They got my money and kicked me out three days later

As I have gotten more used to the area its not so bad everyone is friendly but mostly keep to themselves and its quiet and you have more privacy than I have seen at other places. Its just looks rough but is a good place to live

The only reason giving this place a one star is because I cannot give it a 0 star. I have never in my life encountered more filthy disgusting nasty living conditions in one single place this makes the absolute worst government housing look like the ritz Carlton.

They paved their driveway but still has a few holes in places.

I have rented from the Dixons for two years only because we could not afford to move . not one thing was ever fixed before or while we were renting from them there answer was dont like it move but prior to move in they assured us that just get moved in and they would fix it when there manager [ Mike Dixon ] had time to get to repairs only repairs were the ones we did our selves , when we moved into the trailer it was dirty and trashed after one whole day of cleaning and steam cleaning rugs we settled in only to have the nightmare continue for two years because of our money situation and thats how the get you the know it cost money to move and rent another place . And the moment you give them a security deposit you may have just as well flushed it down the toilet it will never come back to you but the Dixons will enjoy your deposit .THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS YOU CAN NOT POST UNLESS YOU SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR !

Condemned tailors priced to high. Landlord will work with you which is a plus.

What experience dont like coming here the city dump is cleaner place.
