In the year of COVID, this is the ULTIMATE Birthday Party Venue!!! We were initially going to have a small birthday party at home. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Kids Planet FACILITY RENTAL options! This is the best idea ever and no other kids venue in the area is currently doing this! We were able to rent the entire facility to minimize exposure and kept the guest list to our immediate family. They closed to the public at 5:30 and the ENTIRE team went to work sanitizing the facility from top to bottom. I arrived early to setup the cake and cupcakes and saw a swarm of employees spraying down the entire playground, lounge and arcade. I brought my own sanitizing sprays but their team did such a good job at cleaning! On top of that, our party host was AMAZING! She took care of getting our guests checked in, distributing food, and drinks, and even packed it all away when we were done. I cant say enough great things about our experience at Kids Planet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is awesome. Clean. Good supervision. They even accommodated my grandson with autism playing in the younger kids area. Hand sanitizer at entrance. They band you and the kids with you for tracking of time and identity. Staff is friendly. You can sometimes find deals on groupon. Highly recommend this small business

Brought my 3 year old and 18 month old to spend some quality time together. My 18 month old will not go anywhere without me and if left alone in the play place she will cry. I was told that I could not be up there with her. This is unfortunate as it ruined our family experience. I understand why this is a rule but there should be an exception for those with kids under 3 who are helping their children.

The toddler had a blast in the ball pit. Prices are very fair. Arcade area is small, but has some good games.

This place. I love how I could just let my daughter play for 90 minutes knowing she was finding more and more things to play on. The unlimited game passes are definitely the way to go.

Loved it. My boys 2nd bday was today and I mentioned to a worker that I was trying to tire him out so he would nap before his bday party this afternoon. Two of the workers took him around the whole playground that I wasnt allowed to be on and made sure he had plenty of fun! I think their names were Claire and Brianna? (Im terrible at remembering names). Thanks for helping my son have such a good time!

This place is AMAZING & ALL THE KIDS LOVE IT! They do require you to purchase a special pair of socks to wear in all play areas. PARENTS ARE FREE but also need the socks!!The only downside of things is they DONT ALLOW PARENTS in the upper levels. We are stuck on ground floor ONLY! MOST OF THE TEEN KIDS that come in to play ARE BIGGER THAN I AM, sooo I dont think I would cause it to collapse.. LoL

This indoor arcade and play space is well worth the drive (just under two hours for us) and is lots of fun. The unlimited play card for the arcade is a fantastic value and theres plenty of choice in games. The play space is large and safe, and there is a separate section for toddlers. You will have to purchase their soft socks for everyone entering the play space, but theyre reasonable and can be reused. We went just for some family time, but they offer party packages and they have concessions on the upper level. Great place, lots of fun, clean a safe place to go.

Great place for kids! Took my Niece here and she had tons of fun. The arcade was tiny, but had some solid classics and good prices, I cant really complain about a small arcade when the place is for younger kids. They see like one skiball machine and think its amazing. Good service from the cashiers who closed. My sister was being one of the awful people who doesnt cash out their kids tickets until the last minute, and the cashier was super chill about it. Great place to bring the littler kids.

By any means necessary I did not want to go to Chuck E Cheese but still wanted my little guy to have fun for his birthday. Kids Planet did not disappoint. They are amazing! Tons of games and things for kids to do. It’s clean and safe. Worth every penny!

Brought my kids to this place multiple times. In all honesty, it’s a one time thing. Nothing ever changes, it’s the same 4 levels of playground like usual and the kids got tired of it. Arcade is fairly small and half of the games don’t even work. Great place for any children 4 and under, otherwise, turn around and drive about 5 mins down the road to the new place called Press Play. They have Vr and the older kids (4-14) had a blast. You would think that after 4 years of being open, Kids Planet would make a change, and realize that the playground gets boring.

This place is perfect for kids that need to burn off energy. The play area is 4 levels high and they have a separate area for under 3yrs old. Lots to do... Foam pit, ball out area, rubes and tunnels, slides ... the works! The concessions are pricey for no more than what you get, but the concession area itself is well thought out. Overall, very well put together, very clean, and affordable. Well be back!

This is a fun place for kids. They do require you to buy their socks but they are not too expensive. My son is 5 and enjoyed it very much! Will come back.

