A very good place to live at. The staff is wonderful to work with. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We need to install street signs to help people find the lot spaces with much better ease, I always have trouble when ordering deliveries/Uber. Besides that I have had no other troubles, everyone is friendly and minds their own business.

Well my grandma,grandpa, and uncle live there and they have a basket ball hoop I play on every week I go there. Also when o am playing I dont have to deal with cars coming down into circle so that is a plus.So it is a really nice little village to visit.

Do nt listen to the reviews by people who dont even live here. Been here 15 years- Management sucks, dont care about anything but taking your money every month. All up in your business about taking care of your property, but they dont do simple maintenance on the streets. Very disrespectful managers- super expensive lot rent. Stay away if you have any sense.

Visited a friend who lives here. Wanted to take a tour of this place.

The property manager, Kim, is very kind, helpful, and considerate towards the residents and community. However, the assistant, Lauren, not so much.

Good area; outrageous lot rental fees! Plan on $1;000 just for your space!

Lauren and Kim at the office are very rude and unprofessional. Need to have better costumer service skills. Seems like they dont enjoy their job. Bad representation of this place and corporate!

They raise their rates every year even when people have been there for years and they say the reason for this is the older tenants have to pay for the ones that dont. Straight from the office personnel that collects the money. They are charging for gas & electricity , trash pickup, sewer is paid only if it is in their line, to the trailer is the owners expense -- I would think twice on Moving a trailer to this park.

Lauren at the office is a very rude, difficult, unprofessional person to work with. Being a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Instead of helping, she told me I should have done my homework. Not impressed.

The streets Suck. They pile snow behind cars and where no one can park. The little side streets are even worse because they have never been paved.
