The rent has increased. Overgrown bushes.Too many kids unsupervised. Manager has been gone way too often. Gate is usually broken down. I paid for a remote and its useless if the gates remained open. Time to relocate somewhere else.

Prior to relocating to Gulf Breeze, my wife and I visited on a Friday night. We expected to hear people partying, and out of control like other areas of Brownsville that we had visited. However, it wasn’t like that at all. Not only was it quiet, it was pleasant! Neighbors waving, and the lake area on the backside of the park was very appealing! We’ve lived here a year now, and feel we made a wise choice! The management (Tara), and staff are pleasant and easy to work with! I honestly can’t saw anything negative about the Gulf Breeze community! It’s a Great community!

My husband and I stopped in as we are looking to retire in the area next year. The manager Tara was super super helpful and very professional. Had great things to say about the company and of course Brownsville. She was so pleasant that I could tell she took great pride in her community. The grounds were very clean and the pool was very clear clean and inviting. She a Gulf breeze are top on my list.Kim Williams and Scott Williams.

I have lived at this property for 6 months. We have met a lot of nice people. This property is beautiful and well maintained and managed too.There is always something going on. Daily activities for the whole family to enjoy.There is a nice heated pool too definitely a good place to live.

We have lived here for almost a year and could not be happier!!!! Tara is always willing to help and get things done. There is a great community center where there are activities almost every day!!! The lawn service men are always out working and never hesitate to lend a helping hand. We love our community!!!!

We love Gulf Breeze!!! Tara Saldana the manager is wonderful! The grounds and pool are very well maintained. Plenty of activities to do. We will definitely come back here for our winters.

The manager Tara, has always answered me when ever I have a concern with polite responses.The maintenance men keep the park beautiful.Peaceful and gated for privacy.Neighbors are kind and wave.I have lived here for a few years.
