The reason for 4stars was the long line to pay and get out.The staff was WONDERFUL!Just think the store was Understaffed.

Its always a pleasure to go in Michaels. The store is clean, staff is friendly and I can find every thing I need. Im usually in the paper craft section when I visit.

They had beautiful Christmas decorations this year, and the 40%off sales was great

Best lasagna I ever had from a restaurant. The cheese from the dish clings to the silverware as I take my first bite. I purposely didn’t eat a lot of the lasagna to save room for desserts. The grasshopper and tiramisu were just as delightful. This is officially my favorite restaurant.

They obviously have what you need as far as arts and crafts go. Good selection, fair prices. But asking for help is a waste of time. It took me 10 minutes and 3 people for them not to even know what I was talking about. After I was told they didnt have what I was looking for I searched isle by isle and low and behold there it was.

Reasonable framing prices. Lots of free parking. Doing a good job with wearing masks.

Fantastic up to date seasonal displays, but the Sculpey III was slim pickings at best.

Staff was very nice but I showed up one day after I was supposed to pick up my order and they cancelled my order and put everything away. So we had to go through the store and grab everything again. Little sad because they didnt even try to help us out.

Nightmare!!! NOT FOR MILDLY PHYSICALLY DISABLED!!! They discriminate!!! I could not purchase item in my cart, was observed by cashiers by another customer having items taken away from me. The cashiers just stood there and watched it all!! The other customer was physically grabbing the last of items away from me!! When I tried to purchase one of the items that was discarded them I was not allowed to do so. Manager after manager called while I was denied service. Cashiers refused to ring up anything. Cashier kept saying she witnessed another customer taking things out of my cart and putting them in cash register area and then cashiers refused to help me!!! They sent me back and forth from register to register and were not explaining what they were doing or why. When I asked for the address for a store where I could get the merchandise they were refusing to sell the cashier turned her head and said no. Just unbelievable. Clearly people just enjoy taking their frustrations out on people they think cant do anything about it.

An art lovers heaven, a creators paradise - fantastic collection. If you love to create - THIS is the place for you. Also has some very unique kids games (which is other than the kid-specific art/craft materials) and a whole lot of things thatll make your life and surroundings beautiful.

I like this store. Sometimes I go there just to look around and get ideas.

Many customers in line at 11:00 a.m. only 2 cashiers. Very SLOW check out.

With the holiday season and being fortunate to have my granddaughter with me i thought it would be nice to take her to Michaels. I am into all aspects of the arts and she is very interested and loves working in clothing design. Michaels has everything needed to get you started or help you keep going on the project that you may have started. My granddaughter fell in love and wishes she could spend more. For me Michaels has all my needs, along with great service. If your into arts and crafts you need to stop in and see what they have to offer, then pass the word. Happy creating!

Sure a better assortment of materials compared to Hobby Lobby and no in-your-face religious music. AND their prices are excellent for excellent quality!

Dont go here expecting ANY help if you cant find something or if you need advice on products or process. I was there for 90 minutes and never saw a staff person on the floor. When I checked out, there were 7 people in line and ONE cashier. Do they wonder why people shop online??

This Michaels is great. Although they can be short staff sometimes, the staff is always willing to help you. Sometimes you just have to ask!

The staff at this location are extremely helpful (especially in their custom frame section). They always try their best to point you in the right direction and a smile on their face! There are a lot of classes and things for children to do over the summer and Im sure they host other events during the school year.

They have a huge selection of craft supplies and educational toys. Also seasonal items are great. Be sure to use a coupon, if you dont have one ask at checkout and theyll help you out.

They have great quality items and lots of options, however unless you take advantage of their sales, youll end up spending more than you expect.

Nice selection of home decor and art supplies. I liked how the store had a method for finding your home decorating style. For example, there was a farm themed section, beach theme...etc. Thing were relatively easy to find.

It was ok. I bought a glass beaker and the cashier didnt wrap it in paper (my fault, I should have checked before leaving) and it broke on the way home.

Always fully stocked with plenty of craft items and projects.

Its usually hard to find a sales associate on the floor. I usually go in circles looking for someone. Very frustrating when you want to get in and out, but spend 10mins looking for someone first. Otherwise very nice place, I come often.

Michaels is the best! Make sure your mobile coupon is loaded before you go into the store, this location is kind of a dead zone. Always love their seasonal house items and decor.

Very organized, clean and well stocked store! Almost all the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, some need some extra training on basic craft supplies but over all this store will have what you need for crafting and at a great price!

I found a Disney Christmas storybook for a reasonable price for young children.

I can spend hours in this store looking at everything. They have a great variety in all kinds of hobbyist hobbies. They always have sales going on and you can go to there website and get a 40% off coupon (one item at regular price) any time you want. I usually stop in once a week just to check stuff out.
