This store is truly amazing with the many different things they have.. It is a slight difference between Hobby Lobby which I Love also... Two great Craft stores....

I love Michaels! They can be a bit pricey on certain things but they always have what Im looking for. They have a large variety and I love when the fall and Halloween decorations come around cuz they are the best!!!

Wonderful but a lot of things featured in other stores out of state arent in this store.Standard items like pearl flowers,gold battery operated candles,,pearl hanging strands.

I bought a $400 dollar gift card for my girlfriend to do a custom frame. When I went back to the store with her, we were told the print was too large and they recommended going to a gallery. At the time we were both upset and just left the store. Today I tried calling to see if I could receive a refund to my debit card. I was placed on hold for over twenty five minutes. Horrible experience!

Cashiers are extremely slow moving, sloth like. More interested in chitchatting than doing their actual job.Also, stock your shelves.

Michaels is great when they are stocked. But I seen a lot of empty shelves in areas.

Clerks are very helpful. Everything Im looking for is always in stock and easy to find. The only difficulty is that I take public transportation and the bus routes in that area run far behind one another. Im not savy with online shopping. Otherwise, Id visit more often.

The store itself is great, most locations are. However their online site as far as inventory goes is just straight trash. I’ve placed several orders over a course of time and each time they cancel my order. Obviously because inventory is off and shows it’s available for ship or pick up, until an employee cancels the orders because it’s not in stock. Should have a much better system that reflects what’s actually available and in stock rather than place the order and cancel it while my money just sits on hold through my bank for 3-5 days because of cancelation on their end! So tired of it. They cannot even provide you with a confirmation or reference number stating it’s canceled to show your bank. I will be sure to NEVER place an order via their online site again and purchase elsewhere !!

Highlyyyy overpriced craft store that took over all the other craft stores in the area. Lots of sold out items that craft stores should have available. Always just one person working, slow moving lines. Why can’t you hire more than two people Micheal???? Especially when you charge $10 for like 2 beads. This store really brings out the Karen in me....

I was so disappointed. I had several ideas for a birthday that was coming up for my daughter and I was amazed to see the prices throughout this store. I was prepared to spend between 100 and $150 on some silk flowers that I could make a nice arrangement and also a wreath for her front door. The wreaths that were already put together started at 60 to $75 and honestly they were gaudy and overdone. They certainly were not worth $75 but when I saw the price of their individual stems I realized how they come up with that outrageous price. Thank goodness I have Old Time Pottery nearby and the internet.

We really like this place. You can always find coupons or discount. In the staff really doesnt give you a hard time at all about using those coupons.

Im a crafter so quality and quantity matters to me. There isnt a wide selection for Knitters and such and the materials are over priced for what you get. The cashiers are nice and sometimes the customer service is mediocre at best. Nicely located in ridge park square which is convenient.

We were looking for picture frames and the picture sizes we had didnt come in standard frame sizes. The lady in the custom framing department gave us great help by pricing custom framing first. We realized how expensive it would be so she gave us some really good ideas for how to frame our pictures!

This play skills classes and has a little bit of everything but not a wide variety of one thing. So like if I wanted to go get a piping bag there are only 2 to choose from. But they sell really nice crafting things/ suplise/ kits. It is a nice place to get a gift for someone.

Nice store, conveniently located in a plaza with other good shopping options. Michaels has good sales from time to time & they carry interesting holiday decor. I just hope their acquisition of Pat Catans creates a better store, incorporating the best of both, employees, merchandise and fair prices included

Lots of stuff for arts and crafts for hobbyists and children alike. Or for adults with kid minds. No big pieces of fabric though, nothing to make blankets or that sort of thing. Lots of yarn and knitting materials though.

Always a great place to find craft supplies. The store is always clean, staff is helpful, and knowledgable of their layout. You can almost always find a coupon online. With another big name in the area gone this will be my new first stop for craft supplies!

Very clean and supplies needed are always available.Bought my christmas tree there and it was way fuller than other retailers.

Customer service is very important to me, Michaels is not only overpriced, but has terrible service. Employees made it clear they did not want customers in the store and displayed very poor attitudes.I am a big crafter and thought Id give them a try, as they are the next closest craft store since Pat Catans shut down, but will definitely not be returning.

Im always disappointed with there selection of paints and canvases. They are always low on stock.

Lousy selection. No staff help on floor. No real, actual sable hair water color brushes to be found. No natural fiber bristle brushes at all. Waaay too huge for ME to comfortably walk having to use a cane now due to an injury. NO CARTS available, just little baskets.Seems isles Intentionally NOT labeled to b needlessly Cruel.Older ppl WILL find it tough to get thru.Corporate Suits feel no need to hire floor staff, or provide any benches for resting in this monstrously HUGE, wareho... oops, store.What few employees there were were nice, and the rest room was clean.Bottom Line: Go to that Christian Art Supply Store if u can!! Ive heard its great!!

Hade what I need it.

This place has a lot of stuff that Pat Catans had, but certain things are being discontinued like the really big drawing paper and specific tools. Honestly it makes sense because no one is buying that as much as the main stream items, but that bums me out a bit with the lack of diversity.

I dont like it as much as I liked pat catans...

Since a Pat Catan store near me has closedI have been going to Michaels for my art supplies.. its a nice store with frequent good discount coupons . I just wish the art department was larger and had a few more of the things I need..

Very nice store. Youll probably find anything that you are looking for. They always have sales on framing. We framed two paintings with them. They were very helpful with helping us pick out all the colours etc. We got it in less than two weeks if I remember correctly.

Worst art supply store on the planet. Its fine if youre a suburban crafter or something, but in no way is it a replacement for Pat Catans. Terrible.

Love crafting and there are plenty is things to choose from here. Downside is prices are so steep. Bring it down a bit Michaels! Im making these things myself. It should be cheaper that way not more expensive or just breaking even.

Very clean & organized. I was disappointed that they didnt have the particular yarn I was in search of, but that was my only complaint really. I did find other really cool & interesting things & some stuff & great prices. Will probably be back, but have to be careful not to spend too much $ at once.

Has a very large selection! I came here for fabric paints and there are a lot of different colored tee shirts you can aquire and many different types of paints. They are slightly pricier than some competitors, however.

Pro: Has everything you need for crafts and more.Con: A confusing store layout, I awkwardly stood in the checkout line to ask where online orders were picked up (there were no signs to guide my way, nor were there other staff to ask) only to be told that online pick up was in the photo framing section in the back of the store.Staff were polite but not friendly; I feel more like an intruder being eagle eyed than a welcomed customer.