Worst family experience ever. Traveled from New Alabany to spend time at a family place as a family. Was NOT told we would not be able to be with or even see our three year old. Entire family of 6 was sold socks and was not even allowed past first floor to enjoy/protect our loved one. Children were pushing her and she couldn’t figure out where to go or what any of the equipment did. After expressing our frustration we were told an employee could take her. Exactly what we teach our loved one NOT to do. Go in tunnels with a strange boy. Wow. Came to be with our family member and wasted an entire day, gas, and money. News flash- some people want to be with their family and enjoy them and teach them. Worst set up. Do not be fooled that this is a family atmosphere. It’s a place people drop their kids off so they don’t have to be with them. That’s just not how we do it in our family. Never again

I usually love this place. The kids have so much fun but today Im pretty sure they were over capacity. You couldnt walk anywhere because most if the parents had to stand and finding a place to stand was hard. You could barely move and you couldnt move without bumping into people. I had to take a picture and send it to me husband because of how crazy it was packed in there.

Tons of fun. Theres a toddler area for 3 and under, and the play place was so awesome i wished i could play! Great helpful staff! I highly recommend it :)

Great place to let the kids run off some energy! The play area was very clean and had one primary entry/exit point which made it really easy to keep an eye on the kiddos without worrying where they could possibly run off to. Arcade area was very nice as well with some newer, fun games to play. Our two kids had a great time and are already wanting to plan their birthdays there and come back again. Staff was also super friendly!

We went to a birthday party there. Lots of fun things to do, nice viewing area of where the kids play from the party room, fun arcade games. Kids ages 7 and 4 had a great time. There was a separate area for younger kids that we didnt use but also looked fun.

Great for the kids! The toddler section was great. Parents, who are not allowed to climb on anything, still had to purchase the special socks. This seems like a scam to sell socks, but I wasnt going to let my toddler go on her own.

Great play area for kids . 4 stories of climbing, crawling, jumping, and slides . They have a smaller area that is great for toddler exploration and you can see both areas at the same time. I love this place on a rainy days and cold weather seasons.

Love this place! My son has a GREAT time there every time. People are always cleaning, and super polite. They even help find your kid, if they are hiding out because they done want to leave.

I made my purchase online and when I got there was told I would have to wait because they were full. Then I requested a refund because I wasn’t going to wait. I was told it would take 3-5 business days. No problem I waited yet on the 5th day I called in and was told they would look into it and call me back. After 7 hrs with no call I called again and was told it was refunded this morning when I called in and would have to wait another 3-5 business days!! This place is a joke not worth the time or effort to go to or deal with!

My kiddo loves to come here to play. Many things to do for the kids. I like it because its an indoor play area which is a God-send during the colder months, when the kids have so much pent up energy but we parents dont want them to get pneumonia from playing outside.They do very thoroughly clean the place regularly. One can walk in and still smell the cleaning solutions used. I see young staff members actively keeping an eye out in the play structure for children who need assistance or redirection to play correctly with the equipment. A very necessary place for parents. I wish there were more of them.

I was a tad hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews but said what the heck. Took my 4 year old son here on a Wednesday around 6pm, and loved it. Some of the staff played with him which was unexpected but awesome. And since parents cant go past the first level if he had questions there were 3 staff members in the play area to help him. Awesome place.

I took my son here for a play day and then we scheduled his birthday party for September. I ended up having to cancel it due to some financial issues and people having more children coming than expected. Anywho, Alyssa from there received my email about needing to cancel and called me right away. She was amazing and very sweet. I appreciate everything she did and how knowledgeable is was. The staff there is fantastic and very welcoming. We will definitely be back to play :)

Just had a birthday party for my son here. With 20 kids (most not mine), I was greatly appreciative of the staff. Everyone left exhausted and ready for a nap. One giant pizza fed the whole party with some leftover. Will have to come back to try the arcade.

This place is pretty small and is not ADA complaint. We had to carry a family member up a steep staircase due to nobody mentioning this. All of the party rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator or ramp to get up to it. The food was subpar and the party personnel were not very friendly. The arcade area is also rather small.

If you want to spend time at a computer kiosk giving this company your childrens names, birthdays, home addresses, and your email and phone number...sure! If you want to buy this company’s socks with their logo for each person that will be using the facility...sure! If you want to let your small children frolic in a 4-story contraption that obscures your view of them and cede your authority over your children (because they disallow you from entering) to teenagers who say “yo sweetie” to your toddler daughters...sure! Otherwise...no! This place could be pretty cool, but...*sigh*

My children LOVED it here. I gave 3 stars because if your child is anywhere above the lowest level, you are no longer able to interact with them, or help them. They do not allow parents to climb up to assist the smaller ones who are too big for the 3 & under area.

