Took 3 granddaughters there. Great find! Spent all day there for less than $40. Staff great. Lots of fun.

Great facility. I have a 4.5 yr old and she loved the kids areas. Also the adult rides were tame enough that she could fit in my lap. Overall highly recommend based on facility and well priced snack center.

Great place for families. Kids love all the water slides and big pools. Definitely a nice addition to our Broomfield rec center pass. On the other hand, it is packed on summer weekends to the point of being miserable to me. My wife and I take the kids for a few hours, then leave just to be free of the crowds. Thats the price you pay for having a great facility so close.

We love this facility! We have a 2 yr old and he LOVES water. Its free for kids under 3 and very cheap for adults ($9 for non- residents). We bring a cooler and blankets. If you want a good spot, you do need to get there early.

Great water park for small kids! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it gets soo crowded and there was a lack of lifeguards so they had to close down some of the slides. Still had a great time and will be back.

A fun community pool. Must get here early for spot on grass or chairs. Plenty of water slides. The adult pool is small but good enough size.

Love this water park. Great for little kids. Tons of slides that kids under 48” can go on with an adult and a really big baby pool. Lots of grassy areas to lay out on.

Super fun place for the kids. I like that the smaller kiddos can sit on your lap going down the slides, some aquatic parks dont allow it. The larger racing slides were closed when we went, hopefully they get them up and running for next year.

*THIS PLACE WAS SO FUN EVEN THOUGH MY HUSBAND AND I DO NOT HAVE KIDS. WE WENT DOWN THE BODY SLIDES AND TUBE SIDES AND THE CONCESSION STAND HAD GOOD SNACKS TOO! LIFEGUARDS WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALERT.

Good atmosphere, fun place for the family, all of the employees are high school kids, which would be fine if they looked or acted like they cared. Still would be nice if they had an adult manager around somewhere. Fun park but bad customer service.

Really great spot for kids and families. Get there early - right when it opens up so you can get chairs and avoid long line to get in. Super fun kiddie pool. One of their big slides is closed for the whole summer, so wish they would discount price because of that slide being closed the *whole* summer, which knocks off a star.

A nice low key water park in broomfield that provides relief from the heat during the summer months. Slides, dedicated shallow pools for the little ones, and lots of seating areas for your family or group to set up for the day. Theres also a cluster of picnic tables in a covered area that work well for Birthday parties. A snack shack and remodeled locker rooms round out the amenities.

Perfect for the families with little ones, they have bigger slides which allow you to ride with your baby, you can bring your own food and drinks here, there are quite a few picnic tables, theres enough of stuff to keep toddlers busy. Love the price! $9 for non resident adult, kids under 4 are free!

My kids and I love this aquatic center! We travel from Fort Collins and go a couple of times during the summer. Reasonable prices, variety of water slides and pool features and great layout for setting up your belongings. As a plus, they let you bring in your own food/drink!

We got there for our first time 45 minutes he closed so manager on duty (Alex) let us check it out and we are coming back tomorrow for the day. The 5$ resident charge is very reasonable considering up you get 8 hours (7$ non-resident).Ita great family place or just the adults.

First time going and it was more than I expected!! My husband and I felt like kids again going down the slides and double tubes, although it looks small it’s so much fun! Also the food & drinks they serve are bomb, a little pricey but worth it! Will definitely be returning

Love this place. My kids always have a blast here. Ages 8-15. Affordable and fun!The only reason I didn’t give a 5 Star, there was a duck that landed in the pool. A group of kids were very excited. The we’re moving in close, but not touching it. The life guard on duty was so focused on these kids leaving the duck alone that he wasn’t even watching the rest of the pool in front of him. I tried to tell him that the kids were only looking and to remind him that we were paying customers. The kids were not mine, but I felt he was being pretty nasty with them. He in return got pretty nasty with me. It was pretty unprofessional. And again, he was so worried about the duck he was NOT watching the many kids on the opposite side of his post.Everyone else we Interacted with was pleasant.

We only come here for the Dog Daze at the Bay each year but our dog loves it!

The kids love the pools and slides. Its got a nice community feel rather than the crowded feel of eliches or water world. There are a few good shady spots as well as some pavillions you can rent. They serve food as well. I wish you could get a summer season pass. Also beware that it effectively closes 15 minutes before the posted time and the staff stop supervising the slides 30 minutes before closing time.

This Place rocks! Perfect water park for 5-10 year olds! A few important tips to keep in mind. Bring a shade umbrella. It gets crowded and there are not enough lounge chairs or picnic tables. Go early again it gets crowded so you need to claim your spot. Pack a LUNCH! The food line gets incredibly long and who wants to spend their time waiting in line for expensive pizza on a hot day?If this review was helpful please “like” it.

Very nice park! Its a great place to go in the summertime, and with a rec pass card its free! Its always kept really clean and the lines for the rides are not too long. However, its not a full fledged water park; it only has 3 slides (4 if you count the one in the toddler pool).

