On arrival the host I asked if I had a phone so I could take a picture of my group and myself to use as a contactless proven attendance. Otherwise it was good. The staff stay on top of the disinfecting and there was hand sanitizer on the beams. It was as colorful and bright as ever of a little quiet. Which was nice. It felt we had the place to ourselves.

Invited by some friends who have children to help them out. The place was kinda run down looking. Staff was nice. Didnt get food so i cant rate it. They do have sanitizers located around to clean up.

I havent been to this Chuck E Cheese since before all the closing of businesses occurred due to the covid 19 virus. I was happy to hear that it was able to open up. On a Monday, early afternoon, my wife and I took our 3 year old grandson. There were not that many cars on the parking lot. We were not given a stamp upon entry. We took a group photo of us using my cell phone. This photo was to be used when we left the premises. We played the game machines. Some of the games we tried to play were not working properly. We did not order any food. There were no tickets to collect from the games. All the winning tickets we kept tallied on the Play Pass card. It was very different. My grandson still had a good time. All we can do is accept these changes for now. All I can advise for people coming to this place is to be patient. Things will get better.

Didnt expect so many people. Some where mask other didnt. Children not wearing mask. Didnt see anyone cleaning tables, chairs, machines, etc.

We had a fun time. Happen to be a bus load of kids there at the same time and their teachers werent being too attentive to them unfortunately. Other than that me and my 2 and half year old had fun. Good selection of games for younger kids. I felt it was clean. All the games were working. Pizza was decent. And reasonably priced considering what you get out of it. The bus load not being there would have greatly improved experience.

Im glad my kids had fun for my sons b-day. But with only a dozen people in attendance, the line was too slow. 15 mins standing in line. Finally got to the front and the employee walked off. Customer service needs improvement. Disappointed.

We’ve come a few times over the last few months. Always have a blast. Pricing is affordable and our kid loves it. Staff members are kind and always pleasant too!

Very friendly staff. Especially the young lady who was in the front. Everything was very clean and sanitized. A good amount of 2 player games were either shut off or only 1 player which was unfortunate but expected. Other than that it was a pleasant visit.

The place is OK, the staff was adequate (not overly friendly considering its a childs place) but the cleaning (disinfecting) could use some work. Every time weve gone there the kids end up sick. We just dont go in the winter and try to clean things the kids touch as we go along. (with our own wipes)

Bathroom couldve been cleaner especially being that we are in a pandemic the stalls was horrible but our hostess was awesome

This Chuck E. Cheese is phase 4 and has a studio c alpha, also, it apparently has it’s own street name, called Cheese E. Street, that is super cool.

Seems like they down sized threw the years from when i was a kid i was so excited to take my kid there i felt like a kid again my son had a blast with the games and the little rides. Im definitely going back there the staff was decent enough they all seemed very friendly. As soon as we got in the car the little guy was passed out. We had a great time there and cant wait to go back.

We had a playdate with 4k friends. During the day when the other kids are at school is the perfect time to go. Our crew had a blast and we didnt have to worry about them being run over by the big kids. We used the online hour coupon for a great discount.

Always a great place to take the kids to blow off some steam and wind them down for the evening. The pizzas are great, too. The games have changed to a timed play-card system, which can be a little much for kids to handle alone responsibly.

The 3 stars are for the fun my 3 grandchildren had. This is a large, clean Chuck E Cheese. It must have been renovated since there isnt the original stage with the animatronics. In fact, the entire time we were there Chuck E Cheese stayed in his mouse hole and never showed his face. The person taking the tickets was very friendly and patient with the children. Kudos to her! She also makes the cotton candy. I gigged them 2 because of the beverage area and the Mens room. I included pictures of the beverage area. One of the two straw dispensers is broken. One tab is missing so when a straw is dispensed it falls into the beverage drain. The caffeine free diet Pepsi tasted bad even after the manager changed the syrup. I was told that another customer complained about the same issue with the soda. And its expensive! $2.82 including tax for a 12 oz. fountain drink!?!?!? As for the Mens room, it was clean but the urinals are just stinky.

