I used to love shopping here, as the staff have been invariably well informed and welcoming. Unfortunately, its unlikely I will ever shop there again given the companys treatment of employees in recent months, as well as its response to their unionization attempts. The abysmal state of HR and safety practices on a corporate level is unacceptable from a company that bills itself as progressive. How a company can do so much education about disease risk mitigation only to act like this is beyond me. I stand with SECSE, and will not be returning until their demands are met.

9/29/20 update: The workers demands have been met and the employees are back under better conditions! Im excited to come back.Original: Every experience Ive had here has been amazing. The staff are so kind. The problem is that the CEO refuses to listen to them and left them in unsafe working conditions during the pandemic. I cannot in good conscience shop here again while the entirety of the staff is on strike, except for the manager who has chosen not to. I was happy to have a store where I felt safe and accepted as a trans person, but it turns out that was because of the staff, not the company. Support the workers and do not shop here until demands are met.

I’d had good experiences here with the staff helping me, but can’t shop there knowing how management has treated its employees through COVID and before. They’re asking for simple safety measures and HR support and management has ignored them and called the police when they’ve gone on strike peacefully outside. Until I hear of change, Hubba Hubba will be my new go-to (the people there are great!) but hope to be able to support the educators I talked to at Good Vibes in the future if things change.

Great experience as soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help. They let you browse comfortably and encourage you to turn on the display products. I brought a product back because I thought it was defective. They took the time to show me how to turn it on properly. They also used gloves keeping everything sanitary.

Things can be pretty pricey here, but overall there is a good selection and you can probably find what you are looking for. Store is divided into two rooms and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledge and inclusive of all sexualities and preferences. Its a great place to be/shop at without feeling judged or looked down on.

Visited this shop on Sunday 7/28 and had a fantastic experience. The store is gorgeous. Well laid out with a huge selection of toys. The prices are a bit high especially for the BDSM impact toys (they are way cheaper directly through the artisans who make them) BUT I’m willing to pay it because 1) the information and education from the store staff was on point and 2) being able to touch and see toys before buying them is my preference. This location had a lot of unique items that we’ve not found elsewhere which made our experience even more enjoyable. We also were given an unexpected (and much appreciated) 20% off. Didn’t even realize it until after we got home and looked at the receipt. We will be back next time we’re in town. Best sex toy store I’ve ever been in!

Huge selection, quite clearly queer- and trans-friendly, sociable and helpful staff... A sex toy shop you can feel great about supporting. Feminist-run, workshops offered, emphasis on education and safety... if you’ve always wanted to visit this kind of shop but always been too nervous to actually do it, Good Vibrations should be your first time. No judgement, no stress.

My group wasn’t allowed in because we didn’t have acceptable ID — we are all in our mid-20’s. Very dissapointed, won’t be trying again.

Great place! Very friendly. Prices are high but its all quality stuff. You get what you pay for in expensive toys.

With such a welcoming environment and being heavily involved in community education, Good Vibrations is the best adult toy shop one could hope for. Especially female and queer friendly. All the employees Ive encountered have been pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable. They have a great point rewards system, too!

The Nordstroms of adult stores. Super clean, well kept sex positive environment with polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are like the waiters at an upscale restaurant who never hover but are always right there when you need them.

Great customer service even when you walk in 10 minutes before closing.

Rasict workers they watch you.if your not white they stare at you.Follow you around the whole store. While leaving the white customers unattend and leaving them plenty of time to steal and leave. While you are looking at the items and move a couple of inches away they come next to you and check to see if you stole or see if you took something.

The staff is really knowledgeable about all the products and safety practices. Theyre always helpful and non-judgmental. They also have lots of great workshops!

I have been trying to get a functioning toy for four months. First, product was weak. Then, product was defective. I was supposed to be sent a replacement but it was out of stock. Unacceptable to be dragging on for so long. Furious this company would market themselves as body-safe and pro-women in exchange for charging higher prices for defective products. I would NOT recommend Good Vibrations.
