Amazing!Dinosaurs all over the park. They are so realistic that scared my Grandson and he loves dinosaurs .Today the zoo wasnt that crowded and we all had to wear a mask while in park covering mouth and nose at all times. They will be at the zoo until November 1 2020.

The reservation /checking in/parking was very easy going and no hassle. Not the zoo fault but a lot of the animals went unseen. All indoor exhibits closed including the cafe. The playground equipment /splash pad was also closed. However the dinosaur exhibit was great and maybe saved the day at the zoo. A little upset that we still have to pay full price.

It was awesome seeing all the anamatronic dinosaurs.. only down side was, because of covid you were not able to see indoor exibits which took away from some of the fun

Prefer the south entrance for its close proximity to the entrance to the zoo.Sign is well labeled and can see the zoos attempt to encourage 6 feet distance and mask wearing.Unfortunately the patron at the zoo is not being responsible, since too many people took their mask off.. both adults and kids. There is no staffs around to reinforce the rules. Its a great place for kids, but probably wont visit again or come back on a day that school is not off.

Brookfield is always amazing! You can tell they care about the animals when you see the well kept enclosures & the way the staff interacts with the animals. Even when its raining & you forgot to pack your boots, the animals, enclosures & now the dinosaurs keep you easily distracted from your soggy foot wear.

Best parking lot ever!!! So many spaces to choose from it was hard to select. Upon return, our car was still where we left it, just amazing!

They had an amazing assortment of dinosaur statues with some automated movement for the face and tail. It was extremely fun! The animals were not all out much because of the heat, but overall it was fun as usual!

Theyre handling the COVID situation perfectly. Was not concerned for my familys safety here. Best of all, not too crowded and still has the same attractions as before.Yes, its a shame the indoor displays and carousel isnt open, but thats not an issue as safety is more important than an attraction. Love the season deal so definitely coming back!

Great family experience! Family membership is a must since it takes several visits to see all exhibits. Of course, during the heat of the day, most animals are resting in the shade - Best viewing times for animals is in the morning. Front gate employees are helpful!

I just cant say enough about this zoo. We are members. It is definitely worth the money. It is a whole family adventure. From the youngest baby to the best grandmother (:)), there are things for everyone to enjoy. We like it every day my grandson Nolan (6) and I go as much as possible to walk and exercise. I use the membership as an out of school teaching tool. When we get there 1st thing he asks for a map.We fill our permanent cups, sit down and Nolan uses the map to plan what we will see that day. This is big stuff to him, its very important. He knows for example that on the map things are very close, in reality its a long walk. So he will decide what animals he wants to see, then the best route to see them. As we walk he will use it to figure out where bathrooms and drink refills are.Special events, my favorite just passed, New Years Eve. The New Years count down at the zoo is at 8pm. This allows you party with your child then get home and go out. 2nd Summer nights, the zoo is open later, live music and all kinds of fun stuff. 3rd Boo at the zoo, we love Halloween, you wear a costume to the zoo.Up until now I have spoken about what fun it is, now I will give my view point. There are people who think zoos are horrible, cruel etc... in other words they should no longer be.I dont want to argue just to give a review.I am not one of those people . I believe that Brookfield Zoo is a fabulous place to teach your family how to save the wild life and our planet. The best example is the Polar Bears floor. When you walk in their house the floor you are on is made up of pictures of ice burgs, as you walk they get farther apart. Nolan and I jump from one to the other then back. As we do I explain to him why they are getting farther apart. I tell him if we dont take action to save the planet we will hurt each other and kill the animals.Teach you children well!

Went today during CoVid restrictions. Very few people. Bonuses were easy parking, clean bathrooms, lots of open space. Cons were few food places open including limited water stations, none of the inside exhibits open, no cooling stations. Overall Im glad we could do something relatively safe with the kids.

We do love to zoo but masks are about 50/50 right now and there are many sections where, in spite of the lower capacity, we found it difficult to keep 6ft from everyone. Im not convinced it ought to be open. In a normal world, we love this place.

Very disappointed with membership this year.Sent out several offers to join.Except when you renewed the membership they said promo code no good. Second mailing said promo code no good. Was there & couldnt get my membership or additional membership offers. Doesnt matter ... nothing is open. Lost out on bands this summer. Tried several times to get reservations & believe members should have top priority.

Very poor (no) policing of mask policy. Many visitors ignoring common courtesy of social distancing and ignoring posted signs encouraging mask useage. Surprising due to the large number of multi-generaltional families attending the day of our visit.Prices for food and beverage amongst the highest Ive seen at any zoo, anywhere.Facility is clean, animals are great, and staff is courteous and polite.

We love the Brookfield Zoo! Every year my parents get us the family pass so we can bring the kids all year. Great deal! It also lowers the cost for parking (free at main lot) and you get discounts on the permanent food structures. A couple visits and the pass has well paid for itself. The zoo is so big, you really dont need an excuse, to go four or five times a year.

Lego event was nice, the actual figures were spectacular. It us just awful tho that you pay to go to the Zoo and once you are in every exhibit is extra. Most habitats are small with very few if any items in them for the animals like boxes ledges tubs. For example the tortuous and zebra and several others. It seems all the funds go to the rain forest, phenominal by the way, or penguins... the large exhibits. I am a member for 2 years now and was denied my loyalty discount because it expired 2 weeks ago. Not too loyal Brookfield.