Great place to go with the kids. Great because you can take little ones down the slides with you while they wear their floaties. Gets pretty packed but the lines move fast. I was slightly disappointed because a few of the slides where out of commission due to not being maintained, not replastered, other wise I would have given it 5 stars. Even with those slides closed I would absolutely go again, weve already been several times this summer.

Awesome park. Prices are unbelievable. Was a fun experience, nice staff, but the park is pretty small. They do have nice size grass area next to lake.

This place is great. 2 pools for little kids, 2 different slides for bigger kids and plenty of lounging in the sunshine grass and picnic areas.

Great activities, pool sizes and depths (no diving depths). Everything within convenient distances (pools, tables, restrooms), great for little, little children and older kids ( We dont have anyone who is yet a teenager, but I can imagine they would have fun too). Pricing is good, $40 for our family of 5, non-resident. 2pm is adult swim/ safety check time... twenty minutes. Pool temp depends on weather! We were in for a cool swin today.

Great place for family and young ones. Clean, well-managed. Very accessible for those with disabilities, including a lifting chair for giving anyone a dip in the water. Nice facility!

I went there for my nieces birthday party and overall it was a good experience, there was a little hang up first thing. The hosts of the party reserved a specific pavilion near the center of the park because there were going to be children of various ages and skill levels there, however there was a very large group of day-camp kids so we were moved with no prior warning. Management made it right enough and everyone had a good time, that is the reason they werent 5 stars for me. I feel like they should have let the hosts know beforehand or not given them the option to reserve that pavilion in the first place. Theres no way they didnt know they were going to have a very large group coming in time to contact the party hosts before we got there.

Its great if you have kids that dont mind cold water. Today it was was very cold water and any other water park my son never wants to get out of the water. I would have thought with the weather in the 100s lately it would have been warmer but no. Other wise price was very affordable for our family of 5. 6/29/18

Fun place to enjoy during the summer. The website doesnt give much info on the rules, so here are some tips: 1. Apparently you cant use your drivers license to prove residency. You need to get a resident card at the Community Center 2. No inner tubes allowed 3. Chairs are super limited, like there are hardly any. You can find a spot to lay your towel on in grass though. I wish more info was given on the website so people werent surprised like us.

This place is so much fun!! It fills up quickly but there is a lot of space to set your things. We were able to set up a small shade for the kids when they got tired. Multiple slides and multiple pools. My kids are 5 and younger so we stayed on the baby pool side.

Pools great, bathrooms were cleanest of 95% of public restrooms. Needed a lot more chairs, only 3 for the whole hundreds of guests. Kids loved the variety of slides.

Fun for all ages. They have multiple places for young kids to play in the water safely. There are some bigger slides but also some small ones for younger kids. There is also a large open swim area. We had a lot of fun!

We had my sons 5th birthday and it was very reasonably priced. Despite the wasp problem with the food (one literally trapped itself in our cake) it was very simple. You can bring outside food and beverages for the birthdays. They play music. Have snacks. And have something for all ages. Really enjoyable!!!

So much fun the kids loved it 3.5 & 5.5 yr olds. Staff was super nice life guards were interactive with the kids. We will def be going back soon.

Most of the people there were families with kids under the age of 12. Great place for family fun in the summer. And the right price as well. My family of 5 got in for $32.

Great community pool. Very clean with friendly staff. The waterslides are very fun and well maintained. The kiddie pool also has some fun slides and is a good size pool!

Great park for younger children. Reasonably priced, lots of things for toddlers, kiddie pools and small slides. only complaint is that there are never any chairs and now you cant sit on the grass. So unless you get there at 9:45AM, you will be sitting on the concrete. Wish they would purchase a lot more chairs.

Go on a warm or sunny day, it makes all the difference. The kids always have fun, and even when it’s packed, the lifeguards seem to manage the chaos well

For 7 dollars its the best investment for a hot summer day with the kiddos!! I been sliding down every single slide myself with them. Its just the right size to! You can lay back and let them roam and keep an eye out no problem

I used to work here as a lifeguard a long time ago. Love the improvements and continuing project to renovate the facility. When the trees get bigger, it will be an excellent place to lounge outside.

A local gem. It is a great place to take the kids on a hot day. The prices are extremely reasonable, even for non-residents, and it is a great way to beat the heat.

So we were invited to a Birthday party today and after about 15 minutes the weather really changed dramatically and it started to thunder so we were told that the pool would be closing and everyone had to leave and the party was told they would not be Receiving a refund I book a lot of parties and for them to do that is just ridiculous i have never had a party place do this to us the crazy thing was is that they did nothing to make it right they didnt even make offer the Birthday boy a pass to return or anything and if that is in there contract should be ashamed to run a business in this way so after seeing that I dont think I would ever book a party a the bay or recommend any other friends or family to eaither I sure hope they have some integrity and make this right ....

Great place for the kids anywhere from walking age and up....big kids separate from lil kids. Perfect slide sizes and water levels for the toddlers. Lots of covered picnic areas, great staff...definitely reccomend to anyone looking to have fun with the kiddos.

Have a 5yr old and a 7yr old. They both had a great day. We (parents) had fun too, was way more chill than a day at waterworld. Small waterpark, great family day for young kids.
