This place is too expensive. Other smoke shops in the area have better prices. Not to mention they quote different prices over the phone to my wife and me. I guess its cheaper to be a female here. Will take my money elsewhere.

Manager was extremely friendly, while I was shopping she asked if I needed help and what I was shopping for. I informed her it was an Anniversary, she offered some suggestions. After my purchase she motioned me to her office and gave me a few samples, told me to enjoy our night. Been a customer ever since! Very discreet not busy and I felt comfortable.!

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude ,and unprofessional as well as ,uniformed about the product he was supposed to be selling. Your staff needs to be more educated about your product.

This place is terrible , they sell defective products that’s why they don’t do refunds. I tried to go ask a question about a vape I bought there the manager started raising her voice saying no refunds then called the police and lied telling them I smell like weed. Very very bad service and I feel her feud was racially charged DO NOT GO THERE. There are great shops on Texas ave.

Manager was friendly and informed on upcoming deals in the store. Very open and well lit. Not too busy. Be careful when getting into the parking lot

I Enjoyed my visit

I had to give a rating of one star otherwise I couldnt leave a review, had it not been for that reason this place wouldnt get a single star. I recently went by to purchase some tattoo ink. I purchased it, and before leaving I notice the ink was very dry in the tubes. I went back in the store almost immediately and addressed this issue with the clerk. A very polite young woman, and a young man they were fairly new I think. She called her boss to see what could be done and he said over the phone to me that he doesnt do store credit or refunds, and dry ink is what I have. I began to tell him that is basically robbery and soon we were in a heated argument. Rather than conduct themselves like a business they choose to swindle their customers. I guess its my fault for going there in the first place when there are other places that offer ink. Buyer beware with this place.

Sold me an expired drink and did not want to exchange it.Employee (male) with long hair was a real dick about it. Should find a different job maybe in a wearhouse where your away from people.

If I could rate it a 0 I would but it doesn’t allow it! Robin the “new store manager” is extremely rude. Has no knowledge of the products she carries within her store and refuses to give a price over the phone. Why is that? Is she charging people by the way they look. I believe that’s wrong and I will never come back to this location again.

Failed to inform me that there is a dollar upcharge for using debit/credit and he was rude when I asked about the charge. Dont bother with this place and their rude service.

Kelly is very helpful and sweet. Ever since the new manager has taken over it is also very clean.

Didnt mention additional charges then wouldnt retrove manager after I asked and wouldnt fix the bill. Cashier was obviously high and rude.

Poor costumer service on the phone and in the store. Attitudes and rude employees and took forever just to receive help. Never again the best place is fattys. I will not be going back either.