I love this location compared to others around Milwaukee. It has a better selection of games and they usually are all working. Ive never had any bad experiences here since I was a child. Id recommend this location to anyone.

Its is a classic place to celebrate your kids birthdays and my daughter LOVES Chuck E Cheese so as long the kids are happy so am I...

Yesterday I Had My Son 1st Birthday Party There(My 1st Party Booked There) and it was a great experience. Great Customer Service, Party Host(Marisha) The Party Supervisor (Haley) Rock. They were both Awesome, Thank You Ladies Both For Helping My Son Birthday Even More Perfect

When I was there the facility was clean. There was a gentleman running around to fixing machines if they were out of order and helping out. Pizza was decent. Easy to get coupons off of the website which makes it more affordable.

Kids Love the food and there games

First time at Chuck E Cheese since about 1985 when I was a kid. Took my 6 year old daughter for lunch on a Wednesday. No admission fee which was nice. Purchased a game card with 40 game credits from an automated kiosk for $20 that was easy to use and quick. There was a decent variety and quantity of games to play. Each one cost 1 credit to play. The reward for playing is tickets that can be redeemed for candy and prizes. Ordered a medium pizza with 2 drinks and cheese bread that cost about $25. The the food was decent and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I was happy with our experience and will definitely return.

Clean and they take your temp when you arrive, it’s a selfie policy instead of a hand stamp policy, and they have a lot things and tables closed off for social distancing. Also, they are cleaning as people move from places.

Went for a visit on a Thursday afternoon right at opening with my 3 year old son and my mother. I have not been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid myself and didn’t know what to expect anymore. I highly recommend getting the stuffed crust pizza! It was delicious. However I have to say the highlight of this place is an employee named Rachel. My mom has brought my son here a few times while babysitting. It was so cool that Rachel remembered them by name, as well as many other children! She also made sure all the kiddos in the morning got a fair shot at a few tickets during the hourly ticket drop! She was a real rockstar and we will definitely be back!

Pizza was so thin. Pricey. They should really have prizes for 1 ticket & 5 tickets. Not 15 for one fruit tootsie roll. Manager was pleasant, but the gal working wasnt very friendly. Fun time for the kids though & that matters most!

We were there Yesterday 9/13 for my grandsons 4th Birthday party We go there Quite a bit But Yesterday was Just Terrible Restroom where a Mess in No Paper Towels Stalls Looked Terrible poop n Toilets, I Spoke With Management she said she would Take Care of it Well she Didnt, We were there from 1 to about 830 So a Good Amount of time Like I Said it was a Birthday party so had a Good Amount of People in Our Party, We Had About 4 or 5 Pizzas So We All Spent a Good A Amount of Money I REALLY Wanted a SALAD But n The 8 Hours we were THERE Not One Person Went to Over See That Every Thing Looked good or even the Right Temperature The Food That was on The Floor be we got There was STILL THERE WHEN WE LEFT And Soda Machine was Never Taken Care Of Floor was Sticky The only Thing I seen the Manger I Spoke with is MAKE Cotton Candy, Im Sure She was doing other stuff as well I know the Guy Manger was Running his Butt off as he always is. But we ended up Leaving like I said about 830 as the Customers Changed in the Smell of Weed was in the Air Im Sure we Will Be Back Just Hope its Different My Grandson Loves The Game n Rides not The Big Mouse to Much LOL

It was slow there for a Thursday night. Lots of parking. Pizza was very good. Workers were very pleasant. Service was good.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party there last weekend. Its never a good sign when you walk into a kids place and two fully armed guards are at the door. Not just guys with pain clothes and a gun. Cop looking like security with an outer bullet proof vest on and full police duty gear. Further, my daughter had all those stupid tickets to turn in. Two out of the four machines were working. Kids were lined up forever. Some kids had bags of tickets. You can imagine how fast a 7 year old can load in 500 tickets. I guess this place has not discovered technology and done away with the stupid tickets. I dont think I would let my kids go to a birthday party there again. The general feel of the place was not comforting.

