Fraudulent place. Came in June 19th for a conceal and carry class and applied same day. Did my fingerprints with a lady who no longer work here just to be told by state police there was never a tcn number provided for me! I paid $50 to have them done at this establishment. I’ve called and spoke with the manager who told me he’ll get me my refund after speaking with the owner here it is a week 1/2 later no call. Called today and spoke with the lady who works the front. She told me other people are getting the same error and was told by the lady she is waiting in an email about our tcn. I called the lady again today after speaking to her who then told me that she can’t even do anything about it due to her no longer working there and they just don’t want to give me my refund back. Been asking to speak with the owner but he’s supposedly never there when needed to be spoken with. This is a pandemic and no one can afford to loose money because you all want to be fraudulent about fingerprints. It’s against the law. And I want my refund. I was happy to hear this was black owned but now I feel like the owner isn’t doing what’s right and refunding people who already paid for their classes money for fraudulent fingerprints. Really sad and will never do business here ever again ..

Heard good things about them from a friend so I wanted to take the conceal and carry class. Unfortunately they lack communication skills, I’ve been calling for 2 months and no one answers the phone. I’ve left messages with no return call and an email. I guess they didn’t want mines or my group I was being in business...

The cashier wasnt wearing a mask and has NO people skills. I guess Latinos are not welcome here. She was so rude and there was another gentleman there who just stared (mean mugging). I said hi, how you doing? No reply just the stares as we walked out. I was wearing a Marine Corps shirt and felt like I was wearing something inappropriate by the looks we got. We all said what horrible customer service and will not go there again!

Great spot i used to visit last year before Pritzker bs shut thousands of ffls doors. Going back to where it feels like family highly recommended check them out. 9 lanes but place got character and the people knowledgeable in field. Enjoy

Has a gun range and a seperate rifle and shotgun range. Allows you to shoot 00 buckshot and slugs. Only range i have seen letting you shoot a shotgun

New shop in town , when there yesterday to buy ammo their prices are good and the people there are very nice , they didn’t have guns in stoke they said they where berly getting there , so ammo and range that’s the spot to go
