Nice hotel with luxury options. The lobby has an impressive feel with grand ceilings and fruit infused water. They have two restaurants on site, one is more upscale, the other is pub-style with outdoor seating that overlooks the pool. The spa is great and has both private rooms and full locker rooms with showers. The pool area is extensive with two kidney shaped pools and a hot tub. Theres a nice size fitness center near the pool with cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. The rooms are clean and come with a fridge. The pillows are very soft (too soft for me), it would be nice if they had a firmer option in the room. The overall experience was pretty top notch. Theres also a full golf course on site for your enjoyment. Recommended.

Everything was amazing. We loved it. This is our second stay and the staff is always so kind and accommodating. We needed several things during our stay and they were so wonderful. My friends daughter was really tired and having a meltdown (like toddlers do lol) and the manager got us milk and warmed it up for her. Everything was very clean. Beds are super comfy and the showers were hot. I totally recommend this place.

Best hotel pillows and bed! I literally felt like I was in heaven. Great room service. The food was delicious. And the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Also, if youre coming from the Denver Airport, Id highly recommend taking the GreenRide shuttle. You can book it in advance and online. It was fantastic.

Rooms were decent, very clean and the staff was top notch. It isnt the fanciest and we did visit when a lot of stuff was shut down, however the pools were amazing and the Tap Room was great. The area the hotel is in is extremely well kept. The golf course is amazing, but be very sure to bring a collared shirt and be on time. The also group you with other people, which I didnt know. Overall, great experience for the price.

Awesome pool area. Super friendly staff. Only complaint was the bed was horrible. I have a bad back and the super squishy mattress left me tossing and turning all night. Overall, great place to stay.

I went to the Omni to get away for a night and just have a peaceful relaxing night by myself. What I got was a nightmare. It started with the front desk telling me they were going to put a 100 hold on my card but in actuality they put almost 500. This then overdrafted my bank account which then caused me almost 400 in overdraft charges. I had dinner at their tap room which was good but then the waiter somehow messed up the transaction and they told me that dinner was free and then charged me twice for it. Their solution to charging me way more than the 100 was to offer me a free drink. They didnt acknowledge or try to make anything right. Dont go there! This was a Monday night, I cant imagine what a weekend looks like.

Food service unbelievably slow even considering Covid

Nothing was spectacular about this resort but the service. The room was basic and didn’t have a fan in the bathroom. A fan in a bathroom is a right not a privilege. One pool was heated and the hot tube was not heated up to hot tube temperature. The grill at the pool closes early so the only way to get food is to go through the resort and wait at a restaurant for a to go order. Just not that nice for the money.

Omni interlockOne of the absolute BEST experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the second we arrived, to the second we left, they exceeded all our expectations. We arrived on a Sunday night, and the place was pretty empty. The gentleman at the front desk was the greatest!! He was so sweet, and so informative on everything we needed to know about our stay. He answered all our questions, and when we couldn’t figure out the WiFi he helped us as best he could. We stayed on 12/22, so whoever was working that night let him know how great he is!! Well the room itself was spectacular. Huge king bed, huge TV, nice furniture, spacious, and just amazing. But the lobby and hotel vibe itself was what caught our attention. They had the most beautiful Christmas decorations everywhere! It was like another world for us because we usually don’t splurge on fancy hotels, but the way this looked for the price just blew us away! The pool was outside and it was a little too cold to go swimming, but the hot tub had a couple people in it. The fitness center is HUGE and has everything you could ever need. They even have their own spa! This place is magic. Pure magic. Also its been over 10 years since I’ve seen the mountains, and we got a mountain side view… so since we couldn’t see them at night when we drove in, waking up to that view was simply breathtaking. I just want so badly for you to experience what we did, and stay at this hotel. It’s SO worth it!

Worth it! the hotel was beautiful and the pool area was very nice! staff was friendly however the service was decent and the rooms didn’t really have enough sugar, creamer and coffee. also they didn’t have any breakfast and the coffee shop there was okay, i guess. other than that it is a fantastic place to stay!

I dont think the property was unique in any distinctive way but it was nice to be met with courtious greetings and friendly faces (well hidden by mask). Only downside was pool being closed. Had a great stay. Thanks

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pools were nice. Four stars as the furniture was a little raddy and pet peeve when I have to duck under the shower head. I’m only six foot why do hotels do that!

I attended the Denver international wine festival at this hotel. The hotel had an insanely slow form of internet that was available to non-guests. I suppose this was better than nothing - a piece offering to the wayward traveler. I found this hotel to be fascinating. It had a vast conference center attached to its rear base and out by the pool - thats where the real magic happens. There was an enchanting evening of wine tasting and lots of people running around acting the fool - which is what you expected a wine tasting event of this size. Good merry cheer was had by all. Tom - the drummer for the evening - recommended the whiskey from Boulder spirits. Another local favorite was the Moscow mule - Ginger beer and vodka - I had more than a dozen people tell me it was their favorite drink of the night. A very enchanting evening!

