Sheila and her staff are so amazing, sweet and helpful! Thanks for all you do for the marine babies
We just purchased a condo in Brigantine & found the museum to be very interesting. The Curator gave us a private tour of the museum. Brigantine has quite a past. The museum has many displays to go with its stories. A must do if youre new to Brigantine.
I was skeptical, Im from Philly and we have big fancy museums. But this place is very interesting and you can tell the people here really care about the people and the story of the shore and brigantine. Definitely worth taking a tour and spend a few hours.
Very cool place to visit. The gentleman who is there to answer questions was very well knowledged both in historic Brigantine as well as current information.A nice collection of artifacts - not huge-but yet enough to effectively tell the story of a community that was built from a former rum runners drop off and the last resting place of many ill-fated shifty ships that met their end in the waters beyond the island, to the quiet beach community it is now.Dont miss the Marine Animal Stranding Center next door. They do extremely valuable work.
We enjoyed the museum and Mr Gale gave us a lot of history of the town. We all enjoyed it even our 13 year old.
Very interesting place to visit, it’s small but very nice, some very interesting facts about Brigantine.
I love to see all the history of the place and its the only one near
We had a great time learning about the history of Brigantine and the Jersey shore. Go check it out, talk to the locals who run it, and donate!
Really cool museum. Lots of photos of historical Brigantine. Not a kid place.
This shows as open but is actually closed all winter
This is my favorite place!
