New favorite craft store!! The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Sarah helped me on my last trip in and Im so glad I asked where to find something! She filled me in on when they would get more of the Halloween product in stock that I was looking for and their new rewards program when I was checking out. Mama loves a coupon! Ill definitely be back 10/10.

Lots of good stuff to create your masterpiece. A lot of things were on sale at 40% off. Found everything I needed. Friendly employees with great attitude.

Ordering online was easy and convenient. They didnt have everything I wanted, but Im sure thats because of all thats been going on. Pickup also went smoothly with order updates via email. The team members that helped were very friendly and polite. I cant wait to find my next project here!

The prices can be expensive, but they have everything you need for arts and crafts projects as well as school items. They also do sales and give a lot of discounts. The customer service is usually really good. Micheals will remain a favorite of mine as long as the customer service remains as great as it is currently.

They have glitter I cant otherwise find. Fast checkout and friendly employees.

I absolutely love Michael’s!! This location is always clean, well organized and the staff are just the absolute friendliest. I recently took a 103 year old WWI poster to be custom framed. They took the best care of it and did an outstanding job with the frame! Highly recommend going here for your custom framing needs as well as your crafting needs.

Best thing about the place is theyre OPEN ON SUNDAY. Courteous staff. Selection of certain types and brands of material and paints are limited for my needs, but theyll let me know quickly if they dont have or carry them.

Good place to buy supplies for your creative side. I like to make jewelry so I get beads and the parts I need to make beautiful pieces for myself, friends and family. Ive done other creative projects and get alot of my materials there.

I like Michaels because they have the scrapbooking stuff I need but their variety or quantity is not as good as Hobby Lobby

There are lots of sales going on at the moment. This holidays at Michaels are amazing. I removed 2 stars because there were only 2 people working the entire store (they told me) and they repeatedly sent us to the wrong section looking for iron-ons. When we checked out one of the young woman said if its not in those places we dont have it. #annoyed. The store is labeled. Other than that it was great and fun.

Create place to go for all your crafting needs! The floor staff was very helpful and even though the check outlines were really long they were checking everyone out very quickly. The cashiers were very nice and friendly. Even under pressure of getting everyone in line taken care of.

Very helpful staff & offered any discount Michaels had to offer. So pleased by the service Michaels personnel assisted with even climbing a ladder to get a Halloween Pumpkin down for myself to purchase.

Walked the entire store at least half a dozen times looking for the one item I needed. Learned two things.... 1. They dont carry the item I needed. 2. Despite having 10-12 people working that day, the staff will not be bothered by a man walking their store for 30 minutes and not buying a thing. Customer service is almost non-existent here in my opinion.

This particular location has a wide variety of items. It is similar to Hobby Lobby in some ways but I feel like it is more focused on arts and crafts. Theres a huge selection of paints, stencils, canvas, frames, and scrapbooking supplies. I had a fairly specific shopping list for my sons bday party decorations and even found a J canvas that I never expected to find without special ordering. You can sign up for emails to get coupons but you also get them at check out. I would recommend watching their sales.

The three stars are because of the total lack of customer service in this store. I think I was in there for about 45 minutes must have walked around the store three times and did not see a single employee other than the cashier. The help buttons were non-functional. The toilet stalls in the restroom were out of toilet paper. Directional signs at the end of the aisles were too high up and too small with white lettering on a red background that Blended in with the holiday items spread out throughout the store. This is a big store that should have more staff. In addition they have many items but in some cases they dont have all the items that you need to complete one craft, for example in the embroidery and needlecraft section. I drove an hour and a half to get to the store and was very disappointed. The Oklahoma City Michaels on North May just off of 50th Street is smaller but much better and has plenty of staff available to help you find what you need. I guess I should have called before making the trip but geez would anybody have answered the phone?