Beautiful place. Bar was great has 2 pool tables. Breakfast buffet was awesome!!!! Lots of unique choices. The pool tiles were very grungy and chipped, made the pool seem dirty. That needs an upgrade but otherwise it was a nice area

Clean, convenient location, a little worn inside the rooms, retouch needed. For a business trip, or multiple day trip without my children Id. Stay here again, with spa, pool side comfort, golfing, bike riding around area, Boulder and surrounding parks, recreation opportunities a good match for me.

Rooms were soso. No restaurant to eat at. The shower has no water pressure and you would think for $150 a night you could have some decent toilet paper. There are better options in the area I would try one of those.

Location is the only reason to stay here. Relatively easy drive to the mountains, without staying in the college town of Boulder. That is the only positive we found. Older hotel, built in 1999. Remodeled in 2008, but showing lots of wear & tear. Balcony door handle was broken clean through. Sliding doors to bedroom of the suite, came off the track. We stayed 3 nights and we overpaid for the Mountain View!! It is probably a good 25 miles from the mountains, as the crow flies, hope you brought a telephoto lens.2 out of 3 nights we experienced a problem with the hot water. Traveled the world and never thought I would say this; there was too much hot water!! There was actually no cold water, even the toilet was flushing scalding hot water. Rooms smelled okay and were large with huge tv, but who goes to CO to watch tv? Pillows on the bed were goose down & I am allergic.If we ever go back to the Rockies, I think we will save $600 and take a cabin at the park. We can take our own bedding and a sponge would be better than 2nd degree burns in the shower.

Very nice staff and property especially the waterfall, but the upper pool and hot tub were very dirty Sunday evening (lots of bugs and tree stuff), they were much cleaner in the morning though, the elevator had a small mess in it that smelled like pee we reported it on Sunday it was still there when we left the next day, our bathroom had hair in it in the shower, and the first room we were given smelled like old musty smoke or something, they did move us to another right away and I think they are very short staffed because of covid. Also our shower had hot water for about 2 minutes so forced to finish up in freezing water. Just wasnt impressed for a nice resort thats for sure.

Always love my stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great beer selection in the tap room. Bathrooms around the pool had many towels on the floor. Not sure why there we no baskets for the towels and water in the shower could be warmer (thats why a 4 star). Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We like the location. We didnt like that snow was piled up near the entrance parking lots and the melt-off made a mess of luggage and our shoes. Additionally, we checked in very late and consequently asked for a 1:00 pm checkout and the receptionist approached our request as negotiation and would only give us until 12:30 pm. She said I could call the front desk next day and request an extension. We advised, thats exactly what were asking for. The room condition was dissappointing, as the bathroom had bulging paint from water damage and no vent extractor. We ordered in-room breakfast service and the $60.00+ wasnt spent was an exageration for what we received. We requested Stevia for our coffee and didnt receive it. Food was cold and eggs undercooked. Sausage was overcooked.

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni. We wanted to get away as a family for 1 night before our daughter started the school year. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Our time at the pool our first day was great (the pool was not as warm as we had hoped) and unfortunately the 2nd day, the hot tub was broken and by the time it was fixed, our reservation slot (due to COVID) was over. We will request to not have our room be on the pool side the next time as there was a wedding going on that was pretty loud until about 11:30 PM or so. (It was a little tough for our little one to sleep with the noise). Overall, very nice stay.

Clean rooms and a beautiful view! Taproom food was subpar, and the hotel overall is a little dated. Great spot for golf if you are looking for a mountain view while playing.

Everything about this place is masterclass. I do wish the sauna was a bit more accessible, but that is me nitpicking. One employee Jake immediately greeted me with such enthusiasm at the front door - there are alot of nice surprises inside this Hotel.Also, the room service has delicious food options as well.

Living in Denver, I had never thought of taking a vacation here, but after visiting The Omni, I might make an exception. What a fantastic place. 29 hole championship golf course, spa, and a taproom stocked with local brews. ‘Love it!!

You cannot use the pool here, which is really frustrating.

The Omni Interlocken out did themselves today with the RMPCMA 6 Foot Laboratory, Educational Event!

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Location is pretty good. But the hotel is over run with people from giant church functions everyday. They flow out into the lobby where they put tables for each event, so it’s very awkward as a guest.

Girl at front desk was super rude. Good breakfast.

