Could not have asked for a better experience! GSI instructor Daniel gave us an excellent group lesson with special emphasis safety and technique and we as newcomers were extremely appreciative of his generosity and time. Once we were on the range, he continued to monitor us and support where needed, leading to a great experience. I highly recommend this place!

Went with my wife (first time shooters)Sam our instructor was amazing, he took us in the training room made sure we knew what we were doing(he tuff so be ready).We rented two gun, my wife went from hitting 3of10 to 9of 10.A great time cost was reasonable about $110 for range fee ($10 each for 1st time registration card) gun rental ammo targets earplugs. Definitely recommend

My first time here and I loved it! Mario, the gun range master, was super helpful and gave me tips on how to shoot better! Really nice and friendly dude!! Look for Mario if youre paying a visit! Definitely going again.

Took the 6 hour CCW class with Sam as the instructor. It is hard to keep a 6 hour class entertaining AND educational but Sam went above and beyond. He is open to any question, knows the laws well, and is very passionate about self defense and helping others defend themselves. Left with plenty of stories, laughs, knowledge, and a re-invented attitude toward self defense. Thank you Sam for the class, your service to our great nation, and the Colorado community.

I was told to call 3 days beforehand to cancel my account. I called for a month before anyone answered and was informed today that they do not handle the account themselves but that I would have to deal with member services. I was billed multiple times by Shoot Indoors although they claim not to have taken any payments... Member Services did not have the correct card number and was unable to charge my account, so although Shoot Indoors got their payment(with no record that I had paid through them), I still owed Member Services for 2 months worth of fees. I was informed that even though my household was sick and there was no way for me to get this information except over the phone that there is nothing that can be done and Im out $80 for no good reason other than bad customer service.I was told over the phone by an employee that this isnt possible because Member Services handles all payments but every time I came in I paid in person so someone it seems was just pocketing my money and profiting off of my lack of knowledge about their billing system.

This is an excellent indoor range. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, polite and very safety oriented. If you need a gunsmith ask for Evan. He fixed my Hi-Power and did an excellent job. With out getting in to to much detail I can say he really went above and beyond for me. The quality of his work is outstanding. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. .

On 07-11-2020 I took the Colorado Conceal Carry Permit class at the Aurora location. Sam Belmonte is a great instructor! He went above and beyond teaching this class, providing detailed and useful information.Will definitely be back. I plan to take more classes and training here to increase my knowledge and skill. So they close at 7pm. But lock the gates before 6pm. I spent 30 dollars on Uber. There and back. on wifes birthday. Called them and got a sorry but no discount. Kind of a big fykin disappointment.

They certainly charge and act like the only game in town, spurned on further by a new breed of staff that is chomping at the bit to condescend. A reasonably good outdoor range with reasonable pricing would have this operation defunct.

This place was great! Not only am I a beginner and it was my first time visiting Shoot Indoors, but I also decided to come on a whim. Despite my lack of preplanning, the entire staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. They explained everything to me patiently and thoroughly at the beginning, from picking out which guns I wanted, to which targets would be most appropriate. When inside the range, one of the staff (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) asked me if I wanted him to go over how that particular gun worked. I appreciated this this offer and thought it was extended incredibly tactfully. He gave me the opportunity to decide for myself what I needed, instead of just assuming my skill level. It also gave me the opportunity to admit that yes, I would actually appreciate a brief review. While shooting, I was given helpful tips on my grip and stance which increased my precision and accuracy. I felt comfortable here and had an incredible, rewarding experience. I had fun the entire time, and left not only with a smile, but also deeply considering getting a membership. I will absolutely be back again, and would recommend Shoot Indoors to anyone.

As local Realtor, I realized one day what a sitting duck I make myself on a daily basis. We then hosted a conceal carry class at Shoot Indoors to better protect ourselves and our fellow Realtors. GREAT EVENT! GREAT CLASS! and Sam was an incredible teacher. Shoot Indoors was a wonderful place to shoot. I have been before but everyone was so helpful getting the class going and of course while we shot. Definitely going back!!!

Really friendly staff, who walked us through our first time at a shooting range incredibly well. They made it fun and interesting. They also introduced us to a variety of guns to try, which ranged from suiting our ability, to just being good fun. Locals at the range were equally friendly. Overall, highly recommend.