The pizza was better here than at some of the other locations

There were only three machines working that counted tickets, and only one guy at the counter giving out prizes and he had no idea how to handle a crowd. Not his fault, but management needs to help their employees. Employees didn’t know how to explain how to pause cards. Half the games weren’t working. Kids still had fun but not worth the stress.

The Good: We brought the family as soon as they opened on a Saturday. It was great. There were only a couple of other families and all the machines were working. The staff was friendly and helpful.The Bad: The place was disgusting. All (yes everyone) of the rides were filthy. There was an old cup and straw in one. In another there was dried juice or soda. In the top of the play center/tubes there was standing (what we hoped was) water. It was clear the place was not cleaned for days based on the amount filth throughout the play area. This is concerning because littler kids are crawling all over this equipment and it is not kept sanitary.We did not go into the bathroom after being warned by one of the other families not to use them because they were (in their words) disgusting.This was really disappointing since we went first thing in the morning and hoped the place would be cleaned at the end of each day.

The food was good and the service from the staff was good as well. But there is a reason that they maintain 2 armed security officers next to their greeters. Its a shame.

THE GHETTO COME HERE. IT IS SO GHETTO & VIOLENT THAT THEY HAVE MULTIPLE POLICE OFFICERS WITH GUNS WALKING AROUND. IT IS WAY OVERPRICED, THE GAMES SPIT OUT 1-5 TICKETS ON AVERAGE AND EVEN THE TOYS THAT ARE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS ARENT EVEN GOOD TOYS! Spend $100 and you’ll get just a stuffed animal and a cotton candy bag.......Go right ahead! I can go on and on but I’m not gonna waste my time. I just Won’t come back.

As terrified as my wife and I to go, it wasnt too bad. OK, so you should prepare yourself for the mayhem associated with several hundred 3-7 year olds high on birthday cake and with senses pinned in the red from endless blinking and beeping electronics, but... It could have been much, much worse. Same with the food. Not great, but certainly tolerable. Service was fine, and adjusted a little bit higher because if I had to work here, Id be a broken man within a month. So hats off to the brave men and women of Chuck E. Cheeses, for giving their sanity so we might keep ours. Otherwise, its way cleaner than youd expect, and while having armed, kevlar-wearing guards seemed draconian at first, it took only a few minutes to understand that they were having the desired effect and maintaining, um order.

Ghetto it was just like all the other one’s no tickets in machines pizza salty just a mess never again .

Chuck-E-Cheese just is not what it used to be. Shockingly the food used to be phenomenal. Now it is subpar to say the least. also it seems like theyve cheaped out on a lot of things to include prizes for the kids. Overall it would not be my go-to to host a birthday party anymore.

I wish I could give this negative stars..... 2 huge fights in less then an hour. My children and her friends from her party seen a young adolescent get tazed... It was absolutely insane. NEVER again....

6/23 we get there a little after opening and the system is down and not working you cant order food but you can play games...ok that sucks when your children want pizza and you cant bring in outside food...(the manager was nice to give me change for the card machine though thanks) the bathroom was DISGUSTING hadnt been cleaned at all but again this was first thing in the morning.....some of the games didnt work but no one was around to help with that and then when we were trying to cash in the tickets only two machines worked.one restarted on my son so we had to tell the manager what it had before it restarted and thankful she believed us because one of the other employees was standing there. OH YEA and then miraculously when we were leaving you could order food .....hmm couldve made an announcement or something..children had fun they know no different but i can say somethings need to be addressed there

Never a disappointment here at this location. Food is always quick to come out when its ordered and the staff is super friendly for the most part. You have a couple bad apples but they definitely dont spoil the bunch in this situation. Its also nice and open and doesnt really have that cramped feeling. Of the 3 local establishments this is by far the best one in town.

