Will say the price of admission is steep for a park this size (even with the small discount of purchasing online as opposed to at the park), however if you are a coaster enthusiast it is worth visiting just for Boulder Dash and a few rides on Phobia, as well as good for a day out if you live anywhere near here. Would visit again and would recommend, just be ready to spend more money than a typical park of this size.

Great visit! Fantastic COVID-19 procedures. There is only one BIG flaw with this park; the one train operations on Boulder Dash. By this I dont mean the park chooses to run one train even though the second is on the transfer track, they DONT EVEN HAVE THE SECOND TRAIN! They only have the blue train. I am curious on where the second train is. Other than this, park is solid. Nice collection of rides and friendly operators. Overall 4 star visit!

What a great place; I love this place for the family feel, actual good food and nice staff. Not to mention boulder dash which is one of the best woodies i the country. I got to say, the pandemic ops where very slow. Even on a slow day, the lines could got to 30 minutes for boulder dash. It wasnt a problem for me but could be improved a lot. Otherwise, this is a perfect, cheap, family owned fun park for everyone.

Beautiful park but the operations were terribly slow, even by pandemic standards and compared to other parks. Boulder Dash NEEDS 2 trains! Its not worth an hour plus wait with only 1 train. Hopefully the company that owns the park can get their act together.

What a great Amusement park. It’s got such a great classic feel mixed with great new rides. Tons of great places to get food. This park has water rides so bring a bathing suit but also has enough regular rides where you can have a great time even without one. This is the oldest amusement park in the US and it really has an old timer feel. This park also has rides for people of all ages. It also has wooden roller coasters that are not the best option for people with bad backs, so be cautious. Lake Compounce is especially beautiful in the Fall. With New England’s famous Fall Foliage and during Halloween time in particular there are extra fun events. The views from the park are also breathtaking. Lake Compounce itself is gorgeous and the wooded area surrounding the park are beautifully well

Someone HAS GOT TO FIX their online ticket system. First of all I’m in the middle of an order for Saturday September 5th and in the middle of ordering I’m adding on tickets it’s AUTOMATICALLY putting in tickets for Sunday the 6th. Thank goodness I looked it else half of my party wouldn’t have been able to get in?! ALSO WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL the whole system is automated so you can’t talk to anyone. Like what the heck?!?! So frustrating.

I have to say Ive been to this park before today and the cost to get in is on the higher price. I called at 9a.m today 9/7/2020 and was told that the family pack 4 tickets were not allowed to be use today only on the weekend. My childrens face dropped as I had to explain to them. On this time of Covid19 not going out much. Then I get text by friends who use the family pack tickets today and they got in just fine. I Called back and spoke to Daniela and told her I would give a zero star if I could. Why would you lie to me and let other people use the weekend pass tickets and not us. No compassion or care about how the children day got ruined. Go lie to someone else. Done with this park...

Took my niece and nephew and we all had a blast. My advice is to GET THERE EARLY. We stayed mostly in the water park, and early on it was fantastic. You could see by the afternoon the more and more people they allowed in, the less people were paying attention to the social distance markers. Irresponsible but It’s ultimately up to the customers to grow up, use their brains, and pay attention.

Lots of rides and games were closed. i understand completely that it was due to the pandemic however maybe there should of been at least a slight discount in admission which there was not. they were pretty good about social distancing. the 6 foot rule was enforced until you got to the water park section, just crowds of unmasked people with no social distancing. rather alarming.

First time visiting is in the covid era. The park is mostly open. Some rides werent running but most were. I’m really disappointed our trip to lake compounds was awful most rides are closed and they closed at 7 and the lines were incredibly long for the only rides they had open I don’t recommend going during the COVID period because it’s not fun at all we only got to go on 2 rides and a little while swimming and paid $75 on burgers and French fries most of their water fountains to fill up bottles weren’t working so we wasted our times in the lines to get fountain water because it was so hot out And barley could catch my breath with the mask on, all sweaty and walking up that hill with the stroller. It was my husband’s first time there because I took him because I had nice childhood memories at lake compounds but he was totally disappointed and so were the kids. Oh and we paid full price for admission they should at least offer lower admission because honestly for two rides we went on ? Was not worth the price we paid.

I def fell in love with this place. One day definitely isnt enough to enjoy the whole park with the family. The Covid protocol in place has been by far the best Ive encounter... temperature check, hand sanitizing stations all over, all staff reinforces mask wearing and 6ft distancing decals in all lines, including bench use for group as a whole. I brought my childs birthday cake and they were able to store in a fridge for me which is AMAZING! The only thing that needs a little improvement was the ice cube water in the wave and Kiddie Pool. As well as staff knowledge to basic questions or at least directing me to get an answer to a concern. These were minor but would had created a flawless experience since I have a small child and not many options on the areas to enjoy.

Lake was closed,, mammoth falls closed,, bumper cars closed etc...almost 1/2 the rides....the staff were out of control rude with the mask policy.....after all we are outside and keeping our distance..... Temps were checked to get in!!! Food was not great.. food service was bad and drinks were warm ....the staff did sanitize often. I wish I could give this negative stars. The worst experience of my life. The lifeguards are untrained and have no common sense at all. My five year old was sent down a water slide without my consent after I told them she could not swim. They would not let me down the slide after her and she began to drown. No lifeguards jumped after her and they would not let me into the pool to get her myself. A stranger had to bypass to save my child from drowning. I would not recommend going to this place at all. I bought season passes since the first time we went this season had low crowds and it also seemed that social distance and mask guidelines were being strictly enforced. Every time I have returned since then there have been more and more people without masks on- with no employees addressing this issue. The water park is packed and even though they are limiting capacity there, it seems to push everyone to the few attractions that are open. In a 200 foot radius I counted 27 people not wearing masks. Casually hanging out, several groups of parents with children well over the age of 3 who also were not making their children wear masks. Everywhere you look at this place people are not wearing the masks. This is a public safety hazard and will definitely be responsible for outbreaks if things do not change here.

This was our first visit. We have a 8 year old boy and 4 year old daughter. Daughter liked the small rides and wave pool. My son is not a big rollercoaster fan so he was a little bored but he did several small rides. Dont follow the GPS directions completely. Once you see the signs for theme park, follow them. Wish the road in had more signage. Life guards were too programed and wish they were more attentive and empathetic to the guests. Wish the park opened earlier and there was a bit more food chooses but what is there was decent. My wife did say the bathrooms were a bit grungy. Overall it was a good visit on a humid day but not too hot. We would go back. We come from the hospitality side so we see things that others dont see. We would recommend lake compounce.

I have been bringing my children and now grandchildren for more than 30 years. It has always been a wonderful place for a family to have fun in a safe environment. I am extremely disappointed with the new management. There are many attendants and food stall workers standing around ddooing nothing with very few rides open. The rides should be open with little or no lines to bring people back. The water park has virtually nothing open. There was not one slide in the waterpark open for my 5 and 4 year old grandchildren to slide on. Most of the big kid and adult rides are closed so the lines are not worth the wait. I spend 400 to 800 dollars each year and would never again waste my money. The french fries have always been delicious but now for more than 6 dollars you get almost no fries. They said new management doesnt allow them to fill the containers anymore. I spend more than fifteen dollars on fries each trip here in the past bit they were delicious and plentiful and now they are skimpy and cold and would not waste my money on them again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PASSES HERE.

The saving grace is the pictures infront of this huge tree of lights when you first get into the park. That is great! The food was mediocre and nothing special.