We were able to rent a real D-Eagle .50, as well as something called a .500 magnum which is not practical for any kind of use but is the nastiest most powerful handgun in the world and a funny thing just to try out. Definitely a cool staff here.

Prices seem far and range is nice. Staff is very vigilant and prepared to step in if they see unsafe practices. I would disregard some of the low star reviews.

The staff is extremely rude and arrogant, especially the one in the range that sweeps the floor.

I loved being a part of this class! Sargent Sam is outstanding and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Very interactive, worth the time spent to protect myself and my family. Grateful to be apart of the class and a real estate team that provides this kind of opportunity.

I came to Shoot Indoors for my conceal and carry class, taught by Sam. I have previously signed up for this class at another location(classroom setting) and for whatever reason I beyond grateful that I was unable to make that class. Sam was AMAZING!!!! This class taught me way more than what I expected and I cant wait to train with Sam more. He was so real, so knowledgeable, and there was never a dull moment. I have been telling all my family,friends & clients about this class and I hope they take my advice and go sign up with Sam!

You should definitely checkout this place. Especially for people who don’t have prior shooting experience. The instructor was very kind to teach us as many times as we wanted. He would always be around just in case if we had any questions. Please do not hesitate to visit this place.

Pricey but very fun

What can I say about this place, its great! The group of people who run it are quite friendly and helpful. I come in for quick 30 minutes or so for target practice with my rifle or pistol. Never worried about range jocks or a range guard being in your face either. Its quite the laid back atmosphere.I took the Hunter ED class there this year and boy you want to talk about Dad Joke hell, hahaha. But, seriously go to these guys for classes and they even are willing to help you if you call or text them.

Shoot indoors does a fantastic job with their pricing, their program for you to try any of the guns they have, and their wait list if the range is full.If you’re on a waitlist you should not have more than about a one hour wait. Shooters are limited to an hour while there are people on the waitlist.I commend the range master for putting people in line when they are disobeying the range rules, something that I do not take lightly and appreciate as this is a safety concern for everyone. Had the safety concern not been corrected, I would have left a one star review despite the other positives.Lastly I will say that this range has fantastic hours for those that want to shoot at most hours of the day and week.

Usually friendly staff, especially range masters.They stay out of your way provided you act responsibly.Happy to push brass for you when it builds up, kiddo loves the card cutter club thing.Pricing I feel could be a bit lower but gotta stay open some how I spose!Expect a 10$ per individual initial membership fee to obtain your key chain card ect , upon your first visit.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I love how close the range is, its an easy drive from home and work. There are usually lanes open when you get there. My favourite time to go is Thursday because Thursdays are Ladies Night - discounts for all the ladies that come to shoot. Check them out!

We visited from New Mexico, chose this place based on the rating and prices. We are two women that have been inclined to learn more about guns and practice with a variety. We have been to numerous gun ranges in Arizona and New Mexico, and have never received this level of customer service. They were willing to spend time educating us on the differences in the guns we were shooting, listening to our preferences and making other recommendations based on them. They were completely accommodating as we kept wanting to try more guns and get a feel and compare different styles. And they were super knowledgeable about all subjects gun related. Thank you for the great experience, hope to be back soon.

I went to Shoot Indoors today to practice drawing and firing my holstered pistol as I have done for nearly five years. Knowing their policy that a range master must watch you draw and fire a safe weapon before you are allowed to use live ammo, I contacted the range master, David, to tell him of my plans. He refused to allow me to draw and fire because he did not like my slanted holster. It was the same holster Ive used at Shoot Indoors from the very beginning and previously approved be every range master, including David, which he denied today. Ive carried that holster for approximately ten years as a municipal police officer and five additional years as a Special Deputy US Marshal and Ive had to qualify drawing and firing from that holster all during that time. The holster is not slanted more than is recommended by the manufacture. Something was just different at the range today. I felt very uncomfortable there today. If I cant practice the drawing and firing that I need for my job here, I guess Ill have to go elsewhere. In addition to the above complaint, as I was checking in, another customer placed his bagged weapon on the counter with the muzzle pointed directly at me. When I complained to the employee behind the counter, he just shrugged his shoulders. I completed by business transactions by stepping away from the counter. I should have given Shoot Indoors a 1 star today.

