For some reason this location wasnt showing up when I was looking for an AC Moore, issue may have been resolved. Was pleased to find this location tucked back in this shopping center. A major improvement from their location in Philadelphia, what else to say other than that.

Pleasant customer service and expediate checkout overall top-notch service. They had fully stocked shelves, the employees were easily recognized. Employees attended to me. Found everything we were looking for.

The store is well stocked and clean. The workers are friendly and are willing to answer questions. If there is something not on the self, you can them to look it up and see if another store may have them and how many are in stock. The prices are lower the Michaels and it is just a great ran organization!

Usually I have a great experience as they have everything I need. Today the one cashier was rude to my two year old son. I get he was pulling on the bags and thats not right but her tone was rude and he is two not seven. Please have your cashiers be a little bit nicer to young ones.

We love A. C. Moore. But over the past few years, it has just gotten dirty. It doesnt break the bank to wipe off shelves while re-stocking. Small floor-cleaning machines are inexpensive and highly effective. These are simple, daily activities that make a huge difference to the patrons.Another issue is the over-abundance of scented items at the front door area. I shouldnt have to suffer an allergy attack every time I get within 5 feet of the doors to enter the building.On a positive note, the staff is very kind and helpful. Returns are easy. And having a rewards card helps stack up the savings!

Great store, great prices, great coupons , but gave it 4 stars instead of 5 cuz the line is longer than airport security they need more cashiers on weekends. But overall great store!

Store no longer carries stock for more intermediate crafters. I believe that the scrapbooking section is the largest in the store, so others have been pared back. I dont shop here often now for that reason.

Strongly reconsider shopping at this store to frame your artwork, photos, etc. Michaels is a far better choice due to integrity and a make-the-customer happy approach. I have framed artwork at both on many occasions.At AC Moore, they tore one of my artwork pieces. The store personnel tore it and, my bad, I accepted it. I didnt want to get her in trouble. Wrong choice on my part; particularly when the second piece that was framed didnt turn out well (my poor selection of frame). I was told by AC Moore personnel that they would redo it -- part of their policy to have a happy customer (this is what Michaels does and I have seen it backed-up in reality). But they didnt. They made me pay for the redo. I raised the subject of the torn piece of artwork that was on the same order as the re-framing situation and they said they couldnt fix it, it was torn paper. OK, I guess thats obvious. But they tore it. However, it was my fault that I didnt select framing well. So I asked for extra consideration on the cost of the framing redo (again, would have been complimentary at Michaels) in compensation for the torn, unrepairable artwork. They did give me a few extra dollars off. Gee thanks; I was expecting something a bit more substantial. But think about the situation: they dont back their communicated policy, they cant do anything about their damaging my artwork, not even compensating in hindsight, but since it was my poor selection on framing, too bad, its on me. Think about that. Fault on both sides. One irreversible and one not. Customer gets stuck. Stick with Michaels.

The worst. I had to make a quick and easy exchange. The cashier got overwhelmed and gave me attitude because she doesn’t know math. They called the manager from the back of the store-who was pissed she was interupted- and she proceeded to make things worse. This is the manager mind you- complained about being called From the back- accused me of being confused-got loud and aggressive when I told her what a bad expierence i was having. I felt like this lady was about to punch me. I’ll never be back

Im happy to have an A.C. Moore nearby. If they dont have exactly what Im looking for then they have something similar (or parts to make it myself). There never seems to be enough cashiers though and theres usually a line.

Friendly, knowledegable and helpful staff. Significant art, craft and photo supplies. Use them exclusively for my 12X18 photo frames. Have purchased more than a Thousand dollars of frames alone in the past two years. If theyre temporarily out of stock on an item theyll usually get it in within a few days....or refer you to another Moores in the area.

Love this store and this location....staff is friendly and pleasant every time Im there. I make greeting cards for charity and sale and baby hats for newborns at our local hospital; this chain has the best prices on material and yarn and the best coupon deals consistently across the board. Coupons are a necessity for me since Im a senior citizen and living on a fixed budget!!!! THANKS ACMOORE !!!!!

All the craft supplies! Youd be surprised... beware at Xmas time tho, tis a zoo... and often understocked. I wish they had a wider selection of beads... However, they have all the yarn in erry variety one could ever need... Ultimately, the best place to go for yer crafting needs in Delco and overall, an excellent place to explore and kill time.

This place is really convenient even though it can get a bit expensive. If you are a person into DIYs, jewelry making, painting, etc. They have everything here. This place isnt only for adults, they also have a childrens area with toys, coloring books, markers, crayons, etc. This place is perfect if you are looking looking for a gift for friends and relatives. They even have baking supplies here for the bakers out there.

Crafts store. My particular interest is crochet. Was disappointed in yarn selection; mentioned that to clerk who said truck with additional items was being unloaded. Will return to check that out. Their Wilmington store on Kirkwood Highway has an excellent variety of yarns and other craft items.
