Not bad at all. Tickets price also region-able. I will go there again this week.

The staff is great. They greet us. They know who we are and have our order ready when I ask the ticket agent to call back a cheese pizza. Sometimes when they arent too busy, they even deliver it. Pam, Jim, Christi, Megan and others are all good people. Weve been going almost every Friday late afternoon for 10 or 12 years.

Unlike what Tony Taylor states, there WAS signs posted outside the theater that stated they have the right to search any bag brought into the theater. Which due to recent events makes plenty of sense and shows that they care about their customers safety. I was very pleased with the customer service at this theater, never a single bad experience here. If you are going to complain about needing to move some stuff in your bag around so that they know you dont have weapons, then this theater isnt for you and you can bring your fire arms elsewhere. The popcorn is delicious, the concessions has plenty to choose from and there is always plenty of good seats for any show. Id recommend this theater to anyone who doesnt mind them looking through a diaper bag in order to ensure the safety of all of their guests :)

First of all..I hate Google Plus.Now about the theatre, this is my go-to theatre. I have not had any bad experiences, I have been going here since it opened. I have read previous peoples experience and I have never experienced it. I think people need to think broader than themselves...if they have one person doing the ticket window, it may be due to not enough people older than 18 applying for the job. Dont know if that is the reason.Also, if you get there past a certain time, they wont let you buy a ticket for that movie, so if you missed part of your movie in the past, they have taken cared of that situation. How I know..? cause I came to a movie later than 20 minutes. I have gone at a time when I know no one will be in line and bought my tickets, and then when it was time for the movie I just walked in, avoiding the line.Concessions...I dont get it all the time just to save money. Not an issue with me when I do get it. Except lately, I noticed that they changed the salt for the popcorn. I dont like the new salt.Also, the theatre is not ghetto. Ghetto people go to all theatres in the Twin Cities. Stop stereotyping. I go to this theatre at varying times, so I should know.People should consider certain movies draw certain types of people, and if you are concerned with the draw, then go at an earlier time or another day. That is with all theatres.It is a clean theatre. I have no issues with cleanliness.

First of all I gave it a 3 star depending on the quality of the place.1. The food there was fine, not bad2. The movie did start on time3. When I went there it was quite not loud like others reviews.The two negatives were that when we got to buy tickets there was only one person working there, the line was long but not that bad. Secondly, the food stand had a few people working and the lines were pretty long but not that bad.

Never a bad experience. Except for when they say the movie starts at a specific time but what they really mean is all of the commercials and ads start then, then the previews start, then the movie starts. Before you know it you realize you could have showed up a half hour late and still caught the beginning of your movie...

Cleanliness in the parking lot is not a priority. This movie theater is not ideally-situated in a safe area of town. Keep that truth in mind and you can plan accordingly. NOTE: This theater disappeared in 2017 and has been replaced by a golf dome which is slated to be complete in 2018.

Letting teenage kids do sexual acts in your theater is just plain gross. there was a young couple going from theater to theater trying to have sex. these were teenage kids. If the Mall of America can limit the kind of chaos that goes on at the movie theater than, so can your staff! it is illegal and should not be allowed. you dont just kick them out, you call the police and have them issued a citation for trespassing and arrested for public sexual displays. hire staff that can handle the situation better, instead of a bunch of kids who cant put their cell phones down.When I spoke with the manager she said there is not much she can do about it. even after I told her they were still in the theater. she did nothing!I wont be returning ever again.

Meets basic standards, but the food is inconsistent. Lived not far so visited frequently and the popcorn tasted old and stale. Friendly staff, clean location, yet the noise in the theater from others can be annoying.

Been here three times. First two times the woman in the wheelchair who checks your tickets searched my bag for quite a while lifting all my belongings up and into view of everyone around. It made me uncomfortable and my partner and I barely had time to hit the concession stand before our movie started. Last time we went was two Weeks ago. The woman who checked our tickets was a sweetheart. The place looked a little dirty tho and the candy rack was no where to be found. I hope they arent going out of business.