Went shooting for the first time (as tourists) here. Instructor Daniel was very knowledgable and committed to providing us with a great shooting experience. The pricing on rentals and ammunition was fair as well. Would recommend for first-time as well as experienced shooters for the quality of service and wide selection of firearms available.

I was their today my first time. First time using a firearm and evan helped me out was teaching me how to use the firearm and he was very good i had a good time awesome experience would definitely recommend this place

Both the wife and myself took the Concealed Carry Class with Sam. We really enjoyed it. He is very knowable through years of experience and keeps things interactive in the class. Shoot Indoors staff was very accommodating and polite and the range itself is very nice. Would most defiantly recommend Shoot Indoors & any training with Sam available. We already look forward to future training sessions both classroom & on the range !

Been shooting here around a year now and have been a member since about month two. Not only is the staff friendly and great but they are always willing to offer a helping hand with technique and style. Thanks to multiple staff members my accuracy has sharpened and my overall shooting consciousness is much more honed. The lanes can get pretty packed on weekends but they always honor the hour time limit. I prefer to go during the weekday evenings when the range master has more time to bounce questions and ideas off of.

PROS: Good, clean indoor range. Its a great place to break in a new gun, or maintain skills with a range gun. BYOL (bring your own lead) as long as its brass cased, or buy ammo from the range counter. Shoot Indoors has a good gun list for rent as well. MOST the staff is great. Great place to teach newbies, but for the love of God please buy some dummy rounds and teach gun safety BEFORE you take them shooting.CONS: 25 yd max makes it better for handguns than rifles. The same 2 staff members are rude every time. Also, theres usually some unsafe gun handling going on that makes me regret sharing a room with other humans holding guns (the staff corrects this unsafe behavior when they notice it).

Great facility, but dont EVER sign up for membership unless you want to pay for the rest of your life. I moved out of town, so I cancelled my membership over a year ago (and several times since), and they are STILL taking money from my account. You have to go through a third party, which does not cancel it, and the staff at the range just tell you they cant do anything about it!!

Good indoor shooting range, but what makes this a 5 star is Daniel the manager and the staff! Daniel made our experience all the better! He was kind, generous, funny and guided me, my boyfriend and my family from out of state with great care from waiver registration to which firearm to choose for our newly party and beyond. Obviously, great interpersonal skills and just a genuine guy, so was the staff which I dont recall their names (sorry). Dont expect this, but Daniel even handed us two dollars to pay for my nieces snacks because the vending machine was not taking my card. Seriously, this guys standards on how he treats others is above and beyond -- best customer service! Definitely recommend to go and support! Thank you, Daniel and Staff and yes, support The Daniel Fund! lol

Shoot indoors is the best place to practice shooting. My wife and I love coming here, the range is awesome, clean, organized, pricing is good, and the staff is excellent! We live in Boulder and it is so nice to have a shooting range like this so close for us

Just started shooting and this place is great. My wife and I took a free firearm safety class that was offered and it was perfect to get us more comfortable with what to expect. Sam was the instructor and he was great... very helpful. Most importantly, my wife enjoyed it and learned a bunch so we are definitely going back.

It would be nice if they were actually open during stated business hours or had a notice of early closure on their website.

Went in today and was treated with care, professionalism, warm riendly staff.Downside is lead poisoning with pretty lax standards.

I really loved this facility! Buddha behind the counter was really helpful and accommodating. They offer a lifesavers discount for people in military service, EMT, police, and fire. They have gun rentals and a ladys night with incredible rates, just buy the ammo. I would suggest this place to anyone!

So I went here to get my fiancé familiar with guns so she is ready to protect her self and my son if a event occurred while I was at work and the staff is amazing great sense of humors very helpful allow you to rent guns and swap as much as you’d like and have everything you need if you’re a first time shooter I have made this my range and go as much as possible

Always such an awesome experience here. Yes you have to sign up for a membership, it’s a one time fee. If you don’t like it, you can easily just not pay, don’t shoot and leave. Everyone we have encountered has been super helpful and friendly. They encourage my son and give him helpful advice. They answer all our million questions we had, as we were fairly newer shooters. Have I heard them reprimand people for poor range etiquette? Of course and they should! I recommend this range to anyone I know that is wanting to learn to shoot or looking for a good time. We are now loyal clients to this range!

