This is a great place to have a birthday party from ages 5 and up. Dont worry about jumping skills. A great part of this place is learning how to jump. Before you know it - your exercises for the day are complete too. Which is good if you have their pizza. The food certainly takes it down a notch but friendly staff gives us the encouragement to return

This is a great place to take the kids to run around and let out some energy, BUT its a little pricey. We would come more often and stay for food if it was a bit more affordable.

Excellent place to take your children! They have a great section just for small children and of course a much bigger area for older children and teens!Very fair pricing and always generous with the start and finish times.

You guys really need to get your staff to actually work. Ive never seen so many people stand around doing nothing (literally, nothing) while kids do things that dont follow the rules and could result in serious injury. As a parent I make sure my kids are following the rules, but I cant parent other peoples kids. Why bother even having staff on the floor if theyre not going to do anything?They also dont bother to keep it very clean, its always messy (another symptom of having a group of employees that literally stand around doing nothing, well, sometimes they chat with each other while ignoring everything theyre supposed to be doing).

Brought my Cadette Girl Scouts to the Friday night Glow session. Staff at front desk was welcoming and helpful, getting us checked in quickly. The girls had a great time. The park is clean and the food was good by kid standards. The Icees were a hit as they got pretty warm with all the action. Would recommend

Great place to spend a few hours with the family!! Dodge ball is super fun to play with friends or other friendly people. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is having a good time. Be sure to battle your kids in the with pugel sticks and challenge yourself on the rock climbing wall.

Everything for the kids is cool, something for all ages to do! They can run, jump, scream, And enjoy some okay tasting pizza. Four stars because maybe staff could pay more Attention to details! Guest, issues, etc.

Awesome place! Our girls loved it and they were 8, 6, 5 and 3. They had a lot of different areas and zones which kept everyone busy!

The kids seemed to have a great time. The young men working the party seemed intent on that happening too. Very nice!

Super fun jump park. Staff does a pretty good job keeping big kids out of the little kid area. This one has four or five party rooms. Also Wednesday 2 for 1 jump time (doesnt save anything for 4 & under) is nice.Food is ... Plain hot dog on a bun. Plain pizza. Everything is pretty plain.

I purchased 90 minutes of jump time. The employee gave us the wrong color band. It was a band for 30 minutes before our time was to end. A team member told my children they had to leave and they tried explaining that we purchased 90 minutes and the team member was very rude and called the children so a liar. The children felt humiliated in front of other children. All they wanted was to enjoy a night of jumping. We have been here over 50 times and will never visit this place again. No child deserves to be called LIARS AND HUMILIATED when they were in the right.

Kids had a blast. Ages 4, 6, and 12. Decent pricing. My 4 year old had more fun here than at sky zone. Its kinda like a mini sky zone which was perfect for us.

Friendliest staff ever. They employee teenagers but they are are very respectful and will even bounce with the children when able. The food prices are also great. No complaints what so ever. If your looking to tucker the kids out for a decent price in a clean safe park, Rockin Jump is it. Love it.

Great experience. Had daughters 8th birthday here. We walked right into a party room and were able to decorate. It had a nice size tv and large water pitcher which we did have to ask to be filled. We had almost the whole jump place to ourselves. Our host was DeAngel and she was very polite and helpful. It definitely got busier by afternoon time but overall it was a good experience. The room could have been a little cleaner and don’t forget to explore the Junior zone in the back.

I ordered ONE slice of pizza and I got a whole pizza. The cashier asked twice to confirm that I only wanted one slice. But I was still charged for a whole pizza. The owner only offered to just box it up instead of giving me my money back. So I got over it and accepted the pizza. I left it unattended for a couple of minutes and when I came back they threw it away. I didnt want to make a scene so I left but later I called to talk to the manager and they just gave me a free jump pass but I dont want to go there again.

Fun place to take your kids and let them play. Theres a lot of room and different sections for them to run around and jump. Also the rock climbing area is ok.

Our daughters birthday party was perfect! Kyle was very attentive. Everything was perfectly timed out. Things couldnt have gone better. Well definitely be back!

Entirely new staff, so friendly and helpful and just plain FUN!I give all of you a gazillion stars.___________________________One year ago :Grandsons had a wonderful time, just bouncing all over and especially with the great teens manning the rock climbing tower.The young woman working the snack and those offering general help and supervision were outstanding.The only aspect preventing five stars was the young woman helping with the extra fee human hamster area ; she was full-on cranky and cheated some of the children of the time for which they had paid. Such a shame and I imagine that she will never recognize herself as that cranky and officious employee.

