No bathrooms, but a nice neighborhood park with shade and a zipline!

Cottonwood is a cozy little park tucked into the open space behind residences. Awesome new playground. There is plenty of room for kids or dogs to run around. Well maintained. Local teenagers like to hang out there later at night. Probably because it cant be seen from the road. The City of Broomfield recently replaced the entire playground area, along with the the play structures. It now features a mini zip line.

Good place to bring your kids and smoke weed. Not with them of course, just being outside is a good place for the carbon to be released as the combustion from your cannabis release an assortment of carcinogens residing in the carbon monoxide. Aside from you kids of course, the park is the sort of place they like to play especially in the middle of the day.
