Flips is an amazing place for kids and families. Family owned and operated for 6 years! Instructors are dedicated, thoroughly trained, and professional. Young gymnasts and dancers who compete in Acrobatics (and their parents) need to understand that they need core strength before fancy tricks. Flips’ students get taught “strength before skills” and the proof is in the pudding with their scores at competitions.

By far, without a doubt Flips is definitely the best gymnastics center! Super friendly staff and amazing classes for kids of all ages! My daughter absolutely LOVES it here! And the recitals are insanely awesome!!