I love how they have the space devided up- I was so nervous for my 2yo but she really enjoyed herself;the best nap followed afterwards. There was food and drinks available but we didnt indulge; however, it looked reasonable. And the place was very clean.We most definitely will be frequent visitors

Great place through my sons birthday party and little expensive, however there’s so many different activities that the kids can do they really had a good time. Party romcoms with pizza and soda decorations if you don’t have your own. They allowed me to bring in my own cake and goody bags, as well as decorate the party room as I want it. Staff was really friendly and helpful

Great if you have kids under 6 they have a whole jumping area just for them with everything they have for the older kids! My toddlers love it and my older kids love it too!

This place is absolutely amazing! It is very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and nice. The receptionist stood out to me, I wish I would have remembered her name but she was very welcoming. We will definitely be visiting more often. Way better than his competitors helium and sky zone!!! They should receive no rating less then 5!!!

Very packed and chaotic very confusing layout would not take my kids here for a party this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen needs more safety plans laid out and more supervision granted parents should watch their own kids but this wont stop a lawsuit

We went for my sons birthday and everyone had an incredible time. It is a fantastic facility with a great staff. Isaac, who helped our party did an excellent job and really made an extra effort to make it a memorable experience for the kids and adults. Well be back soon!

Neon jump on Friday was really fun. 2 hours for $15. Rock climbing included. Snack bar is kind of pricey but it was really nice overall

This place was the worst. They kicked me off the trampolines for sitting. Yes, you heard me right,SITTING. I know, UNBELIEVABLE!! It was my birthday, mind you. I believe the girl that kicked me off TWICE was named Janelle C. She yelled at me while we were talking to the manager. Now, she wasnt the only worker who yelled at us for sitting. There were at least 2 others. Im just completely and utterly DISGUSTED by the behavior of all of these workers. These workers either need to be taught how to handle children or need to be disciplined. I just dont want anyone else to have to go through what I had to go through. On my BIRTHDAY, mind you. I would have given this place NO STARS, but they wont let me, so i guess 1 star it is, but guess what, this place DEFINITELY isnt worth ANY stars. And thats the end of my review. Best trampoline park in the metro area. Clean, easy to get to, super friendly staff, and plenty of space. Has separate room with attractions for littles including a stunt bag, and foam pit.

This place was pretty fun, I had a good time with my daughter. The staff was very polite and not super strict like some other places. The pizza was very very good as well. The music selection was the only small issue for me; although I loved the selection for my own listening ears, some of it was just weird for a place full of chidren. At one point ‘Sex Machine’ by James Brown came on and god knows I’m not ready to have my little girl ask me what that word means. There were also a few songs with words like “ass” and other colorful phrases that are usually blurred out on radio stations.

Not a safe place for kids. Came there with my eight year old son and was playing dodgeball when a large group of kids started swearing and insulting him. We complained to management and found the parents of the kids and they didn’t take action and they were also very disrespectful and rude. My eight year old was crying. I spoke to management again and they declined to take any sort of action about the incident. I would never go there again and if you really care about your kids being exposed to foul language this is not a place for you.

Had an awesome time with my kids (ages 6&7). They jumped & climbed for 2 hours straight! Staff was amazing... helpful, fun, friendly & patient. Alexis (I think that was her name) stood out for her great attitude and another girl for her compassion in helping my son with a band aid (I missed her name but we were there 6/10).Kudos to an amazing staff and a clean, fun and air conditioned place to go!

Had a birthday party for about 15 kids. Kids enjoyed themselves the food is pricey. Only given a 4 stars because you can only rent the party room for 2 hours at $350. So I had to quickly hang up decorations and quickly take down decorations.....meet guest...quickly sing Happy Birthday eat cake, ice cream, pizza..and rushed to eat and rushed to get all the presents in the car. Not enough time!!!! Staff was nice. So Rockin Jump please extend the party room to 4 hours if someone requests!

They are always pavked. Theyre never really clean. There always teens there smoking and doing inappropriate things. Rockin Jump is supposed to be for all ages fo have fun, not to cause trouble.

If you take your kids there, stay with them, dont drop off. Shady people, not enough employees around. I was standing by boys restroom and I could smell pot when door opened.

So much fun, next time I need to do it with the kiddos! So much to do, very nice and clean, beautiful space. You have to buy socks for $2.50 but you can bring back next time. Places for grown ups to sit. Free WiFi and a snack bar. They also have a spot for the younger kids, a 6 years and younger place. Definitely worth the money.

Well, I dislocated my knee there. Out of work for quite a while. Adults- trampolines are dangerous, please be safe.

Go to any of the many other trampoline parks in the city they are much much more superior to this one. Unless you like to pay the same for much less, or enjoy lukewarm food & crappy customer service. Although the owner is the worst of all, he is rude AF, so don’t expect much from any of the employees when they have that for an example.

The kids had a great time. Excellent friendly service from the employees and manager. We will return for a party of our own next year 2018!