For the last five years, our group has held its annual conference here. There are lectures and presentations, films and dinners, and a celebratory concluding banquet.The hotel staff have been prompt and gracious, and their efforts to support the event are greatly appreciated. They make sure the chairs and tables are just right, and ensure that the audio and visual equipment operate as needed. They keep the meeting room well-provided with water, coffee, tea, and snacks. The staff help recover lost lanyards, too, and notebooks and purses and other misplaced belongings. As for that concluding banquet... for five years now, the food has been prepared nicely, and served with alacrity. The banquet has always been a success.Well, this is according to me. According to another attendee, there was something that was not quite right with the coffee one morning during this year’s conference. And there were a few complaints about the food at the banquet.More importantly, there was an administrative delay in scheduling the latest conference. Our plans were put on hold for too long while the hotel waited for a reservation from another group (presumably larger and more lucrative). These difficulties have not been a part of my own more pleasant experiences, but result in the lower score I’ve posted here.

We decided to stay at the Omni due to reviews online stating that there was excellent service and overall a wonderful place to stay. Apparently that was before the pandemic. The abuse of the pandemic is shameful, room service is not available, even though that could be done contactless so there’s absolutely no excuse for it to be unavailable. Valet was also unavailable even though at a hotel in Boulder where we had brunch they had valet for free, didn’t seem to affect them. We attempted to eat dinner in the restaurant, there were no tables available in the restaurant so we were directed to the patio by a server. After 20 minutes of waiting to be served we decided to leave and go eat somewhere where we were not ignored. I took my concerns to the front desk where I received no apology, no attempts to make it better. We were then woken up the next morning at 8:30 AM by a maid and then again at 9 AM by the same maid. I have not slept in in over two years due to our baby being born so I did not appreciate being woken up twice. We then headed down for breakfast only to discover there was no breakfast, there was a “grab and go option” however it wasn’t ready it wouldn’t be ready until an hour later. We decided to have breakfast delivered strangely DoorDash seems to deliver food but your room service does not. we then attempted to go to the pool to find out it had to be done by reservation, couldn’t get a reservation for the times we wanted, so we went with what was available. Attempted the next day encountered the same problem. Pool area was crowded with unattended kids who emptied out the hot tub, then was filled with ice cold water and the kids begin emptying out again and nobody stopped them. I again took my concerns to the front desk and was ignored once again and I informed them that I would be writing a letter which I did and they didn’t seem to care. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my husband and I which we haven’t had in two years in your service in your hotel absolutely ruined it for us. I will never stay in your brand of hotel again and will never recommend your hotel to anyone it will warn them of the poor service and abuse of the pandemic during this time. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!

I stayed here for a business trip, the room was large & clean. It felt a little dated on the decor but as a huge hotel I can imagine doing a full overhaul would be a big expense.The gym was really well equipped & I enjoyed making good use of this when I couldnt sleep due to jet lag.The breakfast options were ok, the dinner options were quite minimal & at the time expensive for what they were.They do have rooms that allow dogs though, so if you are staying from somewhere more locally that sounds like a good option to me.

The company I work for hosts an event here annually and this year I got to attend. This hotel was such a lovely place to stay. Hotel staff was very accommodating. They have a spa, full bar, gym, etc. The food was absolutely wonderful. There are shops close by as well! I had the most delightful stay. Thank you!

Great hotel over all. Little nit picky items fridge not plugged in. And lack of outlets. Hotel staff is on point though.

During check in, we were the only ones there and the lady was on the phone for 10 min before she acknowledged us or even helped us. Always help whoevers is in front of you!

Had a great stay there on our road trip, appreciated all the precautions taken to enhance safety during these times.

Stayed as a promotional deal one night with breakfast as a date night getaway. Could not have been nicer. Nice room, great outdoor hot tub in winter, free welcoming beverage..all great perks. Comfy beds and pillows, fantastic gym, and the sports bar has foosball and pool tables with lots of TVs. Overall a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni Interlocken Hotel. I recently attended a conference here earlier this month and everything was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn’t get to try the restaurants on property, but the hotel is located close to lots of shopping and food in Broomfield.

Ok pool, lots of children. The water didnt seem clean at all. Waiters are friendly and food is good.

The Omni Interlocken has nice rooms and very nice and friendly staff. Theres a small coffee shop, a restaurant that we never dined in and a bar with pricey but strong drinks. We had a mountain view room with a balcony and the view was spectacular. Snow was on the ground our first day, got up in the 60s for 2 days and is now 14° as we unfortunately end our Colorado vacation. The hot tub was awesome when there was snow covering everything! And finally, arent snowflakes amazing?

