The workers kinda didnt notice I was there until Ive been there for fifteen minutes. The animals seem to be in good health and as a result are on the pricier end but thats fine. They sell lots of exotic animals including snakes, spiders, lizards, geckos, and even millipedes. They also have aquatic equipment and some fish. The stock is nice and Im sure theyll get a larger variety of aquatic animals once theyre more established.

Been here a few times. Wish the bettas were in better tanks with filters and heaters. I bought a master test kit and it was very over priced. $49.99 which Ive seen others for $20 at other stores. The enclosures for the reptiles are quite small but, seem well put together. They are definitely lacking a lot of aquarium supplies there seemed to be two different types of substrate and just the typical quick start and dechlorinator. Wish the aquatic plants were healthier. They should add an open sign or something because I can never tell if the place is open or not.(Of course I can check the hours but, its strange walking into a place that looks closed.) When you enter the store it feels very empty and sometimes the employees dont even notice you. I love the request sheet that they have. I feel like this store has potential but, for now it is lacking.(Especially since it is the only nearby.)

SATOO is a small place but they have a lot to offer from enclosures to their variety of reptiles and amphibians. The staff is always nice and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable.

The workers were extremely knowledgeable and friendly the place was really fast away from me but Id still go back because of the customer service.

What you need to know about this place is that they only sell reptiles and products that are healthy. Great staff, great selection.

The employees are nice but they sold me 1000 dead superworms for $40. And they are never open when I get off work. So if course I cant take them back and now Im out of $40...what a waste of money. I wont be back.

Went in to get mealworms for my bearded dragon and was amazed on how cheap they were! The prices at other pet stores are so high and usually the worms they give you are mostly dead. The guy working at the counter was also very nice. Lots of different types of snakes and other reptiles. Will definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly. Will co tinge to stop here. Cool, but somewhat limited selection imho. I am not a reptile or aquatics expert though.

So nice to have a store for Reptile lovers in Brunswick! They have a nice setup too! Will return for sure.

I love this store except for the way their feeder rats are cared for, it seems like they are always showing symptoms of an RI or they have sores or wounds on their bodies or they stink like pure urine. I know they are for feeding other pets but I still think they should be cared for and healthy.
