Only rented a snow cone machine for 6 hours wasn’t worth $75 with only two flavors for the ice that had NO flavor. Had to go to Walmart to purchase my own flavor.

Paid for the combo bounce house/slide for the WEEKEND. They delivered it on Friday and 2 hours later the bounce house side was deflated. Called the number and left a message, guy called back and said he would be by in 1 hour with another blower. He never showed up.Tried calling back at 8 Friday night and he did not answer so I left a message and he never returned my call. Saturday morning two guys showed up to fix it and had to come back around 11 with another blower, Finally got it up and running. So the kids only got to use it for half of the time that I paid for. Will not use them again. Horrible customer service!

Best experience ever! Not only did they show up early, but they let us keep the bouncy an additional 1/2 day free of charge. Top quality products and fast setup. Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Do not go with another company. You will be disappointed. These guys are #1

Simply amazing company. They are just the best around. They came to me when I live at least 30 mintues away and they were still the cheapest price around. The owner is just spectacular. My son is autistic and the owner spoke with him on his level. We are using them again in June best we wont use anyone else.

We rented a bounce house from Bounce It Out for my daughters birthday in January, and they were fantastic to work with! Very reasonable rates, and they provide delivery, set-up, and pick up. Theyre a very friendly and professional team.We look forward to working with them again for future events!

We rented a slide for my sons birthday party last year and had a great experience with this company . They were extremely organized, dependable, professional and the equipment was very clean and well cared for. They delivered and set the slide up which was nice because the company I used the previous year was more expensive and charged an additional fee for this service so we picked it up and set up ourselves as well as returned it. I found that to be inconvenient. I will be renting from Bounce again this year for the party. You will not be disappointed!!!

Rented from them in March for my 3 year old nieces birthday party! It was an awesome experience. The bounce house was clean, they were on time with drop off and pick up, and even brought us a banner to use to go with our theme! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Called last minute on Thursday evening needing a water slide combo for the weekend. We had a few military friend deploying and wanted to celebrate with the kids. Bounce it out was there Friday afternoon and set everything up for us. Then came Sunday and cleaned everything up! Totally worth the money and amazing customer service! Not to mention they didnt hestiate to set us up with a 10% military discount!

Rented from them for my sons 1st birthday party and are renting again for July 3rd! Love doing business with them! Very nice people and the slides are great!