The employee in the costume would not leave our terrified birthday girl alone, she was clearly not feeling the mouse, but he kept circling back to her. When we alerted another employee about the situation, she talked with the costumed employee, who then took the costume off and stared at us the remainder of our visit, very uncomfortable. Then there was an 18 mo old child that was completely unsupervised by his parents and kept grabbing our kids tickets/games, (not the young childs fault, just bad parenting). Overall not a great experience, will not be visiting anytime soon.

I went on a week night it was clean quite an fun.

Still a great place to bring kids and the kid inside all of us. Some time this year Chuck E Cheese changed from token fed hand to cards that are worth points or a certain amount of time. You can really clean up with a 30, 45 or 60 minute card. Myself, my wife and daughter had one 60 minute and one 45 minute card and we earned over 1300 tickets and my daughter picked out a bagful of toys and candy and we all had a great time. The last several times we have visited CEC all we did was play games. Watch out for the two foot and three foot tall ticket Snatchers!

Good food and service. Very clean. Great staff but the overwhelming smell of marijuana throughout was overpowering. I think it was from other guests but it was everywhere.

Good pizza. Lots of family fun. The time cards are really nice. I wish the play equipment was more suitable for todlers. Overall great place.

Overall We had a great time, staff was nice pizza came out fast and was good. The machines worked and looked clean. The only bad things was the bathrooms where filthy and if it wasnt an emergency we wouldnt have used them, also my kids came down and didnt want to go back in the indoor play equipment area cause they said it was dirty and sticky.

Kids love this place. It used to be horrible with adults getting drunk and causing trouble. They now have security guards. Their pizza has changed. Its delicious now, with lots of different toppings. Plus, they have delicious sides and an open salad bar. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Its pricey, but every now and then its a treat for my kids. Get the timed points, they are unlimited play on ALL the games and rides.

Great Staff! Love the 20 dollar unlimited play for an hour. Games all work and parties are timed correctly so there arent a million little kids trying to play ga or games all at once. Its also easier to keep track of your little ones!

The lady was NOT nice! Very rude. Didnt help us when we asked for help with pausing our cards. I went up to ask for cups for water. She didnt help me I was ignored.And she told my grandma to just wait. Because shes getting g a drink.... what?!?!She also tried to get more money out of me when we ordered our pizza by asking if stuffed crust was fine without telling me its $2.00 extra. I had to reread menu myself before answering, No.Im just happy I didnt have to deal with her when my kids were picking out their prizes.Rest of the staff was great. But one bad egg ruins it for everyone.Also in the bathroom, out of 7 soap dispensers, 5 of them didnt have soap.

Workers are very pleasant and very quick to help with anything you need. Very clean which is huge because not alot of chuck e cheeses are. Its very fun and theres an area made for toddlers and smaller children while another area for bigger children. Really fun for a family night or for just your children to pass time! The pizza and food is always fresh and amazing!

Had a great birthday party this weekend for my 2 sons. It varies drastically time of day and day of week you go. Armed guards came about 2pm and they were needed and felt comfortable with them there. Staff does best they can and all went great.

Chucky is getting lazy. His dance moves, his personality its just not exciting anymore. It wasnt too crowded this day so that was cool. The pizza wasnt that great either Ive had better pizza at this location so maybe the cook was half sleep or running out of ingredients. Hell I dont know

Had a great time with my family. Arrived around 1130 on a monday not crowded at all - was enjoyable. Choose the minutes not tokens. For 2 hours its $30+taxs and its unlimited played with the minutes - you get your moneys worth with the minutes. They have a more spacious toddler section then the other locations. They have it actually sperated from the bigger area- its really nice. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Place was clean as well as the bathrooms. Be careful not all games give tickets.
