Great time. Great group activity. Took my Girl Scout troop (9-10 years old) and the kids loved it. Owners did a great job customizing the experience for their age group. Would definitely go back.

So much fun!!! The whole family enjoyed this escape room; so creative, great for all ages, wonderful story line to follow. Highly recommended for an afternoon adventure!

Awesome rooms! Most of the puzzles made sense, but a couple were long-shots.

Almost everything is just finding a combination to a lock, barely any other types of puzzles.I also appreciate that this is, according to the business, entirely the fault of the person who made the reservation.There are more enjoyable escape rooms in Maine than this, that have more involved puzzles.

We had an absolute blast solving The Cure (zombie theme) for my birthday. The staff was so friendly when I called to ask questions, which made this escape room an easy decision. Weve already decided that we will be back in May for another bday celebration!! Two of us had previously participated in an escape room in Portland, which was not nearly as challenging or high-tech. This zombie room was truly a gem, challenging us each step of the way. It is so neat to see which clues and puzzles each person excels in!! Thanks for a wonderful experience. Xoxox

My fourth escape room experience and I cant decide if it ranks 1 or 2. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clear that they want groups to be challenged, but have the best experience possible. Kind enough to remove any rubber snakes that didnt affect puzzles for a group member who is deathly afraid. Rooms were well built, multifaceted, and challenging but fun. Story was rich and well developed. Fit the room very well. A great experience I would recommend, and I look forward to returning and trying another room.

We went out for girls night and we were not disappointed! Lots of laughs, screams, and scares. So much fun!

My family tried the spell and it was amazing. Lots of room for everyone to move around and help. Would definitely come back again for a new room

Lots of fun rooms one of the best around!

It was really great and I loved the room. We made it out with 30 seconds left, and it was hard but not too hard. It made everyone laugh and scream.My favorite was in “The Spell” room when the door opened and we shot the BB gun to get the codes. All in all I think it was awesome and I definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Best escape room Ive ever been to! They said there would be some magic but it completely surpassed my expectations! Very friendly staff and reasonably priced!

What a fantastic way to celebrate my engagement with my friends and fiancé! We had the Attic room and I was very impressed with how layered the riddles were. I liked that we could get help when we were really stuck and that the room changed as we went along. We solved the task with about 5 minutes left, felt great! I really recommend this experience. I would say 6 is the perfect number of people to play it with.

I have now done several rooms from a handful of companies, so my rating is in comparison to those other Escape rooms.I have now done 2 rooms at Escape Room Brunswick, “Room 101” with 8 and “The Attic” with 4. I have enjoyed both experiences and had fun with the group I was with and escaped both. The rooms both contained enough puzzles to challenge and keep you busy. One thing I really enjoyed is one you book a room they block off the rest, so you get to experience the room with only your group. I however do have some constructive criticism to for them to improve the experience.First both times the room was not set up correctly, and the game master had to enter the room and stop our experience to correct the mistake. I know mistakes happen, but I have never seen this in any rooms I have done and now it happened here both times. This can NOT happen, this really tarnished the experience and impression of the operation. They need to implement a system so this never happens, have checklist or buddy check something but the room MUST be set up correctly.Second is the clues and support, my experience is the teams normally have 3 clues in the 60 minute room. Generally, the team must agree and ask for the clue to help them. Both rooms I have done here the game master was overly zealous and would confirm or assist with puzzles, without the team asking. Also, my other experiences your lead into a room then reminded nothing in ceiling or carpet etc. In both cases our game master actual gave away hints to the room. Examples, where to start, things not to touch, all the locks this type, the layout of the overall puzzle (no red herrings, linear). This again takes away from the experience of working though the puzzle and reward of solving it. This was magnified after completing a room and comparing our time to the posted room record only to have the game master chime in and say, “That was without hints, and I gave you some.” The post room conversation this was the biggest comment we never ask for help but often was given it. This can be improved by having a system where the team asks for the hint. Make the experience about the room and the puzzles in it, the game master should not be a memorable part. It might be a coincidence but on a busy night the staff was complaining about being busy and stressed about it, that we finished the room with plenty of time left?Finally, these rooms are designed for up to 8 people, well having done 2 of the rooms ideal size is 4. Doing Room 101 with 8 people there where many times where 4+ people where just watching what was going on. 8 people in one room is a tighter fit.

Ive never done an escape room before but I went here with my work and we had a blast! They have a new room that is really fun!

Detailed rooms with very fun, entertaining puzzles!

I love escape the room and have done many. This one was very fun and definitely difficult enough to keep it interesting. They have free lockers to hold your things, since you can’t take your cellphone in. Parking lot is small. We made it out (woot) and I cannot wait for the next room!

We had a blast and got Aunt Lenas money! Jeanette was fabulous. We WILL be back!!

Super fun time. Staff was great. Slight technical glitch toward the end didnt distract from the awesome time we had. Easy for the kids to feel involved as well.

Escape Room Brunswick is a very fun high energy place for all friends and family to challenge themselves in completing puzzles and riddles to make their daring escape before its too late!Recommended to those who think well in a pinch and teamwork is always key.

Brought my teenage daughter and friends, and we all had an awesome time. The room was challenging, but so fun! The staff was amazing!

I took my son and two of his friends. It was some of the most fun we have had in a long time! The staff was great, the puzzles were fun, and the entire experience was well worth it! We cant wait to go back!

I have played escape rooms in a few different states and love escape rooms. I was excited when my friends said they were taking me here. Unfortunately it was not very good. Much better ones in the state. Save your money. Cheap sets, cheap props, employee had to come in during game play due to lock being left undone. Go to Maine Escape Games where you can see the passion they have for escape rooms.