Just returned from a great week at the Omni Interlocken. The accommodations were very nice - friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. The views from the hotel were spectacular. On-site restaurants were enjoyable, pool area was beautiful and the pool staff went above and beyond when we were there. Their golf course was in perfect condition. Will definitely return to this location again!

My husband and I stayed here for work conference he had. I have to stay I was very impressed by the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The room and view was amazing. The room that we had dinner was so beautiful. We had such a great time! Will definitely be coming here again.

This is a real gem right on the beach! Small, top quality resort with great friendly service. Gorgeous view at morning breakfast. Lovely pools, shaded chairs at the beach. Perfect for young children - waves are tiny. No sargassum / seaweed problems here. Wonderful snorkeling out where the waves break to the north end of the bay. Great rooms with fun deck including hammock and jacuzzi tub. Want to return!!

Pretty nice. Rooms ate a bit outdated though. Use priceline or something like that or youll pay too much.

Beds are horrible there so hard its better to just sleep on the floor I also asked for firmer pillows well as the bed there horrible also.The rooms are outdated and the bathroom has no vent so after a shower you cant see anything until opening the door once you find it. The restaurants are ok with limited menu for food but plenty of drink options. The pool was closed for unknown reasons but the hot tub was still running. All in all I would choose to stay in a different hotel and save your money for other things. I stayed for 3 days as this was the place the boss picked because the first pick was booked. Atleast the room had a decent view.

The staff was wonderful. Very happy and very helpful. The place was extremely Immaculate clean. Casual and upper-class dress. The food was excellent. Extremely accommodating staff for sharing meals. A romantic type setting or a fun casual date or meeting up with family or out-of-state relatives, either way this place is extremely friendly. The price is just right. Wonderful amenities. Highly recommended for casual and romantic type fun.

I have always enjoyed and preferred staying here during my business travels to this area. But, the management has stopped evening service in the dining room during the week, so you must leave the hotel for dinner or eat in the bar. Ill probably stay at the Marriott next time.

Great experience here, and was sadly only here for a few days.You can see mountains way off in the distance (when its not foggy), the staff here is super friendly, and the hotel is in excellent condition.

Brunch was really good. Couple of small things wrong with the room like bathroom door wouldnt close, and the fan didnt work. Nothing too major. Would recommend staying here and trying some craft beers at the Tap House.

They are so nice! Its clean. Its pretty. The bed was comfy! No complaints! I came for my birthday and they gave me a few free cocktails and made me feel special. The bar was fun! They even has pool tables and foosball! But best of all....I love the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back again!!

Great hotel. I called ahead and they said that the pool was open and heated. However, the pool was way too cold to get in. The main reason we choose to stay here was because they had an outdoor heated pool.

I was there for the annual Mazer Cup International Mead Mixer. The small plates catered by the Omni are getting Much Better about ingredient warnings. The space is nice and clean, it gets a little loud though.

This has got to be the best outdoor hotel pool in the entire Midwest!!! This place is great, I loved it. If you are looking for a good outdoor pool this is the place to stay in Denver. The rooms are extremely nice. The property is very nice, and all of the Omni team members had a good attitude and were good at their job. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Great bed in the King Size but cannot believe they let dogs stay so there was a dog nextdoor to our room. Did not sleep much. There WAS hot water for the shower... Just took a LONG time... Nice view from the third floor...great food and customer service...

Awesome property. Excellent location in the middle of the technology area. 27 holes of golf course to choose from. Outstanding pool and bar area. Only problem was the pool bar stopped serving food at 5:30pm. Still, I had great conversation with Sage who was tending the bar. Drink prices were reasonable.

Excellent staff!We were greeted at the door by Keith (his regular position is at the golf course but he drives the shuttle during the winter momths. He seemed to be doing a lot more than just driving when we were there). He held the doors open, directed us to the front desk and offered us each a bottled water.At the desk we were greeted by smiling Bella! (Everytime we approached or passed by the desk she was smiling and ready to help). Bella personalized our visit asking if we had any special requests such as floor and distance to elevators (I dont ever remember getting asked this at any hotel).Later in the evening I came downstairs looking for dinner recommendations. Keith saw me waiting and asked if he could help. He not only made an excellent recommendation, he also offered to take us over in the shuttle (which is where I learned about his work schedule). We had a great conversation down and back from the restaurant.Everyone we passed or came in direct contact was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but a little dated. The wood furniture was scratched up from wear and tear. Otherwise I would have given a 5.I highly recommend Omni Interlocken. (See sunrise photo from our room)

We paid for our rooms months in advance and the front desk tried to charge us at check in and check out. We were asked to pay a destination fee which was for water, hot tub, shuttle and other randomness..Once we agreed to the destination fee we were charged another $500. Very frustrating.
