was really great with the kids.. my son had a blast there.. the employees working in the play area need to be a little more outgoing though..i mean it is supposed to be a FUN place

Described the deal we wanted but ripped us off and charged extra not to mention for the stuff we really wanted to do it’s charged extra for each ride. Some of the staff is really friendly like the jumping guards but the staff up front are slow. Overall okay.

We were planning on having our toddlers birthday party here and got all the details to reserve a small table for $30 but when we went up there to pay for and reserve said table, they told us we would have to wait the DAY OF to be able to reserve it in case they have anyone else who wants to pay for their party package. Very disappointing customer service.

I thought it was pricey considering all the stations that you paid extra and the video games. That said, for a once a year trip, I could justify it. If they drop their prices, or provide better package options I would come here more often. Regardless of my opinion, the kids loved it. So, what does the penny pincher dads opinion matter?

Micaela was awesome, she showed myself and my 4 grandchildren around Jumping World and answers our questions. The staff were all helpful and we will be back to Jumping World soon!!!

Our kids had a good time. There could be better food options, you have to have a large group to order pizza,or some silly rule. We had a kid twist an ankle and the staff was very helpful.

Only thing is you have to wear socks and shorts, and if you dont bring any, you have to rent shorts and buy non slip socks from them there. Also you have to know how long you will be jumping if you do. Bit of a waste of money cause i only jumped for a few minues. There is also an arcade there so i play instead of jump now. Other wise i wouldve given 2 stars.

My experience was okay. The prices are a little too steep but we enjoyed the trampolines. However, the music during Family Night was disgusting. One song actually was talking about Pipe It Up and his D*** Hanging Out of His Pants. I dont know who is in charge of this facility but that music atmosphere does not seem very family friendly.

The kids love it! Sometimes theres no one to run the concession stand though.

Its a fantastic place to take your babies and grandkids. It brighten my day to see the joy my granddaughter got out it. It also seems to have relieved a whole lots of stress from her.

Its a nice facility, but they had mosquitoes inside and they bit my son on the face and neck. On Sundays they dont appear to be busy, but my son had fun.

My kids had a blast! The cost was very reasonable for a couple hours of fun.
