This country club is fantastic! Great food, friendly people, and a beautiful course to play golf on while occasionally getting to fish. We love this place and look forward to our visit every time!

Good place but they are always walking across the gym the entire time I’m working out!

The food was tolerable, definitely ask for your burger to be well done, otherwise it will be medium rare.

Great golf course! The new facilities are state of the art and have been long overdue.The new owners have a long term vision and have invested significant resources to ensure that the community has a place to escape to for family fun.

To the owner of the Brownwood country club. How can you justify trapping cats, not checking those traps and leaving the cats you trapped to die of exposure on the coldest days of the year that we have had? That is cruel and inhumane. Not only did you do this but You did this when people were already working on trapping them and relocating them. There is a group of people here in Brownwood called TNR Brownwood (you can look them up on Facebook) They are willing to help You trap them humanely and relocate them. There are far better ways to take care of this issue than to do what you did. Please learn from this mistake and let them capture the remaining cats in that colony. Please dont let there be anymore senseless deaths.

The pool area is really picturesque, and the servers in the clubhouse are particularly attentive.