My son loves this place! Only complaint would be the seating for parents is super uncomfortable! That bench hurts! I feel like if parents are paying and spending time here watching our kids play, we should have something comfortable to sit on too. Just saying!

My kids always love Kids Planet. The birthday parties are well done.. very nicely decorated, but a bit pricey. The play area is always clean and organized. Today we had a fantastic staff member (a young man) help watch our little one in the big kid area. He really went out of his way to make sure she was safe and having fun. I was on crutches after a foot surgery and really appreciated the extra help.

Great place for kids, even the toddler area was a lot of fun. Fun enough my older kids kept trying to sneak in!! I just the adults go go beyond ground level!

I think Ive reviewed this place before. My opinion hasnt changed. Its still a great place for kids. My daughter loves it! She picked going there over the zoo, and she loves the zoo. I just wish they had more comfortable seating for parents! How hard would it be to add a few cushions to those metal benches?

Drove an hour and a half to get hear. It was worth it. This place is huge. They have two areas for the kids to play in 0-3 grouped area then 4+ for the other kids. Then in front of house an arcade. Up stairs have refreshments and a party area.

I like the concept of this place but it is so sad because the people that are supposed to be supervising the kids are awful! They don’t watch the trampoline which has clear rules and they don’t enforce them. The parents just let their kids run like wild animals.My son got hurt not once not twice but 3 times in a matter of less than an hour. I stay with him the whole time. I am not one of those moms who just let their kids go. He’s autistic and I supervise him as much as I can. I came today but this will be the last time I come here.

Kids had a blast, seemed sanitized, which is always a concern of mine at places like this. Loved the toddler area! Well worth the drive. A little bit crowded of course we went on a Saturday! I would like to go during the weekday, probably more enjoyable and less stressful.

We went for the 1st time yest & my kids really enjoyed it. Even though it is a long drive we will go back. I really think it is very fairly priced for 2 hours of play

We had a staff member named Isaiah, he is just wonderful he carried my daughter round and round that she tried to hold onto some palm tree swinging thing. To make sure she got the extent she was when my daughter took off her socks three different times they gave me replace it sucks so I didn’t have to pay for them each time. There were some kids that were struggling to play because of scared of being a Heights and staff members play tag with those kids the place is absolutely wonderful. It’s clean, it’s amazing every staff member is a joy. The only thing I don’t like about kids planet is how far away it is for me . But I happily make that drive every time. Shout out to the staff you guys rock

Dirty! I wanted to puked a couple times. They need to wipe down the walls and the plastic walls. They do have crew people all around. That is nice. Smileys by the Castleton mall is soooooo much better. Bigger, and more stuff to do. Very clean i mean amazingly clean.

This is a fun place alot of cool things here,great for kids and teens check it out,friendly staff, Just a heads up there is NO ELEVATORS!!! Just there for a party upstairs,mgmt please factor in those with disabilities/ health issues/disabled/ wheelchairs ect.. and what about safety or any fire code when placing parties upstairs :0) thanks

As a kids play place, Kids Planet is fantastic. It is always clean inside, and the equipment is in great shape and very sturdy. The arcade seems good too, but I dont ever spend much time in there. Their birthday party packages are worth every penny. The hosts take excellent care of everything and make sure the party is really something special for the child. My only gripe with this place is that they dont allow adults past the first floor of the play space. I understand a little bit why they dont, but it would be nice if they at least allowed us access to the floor where the big slide is, for younger kids that want to participate. I acknowledge the staff will take children up there, but most kids are too shy to do so.

If you want your kids to have fun and get worn out. This is the place. It was low cost and the staff are so friendly. Felt safe due to the presence of staff helping around play area. Recommend this place

It was fun for my 3 year old in the play part. It is more for like 10 year olds or younger. There was a TON of people. I was able to let my 3 year old go play and was a little hard to keep track some times but definitely able to still keep eyes on him. My 13 year old who is about 53 and about 110lbs found it a bit difficult to go through some of the places. But still able to enjoy it. The games were great for her.

Great spot to let the kids run and play and climb and burn off lots of energy. We went mid day Saturday and had to wait a couple minutes for a parking spot and I thought for sure it was going to be packed, but it wasnt too bad. It was busy for sure, but still plenty room for everyone to play. We took our 20 month old and 3 year old and they played in the infant/toddler area for a little bit then spent the rest of the time in the big play space. Even the little guy loved it! He was able to climb to the top and have a great time.

Friendly staff from the moment we entered and left. Well organized/ clean/ kept-up with. Food is a bit over priced but that’s expected. Paid $13 two adult socks, a pair of toddler socks, and for my daughter to play (adults are free!) definitely worth the trip!

