Management here is a joke! They single out people and harass them yet let other get away with any and everything. But everything else is great! Quite nice and clean place to live low crime rate and neighbors watch out for each other and are pretty friendly....

Be careful with these people at the office. We received this at our door today 5/8/18 saying that the office notified us on 5/2/18 that we must mownour grass and 5 hours later we get a violation. Ill be in touch With BBB about this. Management feels they can send you a notice thats was suppose to be sent on Wednesday May 2nd but instead decided to mark it as May 2nd and send out notices on the 8th instead. Now we have a violation on our hands.

Ive been living here about six months, and I really like it. Its a mostly quiet neighborhood, and everyone that I have met so far seem like good people.

This was at one time the furthest point East in Brighton, (hence the name) but not any more! I go here quite often as one of my best friends had lived here for years. It seems to cycle through good and bad abd its on its up slope right now.

There is s woman here who works for the Dollar Store in BrightonI got stranded here and she offered me a place to stay at her house. She robbed me blind(more than 100 bucks. Then she accused me of stealing and chased me out of the hpuse.The police had to go get my property and a lot of stuff was missing including a Hard Rock Cafe Jacket. As I was being chased I begged the other people living there and all refused to help. BEWARE

Management has nothing thats absolute everything is different from one renter to the next totally amazing such place with that kind of disservice exist

About the rudest people Ive had the pleasure of offering my money to. They shout across the room instead of actually talking to you and lie to your face based on your age. If I could rate it lower, I would.

Found a home we loved its been a rough search we are young we have what we need to move in asap and we go in yo ask and look but when we ask about pets and what breads are allowed of course pitbulls get turned down but American bulldog dogs also, the lady in the front said that pitbulls and American bulldog are the same bread and that insurance puposedp wouldnt allow them but they are separate breads and she wanted to go off of a picture of the dog, any dog can look different than its own bread. I felt as if this was us being profiled and not giving the proper chance as everyone else just because this lady doesnt know her breads if its insurance purposes then why not go threw them dont tell me to show you a picture because you say you know your dogs when you just said pit bulls and American bulldog dogs are the same bread, glad that happen and we didnt end up going with this property, need pet freidly and someone who knows what they are talking about lol

This is the worst place to live, high crime even a murder a few years back, I do NOT recommend to anyone.

Constant harrasment from mobile home park manager towards Hispanic families. Parking is an issue even in your own driveway.

Over priced, bad management, lots of crime. Used to live there.

Im pretty sure the manager here has no idea what shes doing.

Horrible the manager needs to be replaced! They will complain about everything oh except when you overpay the rent. They still will make up lawn care fees a reason why they used the extra pay on rent. Think about it 100 times before you move here.