I have shot at just about every indoor range in Denver Metro, and it Shoot Indoors never fails. They are always clean, bathrooms are always stocked and clean. Ive never had a long wait before getting to a lane. The staff is super helpful. They even help collect brass for me. I highly recomend them

This place is great! I came here for my first shooting experience last Monday, everyone was super helpful. They took their time going over everything we needed to know which made me feel safe. Victoria was working and really helped feel comfortable shooting for my first time. I dont think I would have done it if she wasnt there. The environment is clean, cozy and laid back while taking safety very seriously.

Went shooting with 5 guys, it was so much fun, thought its going to be like 400$, ended up 250$! Guy named Austin was super cool, helpful, was showing us stuff. Met the owner and his wife cashing out, it was cool to see him taking care of the customers. AK broke down on us, but I guess its expected 500 s&w Magnum was fun to shoot!

Been here a few times like the place....most the staff is great, individual on the staff with the long hair think they need some vacation time off from the job didnt catch their name, got chastised for something their staff gave me permission to do, I advised them of that but continued to make it a point that I was in the wrong. After I posted this review Danny called me up and apologized but still arguing that I was in the wrong

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Range is well lit, has good ventilation, and clean. Range officer was very helpful and offered a rest to help with the sighting in of a rifle.There are multiple events listed including a ladies night where rentals are included.After my first visit I am looking forward to returning.

I used to have a membership at shoot indoors range and I had to cancel it because the people were so rude and not only that the other shooters were extremely rude also do yourself a favor and go to 5280 range youll have a far better experience I am so happy that I canceled my membership with them theres way too many other places to shoot

Such a fantastic place to shoot at! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help out whenever possible. Their gun rentals dont have the most gun options but the ones they have are very well taken care of and work wonderfully. Theres no extra fee to be able to pick up your used brass. Id recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice and comfortable place to shoot at.

Little bit of background. I havent shot a gun since Ive been 10. Im 35 now. Im far below an amateur when it comes to shooting. I cant actually put into words how amazing the staff there was. I walked in not knowing how to shoot a gun to wanting to shoot here once a week. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The passion they have for guns and the safety of customers is top notch. They took gun safety/education to a whole new level. I felt so welcome and confident before I even I fired my first shot.I cant recommend this place enough.Thank you guys!

Great place and amazing customer service! We were having trouble with one of our guns the last time we were here, and the extremely helpful guy in the range noticed and offered to look at it. The owner worked on the gun for about 30 minutes and fixed it. Amazing customer service and so helpful.

Good range. Prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable. Some guns for rent, none for sale, I believe. A good collection of accessories and a classroom with planned classes available for about everything you need. In a day where epicly huge and overpriced ranges are becoming more common, its refreshing to go somewhere a little more personalized service.

Have only been once but seemed like a nice place another range kinda pushed my buttons so we left and came here and signed up for the monthly membership everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Also like that they are open later on the weekdays and that we can shoot on weekends.

It was a nice shooting range, but if you are handicapped and in a wheelchair, the access is not the best. Shooting tables are not wide enough for a wheelchair accessible to get into to shoot.

My and my wife were first time shooters who knew little to nothing about handguns. We have a vintage 1960s 38 revolver, and a brand new Sig P238. We showed up at opening time and promptly confessed our ignorance. Thank God for David! He spent the whole 90 minutes we were there with us, one-on-one, first teaching us basic gun safety, rules of the range, and proper grip, before taking us to the range and guiding us through each firing of our two handguns. He even let us borrow an extended magazine for the Sig, for better handling. We left very pleased, and excited to experience more.

It was so warm and welcoming for a newcomer. The team works well together and with all of their customers which makes us come back. My husband and I with another couple like Thursday night ladies night, where we go have dinner and then go shooting. Never before did my friend or I think we would love hands guns as much as we do now. I own 2 and she owns 3. Its wonderful!

