Took Betty here for 3 days for her birthday this year.August 2019 the best time we had . Looking forward to taking her to Florida this winter.

We were going to my daughters college for family weekend. We booked our stay in July for October because we knew from past experience all the hotels book up fast in that area. When we got to Point Pleasant Inn they didn’t have our reservation. Hotels.com never sent our reservation to the Inn. They were booked solid. The woman Kristina was absolutely wonderful. She tried to set things right by contacting Hotels.com. But they didn’t help her or us at all. Kristina gave us refreshments and snacks while we waited. She offered us a 50% discount on our next stay. It wasn’t even their fault and she went above and beyond to help us. We waited for about 1 1/2 hours for Hotels.com to call me back with options. I never heard from them at all. Kristina told us to go have dinner with our daughter and she would stay in contact with us. She contacted us a short time later and said one of the guests was not coming. So she gave us the room. We were very lucky. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room and services were top notch! I plan on going back. To this day Hotels.com has not contacted me. Very poor on their part.

A unique setting and very well run guest house. The suite was very comfortable and the breakfast all freshly cooked and delicious. Tim was a. Dry gracious host.

Point Pleasant is a very quaint yet luxurious estate. The Property is old but beautifully maintained. The ammentities are outstanding. Cleanliness and staff are incredible. Breakfast was incredible. Snacks, water, and Ice cream available for late night snacking. Bicycles, excercise room, and recreation options were terrific. Our room was so comfortable. A true 5 star experience.

Absolutely perfect and amazing location and Inn. Very friendly innkeepers, not snobby. I cant recommend it enough for a romantic summer vacation. The house and grounds are more beautiful than pictures can do justice to. Every amenity has been thought of. Paradise on earth.

What a wonderful peaceful place! The Inn is beautifully maintained and very clean. Spectacular views across the bay. The staff is so friendly and accommodating-you feel like you are at a friends home. The beds are nice and firm-great if you have back problems. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for two days with our young adult children (early 20s), and it was an extraordinary respite for all of us. The inn in in a very beautiful spot and the house has every amenity graciously available. Another reviewer described this inn as far more like staying at a rich uncles country house than like being in a hotel or even a more usual bed and breakfast, and that was our experience as well. Everything was done to anticipate needs and to make you feel welcome. Little things like flashlights and a basket of towels next to the patio door inviting a soak in the hot tub before bed (the lights of the bridge make the view of the bay especially beautiful at night), the coffee and tea room, the freezer always full of ice cream, the always available snacks or glass of wine, the library of books and DVDs, the beautiful public rooms that one really felt welcome to sit in. We had torrential rain one day and watched deer from the picture window and played darts and billiards in the basement. When the skies cleared we used the lovely pool and took the inns bicycles to ride into town. And the breakfasts are fabulous. In all ways a magical place.

We went on a whim for an overnight stay and were thrilled to find that the pictures online did not due it justice. The inn, grounds and amenities were top draw-beautifully maintained and tended. The owners and staff made us feel extremely well cared for. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to a larger space at no extra cost. We have been charmed by this inn and look forward to our next stay.

This was a difficult logistical weekend for my wife and I : I spent long days at a clinic several miles a way and she had reports to write. The luxurious facility couldnt have been more perfect.I had my early breakfast with the cooperative and gracious cook, watching the deer wander over the spacious lawn. My wife enjoyed the more elegant official breakast, the myriad common rooms and elegant grounds, pool & hot tub, along with the wonderful admirals suite. There is certainly elegant dining in the town of Bristol. It was perfect (can I say that enough?) and we are both grateful to the owner and staff for their kind cooperation and hospitality.

We just returned from 2 nights at the inn. We were immediately impressed with the location. The accommodations were impeccably neat and beautifully decorated. No stone was left unturned from the delicious breakfast, to the cocktail hour. It was the perfect weekend getaway and we have already recommended it to all our friends.

It was truly a wonderful experience. It was like living in our dream home for two nights. We were surrounded by beautiful art , gardens and yes waterfront property with a small beach & wooded forest. Gunther, Christine & Fran(our chef), smothered us with hospitality.

I was in the area so didnt have the chance to fully enjoy PP. this is an amazing place, tucked away in a beautiful location but close to things. The hotel, rooms, service, location, everything is superb. I cant wait to return here for pleasure.

The Inn is conveniently located to Boston with serene waterfront setting. Minutes from downtown Bristol and just a short drive to Newport. Fabulous

Als ich ankam war mal niemand da, nachdem ich dann von vorne rein kam, tauchte dann mal nach15min jemand auf. Ich war der einzige Gast. Jacuzzi musste erst geheizt werden, ging 45 min, weil nur noch ein düse geht. Für denPreis der verlangt wird ganz klar überteuert, weil nicht mehr alles geht. Türklingel und Jacuzzi. Kleine Zimmer. Die Aussicht ist ganz nett und auch das Erdgeschoss ist schön.