Need to make sure there are enough employees working. we waited 15 min and still never got served. They ran out of popcorn, so i had to go back. the place otherwise is clean and comfortable.

This location has closed and is being demolished to make way for a new Top Golf venue. The movie theater was nothing special, but I sure do have some good memories of coming here as a kid.

Came to see Beauty and the beast.I bought tickets in advance for the 3d showing.I didnt receive the 3d glasses and the clerk who checked us in gave me an attitude directing us where to go for the show .Minutes later when the movie was playing,I came back to ask her for the 3d glasses because I wasnt given any and I told her we did self check out where it was just the screen printing tickets out itself.Not sure why she was being so rude and giving me an attitude.After the movie,I didnt see her and took this to management.He needs to talk to her about her service and attitude.

Very lower class. People talk during the movies and it isnt uncommon for fights to break out. Very ghetto overall; I would recommend going to Champlin or Willow Creek instead, where things are more family-friendly.Also, you are now searched for weapons upon going in, and the people performing the searches are not known for their professionalism.

I cant say Im surprised about this place coming down. I use to come here frequently when I was younger, but in recent years I found myself reluctant to go to this theater. However, for its location it was either this or the equally on-par quality of Wynsong.I cant say the place was the fault of management, but there was a definite atmosphere to this place that was very appalling. If you were smart youll go late at night on a weekday a few weeks after the movie came out so youll be in a much emptier, quieter crowd during your watch. Any time else you can expect some of the most obnoxious movie-goers talking loudly during the film, using their phones, and just plain being unpleasant.The audio quality was decent enough, and I found the facility typically clean. I honestly think most of the 1-star reviewers here are just exaggerating their negative experiences or just plain feel like an employees mistake was a personal attack on them. It was a decent theater, not the best by far(Especially since it couldnt compete against those with student discounts, stricter policies on rude movie attendees, and have a better quality for same price), but if you wanted to go to a movie and you were in the area, Id say it was worth going from time to time.

Okay movie theater. Needs upgrades to seats and sound system. Ticket prices are comparable to other new and updated movie theaters.

I go to this theater 1-3 times a month usually early on Tuesdays for the ticket and popcorn discount. Service is fast, the popcorn and soda usually taste fresh and all areas are kept clean.The bathrooms are spacious and sanitary. The screens and sound quality are very clear and loud. Later hours Brooklyn Center does have a lot of careless and rude people but that is no fault to this Regal Cinemas location and they do have security. if the owner sees this review id say consider new seating, an updated arcade and if possible lower some concession prices i might as well stuff my coat this winter with dollar store candy rather than pay $5 for one item. i doubt the employees pay even reflect on the profits anyway - sincerely one of those somewhat careless brooklyn center residents.

Youre typical late 80s multiplex. Its sanitary, good selection, standard concessions. Never an issue getting in to see a movie.

Was a lovely theatre, but permanently closed now. A Topgolf driving range is going up here.

The employees are horrible and very stereotypical. Askbif my kids could have waters with lids and straws they said no we would have to pay for soda to get the cups. I have a child with cerebral palsy so a cup with no lid or straw only equals a mess. They did not care or try to accommodate him. Because we where black they assumed we would try and get refills even though the pop fountain was only accessible to them. My children arent allowed to have soda so we would have never tried that. Because we where black they stereotyped us, when all we really wanted was a cup of cold water that wouldnt be put in a little tiny two sip per glass cup... Smh

I have been to this theater multiple times over the course of the past few years. I have never had a problem of any kind, not with the staff, or movies not being started on time, or with riff raff from the North side of Minneapolis. It is the theater I choose to go to, being a Northsider myself, it is close and rarely crowded. I have always received good service.

Great movie theater but the prices! Omg. For a family night out expect to drop at least 45 just to get in and then another $30 if everybody want to snack. See and THIS is why people sneak in food into theaters LBVS

I have been to the Regal for over three years and with my rewards card my children and I always have a good time, I really have no complaints, except I would like if they used real butter on the popcorn.

This place is always really clean and plays good movies. Beyond all the big Hollywood stuff, theres always one or two indie or art house movies.

