This place has so much potential.i enjoyed the trees and old structures walking the path along the river. in the photos a marvelous deformed tree sadly lost a branch but still presents itself magnificently.yet it has sadly fallen to ruin. it is a good duck in out-and-back hike at this entrance.but the trails in the map i found online do not exist.the kiosk has fallen over and i went in winter, so i have no idea if the path is groomed In spring. long dead weeds indicate it is not. because it may not be maintained i would go in the late fall, winter, or early spring to avoid ticks. looks like a good birding area as well. it could be 5 star if the area was maintained