This is hands down the best indoor range in the Front Range! Levi and the team run a tight ship, and a very clean and professional operation. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. If by chance you need to wait a few minutes for a lane, the lounge is cozy and comfortable. The range itself is in superb condition, and appears to be very well maintained. Paid a visit to them for the first time today. The missus and I both had some free time and wanted to go do some plinking and thought it would be great to go there since it is close to us. Got there and the parking lot was nearly full. I was worried we were gonna have to wait a long time since it seemed so busy. We got in and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Windows, ceilings, floors the whole nine yards. Got into their main lobby area which is a nice little Shop/counter/waiting area and came up to the counter. The staff there were extremely friendly and treated us like we were long timers there. After filling out the waiver, reading the standard range rules we took a seat and waited for our turn cause the place was hopping. We waited no more than 15 minutes and it was our turn to get on the range. The range was super clean well kept and well mannered. The staff on the range were friendly and great at making you feel at home with some excellent positive reinforcement (since Itd been some time since I last shot) We began shooting and the crowd thinned and we had a blast (literally and figuratively) after all was said and done we packed up our stuff cleaned up our area and headed out into a beautiful Colorado day. Shoot Indoors is a fantastic place with a fantastic staff and fantastic range. If your looking for some good wholesome fun for shooting this is the place to go, and who knows, maybe youll have an even better experience than we did.

Levi and his team are great. They put together a great bowling pin shoot for us and it was a blast. They made sure everyone understood the expectations for safety and tournament rules and made the evening super fun. Can’t wait to do it again!

10 lanes (2 are pistol only) staff members were cool and friendly. They have a good selection of guns for rent if needed. The cost for 1 shooter is 22 dollars or 39 for 2 shooters. Although be prepared to pay a 10 dollar surcharge your first time in. But they give it back to you as a gift card if you decide to come in again.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Price is not too bad, I recommend the membership if you plan on shooting more than twice a month. Conveniently located in Old Broomfield. You’re sure to have a blast here!

I showed up around 7pm on a Monday evening. I filled out the new registration form on one of their iPads on the wall and signed in and was on the range within 15-20 minutes.All the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. And all the range rules are pretty common sense/understandable.For the most part, I was left alone to do my thing, which I prefer. I wasnt bothered by the employees or other patrons.I will happily return here, especially considering they have EXTREMELY convenient hours (10a-10p Mon-Thurs, weekend they close a bit earlier).

Love this place. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient with new shooters. If you come in with ANY minor regularity you are greeted like they have seen you way more often. Its really refreshing. The staff are always happy to see you and are willing to give shooters of any capacity the attention they need for improving themselves, having a good time, or troubleshooting.Prices are reasonable on everything. Memberships are well worth it. Dedicated reloading space is superb for learning or refreshers. Tons of classes and training available here.

What a scam, $70 to shoot my own gun and ammo with my girlfriend. $10 membership charge? Why? Who told you I want to come back?Ammo at $24 a box at 9mm. Range is old school back and forward target pull. Gun my friend rented was shooting left the entire time, 4 different shooters tried it.Acoustics were awful! Oh, and they are playing music on the range! So if you are using electronic hearing protection you will not be able to actually use them as the singing!!!!! SINGING! Will cut in and you will hear every shot!!!! What a dumb idea!Some guy was shooting long range 7.62! On a 25feet range. The sound was amazingly loud and uncalled for in that setting.Don’t go there! There are far better ranges!

Ive been here five or six times and the staff has always been friendly. Range officer has been paying attention and keeping everyone safe. The facility is always clean well maintained and staff is available for questions when you need them.

Really helpful bunch of guys. Made reservations for a big group and they made everything really simple. Showed up with the group and were shooting quickly. Never had to wait longer than 30 mins to start shooting.

Dont believe the bad reviews, always friendly and clean. Ammo is always pricey at ranges. 30 a month is a great price for basic membership. If you dont want a membership it is 30 for an hour. I remember an additional fee in the beginning but after that its same every time. They have a lot of staff with varying experience to help. Classes and competitions. I do agree that it is noisy when someone is using a long gun but that is anywhere. Always a great experience!