Dated 1990s gem. Art Deco meet 1992. Clean. Comfortable seats and okay popcorn. Dont order the mini corndogs. Concession staff is friendly at least the person who served me. He went the extra mile by filling my popcorn bucket halfway topping it with butter and then filling to the top and buttering it up again WITHOUT rolling his eyes or catching a tude. No 1000 combination soda dispenser. One person was working the ticket stand on a Friday night. I purchased tix ahead of time to save time, but it wasnt clear where and how to pick them up. Theater had just the right amount of air conditioning. Would go again because there were not a lot of people. Toilets/restrooms are clean. If youve read my previous posts, youre aware I have a thing for clean restrooms.

What an awful experience that night was. The service was just terribly bad and I cant come back to this location again as a matter of fact I think I might just stick to the AMC instead of Regal. It was last Friday night, me and a friend bought a total of 7 tickets. We went and paid at the front booth, we specifically told the guy at the front we wanted tickets to see Girls Trip he said okay. My friend and I had split the payment we paid and proceeded to head to our movie. As soon as we got to our seats the security guy comes and tells us all to come back to the front because half of us were given tickets for another movie...? I was confused as ever! We told the guy at the front we wanted to see GIRLS TRIP! Why on earth would he give some of us Transformer movie tickets. I was beyond outraged. Worst off, the Asian lady at customer service accused us of being at fault for telling the guy at the front we wanted to see that movie she was not even there when we got our tickets. Although, the guy at the front apologized for his dumb mistake, I had asked for a full refund. That whole complication wasted us a good 30 min in for the movie. We all just left and plan on never returning back.

I have been here about 5x in the last 12 months.My review is based on a mix of those visits. Most recently went to a movie at 345pm, yesterday, 6/21/17. Wonder Woman.**This irked me--and thats why I am giving GOOD, 3out of 5 stars for my review: Do you know, when you are in a movie, halfway thru, and someone idiot in front of you turns on their cell phone screen & thats all you can look at/see? Well, there were a total of THREE Of us in the movie yesterday. An employee comes in and stands to the left side, and shines these RED lights, like hes waving in an airplane. It distracts us from our movie, and he keeps doing it. My fiance yells down to him, hey, can ya turn off those lights, its distracting us from the movie. Employee leaves. At end of movie, my fiance goes to talk to the manager, and he says that his employees are SUPPOSED to do that, to check the exits. YES thats what he said. That doesnt make sense. Isnt the act of an employee WALKING INTO a movie theater, and walking over to the Emergency Exit--considered......oh I dont know.... checking the exit?HEADS UP: Youll see them (The bright, RED lights being waved in the air, while your movie is playing. Thats all I wanted to say.*Ticket booth was kind to enter in my ph# for my rewards card that I forgot. Ive done this 2x.*Got in, visited the bathroom--which was VERy clean, and had those instant dryers for your hands (which I very much appreciate).*Didnt get candy/popcorn this time, but other times, its the correct order & people are polite. I dont usually buy any, because I think its $$.*The theaters floor, #12, was sticky in 2 of the rows that we tried out. That kind of irks me, esp since it was an earlier movie. Oh well, cant have perfect flooring. The arm rests are NOT padded, just a plastic hard feel.I really really WANT to love this theater. The parking lot is gigantic, and its so close to my home, but I wish they got rid of the airplane light flasher and got cushier armrests/seats.

One of them was vaping the whole time the other was a teenage couple trying to have sex in the movie theatre.When the movie was over I spoke with the manager who really seemed like she did not care. And none of the employees looked to be over 16. They cared more about playing pokeman more than dealing with customers!I have never had a good experience here and I only gave it a chance because my son asked me to.I wont be back ever again!

Ive been to this theater a number of times, never had a good experience. Theres always a group of monkeys jabbering away during the movie. Last time, when I politely asked them to be quiet, they attempted to start a fight with me. Dont waste your money at this ghetto theater.

Close to home and going at 11 am with the kid to see a movie . Likely will be the only people there and service is great !!! We will be coming back .

