Small but lovely! We enjoyed all of the information Marianne gave us in a tour of photographs. Also fun that its right by Main Street so it makes for a fun day of appreciating Brigham City!
Other years have been so much more fun and interesting. For my taste, this year was not.
Always interesting exhibits. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I bring a group of adults with disabilities and they are always pleased with the visit there.
Great museum for local history. Loved it!!
I like the way a visitor can browse and appreciate the history of BC with ease; location right on Forest below the Senior Center. I bought 2 of three of books offered to read about the development of this important Utah town with so much history & charm. My fathers side ancestors Jens Hansen a Veteran of The Utah war, who proved to be good with the Indians, came through Box Elder with his wife Birthe & family in 1863 at request of Brigham Young; following Elder Rich to Franklin Idaho then up thru Mink Creek to Ovid Bear Lake where my great grandmother Anna Sofia Hansen was born January 1st 1865. This museum features statewide displays of locale artist competing for best of show. The staff is helpful as well.
The quilt exhibit was awesome!
Wow. Went to the quilt exhibit today, nice variety and display. My seven year old really enjoyed the museum as it was so interactive. He got to use a pulley, use a grindstone, use a 3D viewfinder over a hundred years old....the list goes on. Great experience!
A little and the small size but it a great place to visit one in a while