We took our son here after a rough week at school and he absolutely loved it. We loved it as well because there were so many options for him and it really wasn’t that expensive. I thought it was a fair price and organized very well. Clean place, very friendly staff, lots of fun for little ones. Definitely recommend.

I loved kids planet! My sister had my nephews birthday party here. They were reasonably priced compared to other kids areas.Kids Planet decorated a beautiful room area. They were well organized. You get plenty of time to do cake, ice cream and presents. They were never rude despite the circus of kids we had. My youngest absolutely adored Kids Planets ball pit and toddler area. It was big enough for quite a few kids and they were really good about keeping the big kids out so the little kids didnt get trampled.The 4 and 5 year olds loved the trampolines and the upper floors.TLDR: Kids Planet Rocks For Birthday Parties

I took my 2yr old here on a Monday. Staff at the front didnt seem awake at all. The guy that was up front didnt seem like he wanted to be there. It was our first time visiting and geez the play area is huge. They have a rule that adults can only go on the first level. This is why I only gave 3 stars. On a busy day I understand they wouldnt want a ton of adults to be up in the play area but on a day where its only a couple of people I dont understand the issue. The staff that was supervising the play area were great. Wish I wouldve got their names. They took my daughter up to the top and showed her around. They have ball launchers and the one employee took her up and showed her how to shoot the balls. You can definitely tell the employees enjoy their job........ they were having more fun than my 2yr old lol. When they arent that busy they dont have a time limit which is great because we stayed awhile. My daughter has a ton of energy. Overall its a great place for kiddos.

This facility has no elevator for ADA challenges individuals to access. the 2nd level. A long stairwell climb is required !

Kids always have fun. As a parent, it would be nice if we could walk all the way around the play structure or be able to see our kiddos somehow. It would also be nice to have water fountains more readily available.

We love Kids Planet! The reality is that there are not a lot of indoor playgrounds for kids in the area (that arent in churches with limited play hours), so this place really serves a need in the community.We started bringing our daughter here shortly after she turned 1, & she LOVES it here. The staff for the most part has always been helpful & friendly. We typically come on weekdays during the day when its not as busy, so that she can explore the upper floors of the big play exhibit (shes 2 but thinks shes 10) without fear shell be trampled. The staff has been very helpful the couple times she has found herself stuck & in need of assistance.I cant speak to concessions or the arcade, because we dont use either item when there.I do wish they would close for a couple days for a deep clean of the place. Its starting to look a little grubby. Ive always been impressed at the frequency that staff are wiping down different areas with disinfectant, though, when we are there!Overall, well be back many, many more times!

This place is so cool. My 4 year old son loves it. The play area has like 5 levels of endless climbing and sliding. Theres a separate area for ages 4 and under also thats pretty cool. They have a bunch of cool games that you buy a game card to use for them. Upstairs theres a cafe type area thats huge, where you can order pizza and drinks and snacks. Inside that area is a bunch of nice, comfy booths to sit in and areas to have birthday parties. The only downfall is that its a bit pricey. I would recommend checking in and buying online before you go. You have to pay by the hour as well. I will be going back.

Fun for the kids but smaller than I expected. The kids tried everything in under an hour. The air hockey table was not working and when I told a staff member she just shrugged and walked away. Strange.

My kids love it here. Most of the people who are employed are teenagers. Some of them are super responsible. Other times weve been later to closing and the employees are running around chasing each other, but we didnt mind. The arcade games are fun and the food place upstairs is good. Not a bad price for a family outing. We will be visiting again.

Pretty cool. Everything is padded accept the seats the parents get to sit on! Hard as a rock... and each ticket goes for 2 hours!! Great place really but these chairs are the worst!!!

My 4 year old loved this place! It is very clean! There were employees cleaning up the areas the whole time we were there. There are also employees in all the children areas, including up in the tubes to watch them. They have wristbands to match you with your child to make sure the children are safe when leaving. The price is good and the 2 hours is plenty of time for them to play. Great place!

This is a great place to take kids. Its not too big so you can let the kids loose.

There’s absolutely no parking considering the size of the place. They literally have about 20 spaces. A lot of the arcade games were out of order. My son was asked to leave the 3 and under section while he was having a BLAST. He’s 3 and 3 months. Smaller than a lot of 3 year olds as well. The older kids area was fine for him but there are a lot bigger kids in there that sometimes are out of control and knock other kids over. Fix your arcade games and have a little bit of control over the place and it would be a lot better.