Im traveling from London, so take this with a grain of salt, as Im used to walk around safe neighborhoods and have comfy seats at the cinema.---Dont foul yourself, this Cinema is in a bad neighborhood. Mediocre theater. I dont bother going after 6pm anymore because of the teenagers that are generally disrespectful, loud and rude. Matinees with my kids seem to be decent. Bummer a few of the video games always seem to be broken otherwise my son and I would pump a lot more money into the place when we are there.

This is the only theater within 20 miles from where I live that shows Bollywood movies. Went to see Jagga Jasoos here and was the only person in the theater. The tickets are reasonably priced, especially compared to other big multiplexes like AMC. Sad to see this place is closing!

I recently had a very bad experience here. I paid for my ticket and handed it to an employee who tore it in half and directed me toward my theater. Then he pointed to the bulging pocket of my jacket and demanded to know what I was trying to hide in there. He asked me in a very threatening tone. I told him that I was carrying a bottle of water and he demanded to see it. So I took it out and then he loudly asked me what else I was hiding. I was very offended because I was not hiding anything. Then he tried to frisk me and I showed him a can of V8 Juice that was in my other pocket. He informed me that he didnt care if I brought food into the theater and then I suddenly realized that he was searching for weapons. What would have happened if I had a weapon? This was obviously not a trained security guard. He was just a pompous authoritarian ass who ruined my day. This unprofessional and abusive behavior needs to stop. If patrons are to be searched, Regal Cinema management needs to hire security guards. I doubt that Ill ever return to this theater until I am assured that I will be treated with respect.

Not a first choice, a few of the seats are broken and they are very small.

I am currently [6/13/16 @2117] sitting in the theatre and the movie isnt working. Note that the movie was supposed to start at 2105 and started at 2110, but there was no picture through most of the previews. The lights dont even shut off during the movie. Just a poor theatre.

Getting in the door takes too log, they usually have one cashier in front regardless of how long the line gets. Once you get inside the experience is fine...concessions stands are clean,clean auditorium, etc.UPDATED 4/16/2018THEATER TORN DOWN. LOCATION NOW A GOLF DRIVING RANGE.

No showtimes or ticketing listed online and automated Regal phone line doesnt even have them in their system. Very frustrating and I will look elsewhere with more easily accessible information.

Worst theater in Minnesota. Its the closet theater to the northside of Minneapolis, so all the riff raff are there. Some crackhead left her kids, 6 of them, in the theater and left. I told a manager, she said, we get that alot. and offered me free passes, i declined because I wont go to this theater ever again.

Wish I could rate negative stars:So, in case you missed it, Regal Cinemas is now doing searches upon entry. My wife and I attempted to go to the movies last night. We had our baby and his diaper bag. When we went in, the manager demanded that we open the bag. I stopped, I looked at her, and I said, You want to search our diaper bag? She emphatically said, No, I just want to see inside. I was irritated, but complied with the request. I unzipped the bag and opened it up. She obviously was not happy with what she saw. She asked, Can you move all the stuff around? I said, No, now you ARE wanting to search the bag. She then said, Well, we will get you a refund then.I am all for Regals right to do this. They are a private business and they have the right to conduct their business in whatever way that they want. I find two things that would eliminate ME from doing business with them. Number one, I was lead to believe that it was not a search. There are no posted signs (including for banning guns) and there is no warning that this would happen. Number two, the search of a fully packed diaper bag that would require us to move everything around would require us to repack everything. It is simply an effort that we dont need when we are already trying to take care of a baby.Let me ask some basic questions... Did John Houser carry his .40 caliber handgun in a diaper bag or purse? Do you realize that John Houser was DENIED a carry permit, thus him being in possession was illegal to begin with? Do you realize that James Holmes did have his weapons when he came in through the front door? My mom has always stated, Locks keep the honest people honest. The bad people are not going to care about your procedures. They will either circumvent them or be completely irrelevant to them.

Clean, there are security guards here most of the time which is nice. Take that as you will that there is an apparent need to staff them.
