Customer service sucks you are lucky if you can find one employee on the floor and when you do they really do not have an idea where things are. Management is never found I think they maybe in the back or not present. Lines move slow

I could go off in Michaels. They have such a cool selection of arts and crafts! And its not too far from my home.

The sales people are very helpful and there is a great selection of stuff. On the down side I needed 3 leather rivets for a project and they only come in packs of 100 for 6.49 plus tax.

Stock seemed low. Staff is nice, but the lines to checkout were too long.

Had more Sculpey III in stock than the many other Michaels Ive been to today. Decently organized, but I didnt care for the many short shelving units around where you walk in. Made it a little confusing at first.

Its such a wonderful place to browse and shop. They had Christmas items out and a lot of sales on items. If you want to find unique items, Micheals is the place to go. Excellent customer service!

People Hello. Its a candle . The atmosphere that I create brings so much joy so that is what the scent represents.

Lots of nuts, and needed hiking boots. Got a good quality boot that will last for a long time. The price wasnt bad rather.

I wish they would carry SOME fabric. I can almost everything I need in one place, but fabric material isnt one of them ):The atmosphere is moderately inviting and better lighting is to be desired, but the staff is typically welcoming and assist well.

Wonderful arts and crafts store, but I mainly go there for the framing service. I trusted them with a couple of very important pieces and not only are they still in pristine condition but the frames are beautiful. Not to mention the amazing customer service, although I only ever saw one person.Carolyn did a fantastic job.

Michaels would have gotten a 5-star rating if they had had any clip - on earring fittings in colors like copper (of course!), brass, or black, instead of only gold and silver. If its good enough for the pierced ear crowd, the clip-on people would like it, too. I keep hoping! They did have lots of pretty holiday stuff, though.

A standard Michaels, but the staff are very friendly and willing to help. If youre in the Brown Deer area and need art supplies, this is your best bet.

Always fun to shop here. Finding bargains, for the items I craft with, is the best! Will be back!

The worst craft store in Wisconsin. Have some older Mexican looking manager that had the biggest attitude and said they didnt have an item but I found it with no problem.. her laziness tattooed eyebrows, tattooed fake injected lips, and her grey hair that she tried to cover with red die is completely ugly and it ruined my shopping experience.

Great selection of all sorts of arts and crafts. Every time I come here, I find lots of new things and get tons of inspiration for creating my own crafts. There always seems to be plenty of products I didnt know existed and suddenly need to own. There are frequently sales and coupons for 50% off or more. I highly recommend coming after the major holidays to get incredible deals on holiday items for next year. This location doesnt seem to get very busy so its excellent to come to.

Great place to shop for crafting supplies: art, floral, food, jewelry, paint, stamping, woodworking, weddings and seasonal decor. Unfortunately no longer carry the gallery glass paint I was looking for at this store, but would still give it 5 stars. They accept competitors coupons as well, which I did use

Go here all the time and people are verry nice though prices are super high.

You go there to get supplies for your hobbies and help kids get things for there book report.

Michaels has so many little bits and Bobs to make any sort of project. And I dont know how they do it but they keep everything pretty organized on their shelves and someone will help you find what youre looking for.

My wife loves this store! She always gets what she needs and enjoys it, however Im giving it 4 stars because they do not have any chairs or benches for the men to sit while their wife racks up credit card charges. I had to sit out in my car. Actually, in writing this review, I have changed my rating to 3 stars because of the inconvenience.
