I’ll start by saying the complex is great and definitely a great space for training.The new manager is great! He came into a rough situation and rectified the issue professionally and timely.

Taylor at all star baseball academy (Broomall Location) is not reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, willing to work, friendly or professional!!!!! Do not take softball lessons here because there are a lot of good softball instructors out there that want to make your daughter a better player. You will end up getting stuck with a male instructor that doesn’t know anything about softball because Taylor always cancels her appointments or at least in the last month she has! Taylor your excuses are getting old or at least come up with new excuses!!!! Taylor because of you, all Star has lost out on a lot of money that they get from our entire family and our referrals!!!!!

All they care about is the bottom number, money! Obviously, they do not care because how else would you explain allowing a baseball instructor to show up to work high and then turn a blind eye when that instructor works with kids while under the influence. The issue I have with this baseball instructor, I won’t name, but he is the only instructor who was in the MLB and he is the one who has been at all Star the longest and the one who has off on Mondays. My 3 kids that worked with this male instructor were the ones that pointed out something wasn’t quite right. They came to me and told me that He falls asleep while pitching standing up. So, that’s when I decided to sit during the practices and that when I noticed that he slurs his words and hits the kids with the ball because he was so out of it. He takes at least 3 bathroom brakes during the 30 minutes of instruction. He has been a complete mess in the last 6 months, but before that he was one of our favorites. The kids used him for a year before his drug addiction behaviors started, so he was great at one point. I found a new place for the kids and I don’t even care if I have lessons left at all star because I don not want my kids around him another second longer!

$50 for one hour in the cage AND you have to pitch your own balls? Ridiculous. Horribly overpriced.

Sick baseball training facilty tucked away in lawrence industrial center, it is located across from the sports arena. It has awesome coaches and caters to each players strengths/weaknesses, from my own little league play i had fun and learned alot while training here
