Best experience from the Rhine river cruise Legend of Lorelei, taken in August of 2019. Excellent organization of the tour - many thanks to Marina and Claudia, our tour guides. We definitely recommend this cruise to everyone, who is interested in history and culture of this region.Alex Novikov is simply amazing - I cannot find words to describe the level of assistance that he provided on a number of occasions. He is making the whole experience of booking the tour extremely simple and pleasant.

I was buying airline tickets online and had some conflicting info about the luggage, seats and other rules. Decided to try this company as my friends recommended. In fact it is much easier and possibly even less expensive. They are good with the rules and give their suggestions. The only little draw back is they are little overloaded. But if you leave a message they call you back quick enough, so it is Ok. I used them a few times this year.

I am impressed with the the way they handle the requests. Very professional and experienced people. The advises I was getting were invaluable, very much appreciated it.

Every time I purchase vacations or insurance from this company it works out great! Highly recommend!

We traveled to Costa Rica with this agency for the first time and used their service for ticket reservations few times over last two years. We give them the highest mark for the pre-tour instructions and suggestions, tour organization and selection of placed to visit! Very poor service! if you dont want just lost your money never go to TUO company!!! Because only have reservation your hotel bed and breakfast and transfer to airport!!! For 8 tour days i have only 1.5 tour excursions included to tour!!! If you want see some more than 1.5 you need looking for and pay by self each tour separately!!! Dont west your time and money!!!

Buyer beware. Marginally competent, unscrupulous, lazy and sloppy. Their lack of professionalism will cost you extra money you didnt plan to spend, their poor customer service shows compete disregard for making right by the customer. When they make mistakes during booking, they fight tooth and nail to avoid admitting the obvious, recognizing an error and going an extra mile to correct the problem and look after the customers basic benefit. Avoid; you are far better of using the Internet directly.
