I was a VIP customer for many years. I would go to the club at least ones a week including VIP parties and special events that they always promote. I occasionally would also bring friends and new customers with me to the club. The staff including the bartenders, bouncers and dancers were all very nice, friendly and always professional. Until one day an incident happen 3 years ago and my husband and I got thrown out from the club and have not been allowed to come back. Just to let you know how petty, unsecured, male ego the Manager can be that he still prefers to continue loose money from a good customer than allow us to come back to the club after 3 years. Three years ago my husband, two girlfriends of ours and me went to the club on a Thursday night after having dinner and a few drinks. The club was completely empty with only about 10 people total and that was counting us 4. They only had about 10 or less dancers because the club was so dead that cold night. We sat by the bar on the main floor and order some drinks from one of our favorite bartender and we were having a good time. The DJ is awesome and always plays great music so that night the music was great like always. We were dancing (moving around while we were standing by the bar if you want to even call that dancing) and the manager comes over and tells us that we cannot dance. I asked him what does he mean we cant dance? I told him we were not dancing that we were just moving around and feeling the music. He continue to say we cant do that. I was getting a little upset because i couldnt understand why he was been such a jerk when every other time weve been there I move around and theres never been a problem before. I try to explain to him that we were just having a good time, we were not dancing on stage or taking any attention from the dancers and there was literally no customers but us so its not like we were causing a scene. He got upset and told the bartender to stop serving us because we were intoxicated. I became even more in rage and said a few bad words and called him some in appropriate names (that i completely admit that was on call for and unprofessional of me) . But i couldnt understand how he would stop serving us and kick us out when we did nothing wrong and we were spending money. We left and we got over it the next day and thought nothing about. My husband and I have been trying to go back ever since that incident (that happen 3 years ago) and they still do not let us in because of this Manager that still has a grudge towards me because i offend him in front of his bartender. Whats very sad and ashamed and stereotyping of female customers and not good business is that over all the past years that we were VIP customers, we personally saw many completely intoxicated to the point they cant walk, belligerent guy customers become disrespectful with the dancers, fighting with other customers and they get kicked out but theyre allow to go back to the club the following week. But me, who said a few bad words to a manager on an empty night is still not allow to ever go back to the club. My husband is allow to go in as long as he doesnt go with me. What type of business is this....... Its there lost that i will take my business and money to other clubs and establishments. So ladies, if your thinking of going to the club make sure youre not dress where youre showing too much skin according to them and make sure you dont piss off any of the managers because you will not be allow to go back.

I am perfectly capable of parking my own car instead of paying someone $5-$7 to do something that I can easily do in a truck, let alone a car. Thank you very much. Before you go back to the dance room with a girl, much sure you have a mutual understanding on just how many dances youre willing to pay for. Part of my experience has been some girls will try to rip you off. There is a $10 surcharge for using a credit or debit card. Be careful. Otherwise a good experience.

Stopped into this place for a couple drinks & to scope out the venue for a business partners bachelor party. The waitress was great. Then I was introduced to a manager, by the name of Tommy Poser, for some info on party packages. Tommy was a pompous fool. After speaking with Mr. Poser for a few minutes, I determined this wasnt the venue for our event. I was rather repulsed by his arrogance and lack of hospitality. After I declined a financial commitment to pre-book for our event, he seemed upset, and tried to throw his weight around, in an attempt to disrupt the remainder of my time there. Although amusing, those kind of actions seemed adolescent (especially from a manager), and reaffirmed the decision to choose a different venue. The dancers were also great, but their management was a deal breaker.

This was a first for me and my fiance. We had a great time and have gone back from time to time. We really enjoyed our time with Quinn. She was very nice escpecially just talking. The last time we were there we had Candice as our server. She is by far the best server weve had. Great service and, like Quinn, very friendly.

Got turn away because my buddy pants was not in policy dress code. Not allow to wear sweats pants type clothing. Bouncer said not the right fabric to wear. Where the dress code? Dont see anything like that at their homepage.

OPINION: Valet $5.00 very professional, coat check $, then on to the cash register $10 entry, 4 customers but the parking lot was full, paid for .69 cent bottle water $5.00 and shot of Tito’s $18., asked for premium bottled water for $8.00 but they had none??? Was seated at an empty table 10 feet from stage, however, the 3 exotic dancers I stayed to watch perform looked underage and frightened .........so this warehouse converted, money hungry adult entertainment venue SUCKS!!!! Spent $50 for 30 minutes of just trying gain entry to sit down relax and ease my mind!

I used to come here all the time to see Tyler. It was so sad to see how disrespectful most of the staff was towards her, as they constantly “lost” the stage money they swept up for her. Sometimes it was money I put on stage for her. Bouncer Tommy is awful. I only came to see Tyler and I made that known several times to Tommy. Even though he knew I was here for Tyler, the second she got up to go on stage Tommy brought TWO girls over and asked if I liked one of them better than Tyler. I did not. I also thought that was incredibly rude to Tyler as she is a very sweet and kind girl. It was also rude to me because I told tommy repeatedly who I was here for and he wouldn’t leave me alone about trying to find someone “better”. I stopped coming after that Tommy incident because it was just weird. I stopped in the other day hoping to see Tyler, but they said she doesn’t work there anymore. I’m honestly glad because she seemed miserable there. I will not be returning to Polekatz. The only good thing that was there isn’t even there anymore.

Went to Polekatz with my boyfriend for his birthday. Awesome experience.. This place is very well run and the girls are awesome. We did several private dances together with a girl named Ling. Drinks at the bar were fast and our bartender Christina was great. Floor guys were very accommodating and brought us Ling when we couldnt find her. Definitely a couples friendly club. 5 STARS

Had a great time! Everyone from the valet, security to the girls were top notch. Place is very modern and clean. Drinks were strong and the dances were extra long. No shortened songs here. Sat in VIP at the end of the night, worth the money and the privacy. Steak tacos were out of this world!

I liked the layout of the club, the happy hour dance specials from 4 to 7 p.m., the variety of private rooms, and the free cover to get in during that time. Other than that the club was not impressive.When your waitress and bartenders look hotter than your dancers, then you have a problem. Most of the dancers where either not exotic or too anorexic looking. Not enough busty or thick looking girls for my taste. Drink prices are pretty lousy and the club is strict on where you tip the girls when they dance on stage. Happy hour time has no effect on the drink prices.The club does not get busy during the daytime or evening hours which is another problem and a drag. Although I can see this place being somewhat better at night, I prefer going during the evening times just to get a feel of the place and what to expect. I left the place not having a great impression of it.

I had an hour UBER drive to this place, made sure wore nice clothes with a thin dress jacket. Because the jacket had a NorthFace logo they requested my jacket came off. I felt cold and uncomfortable without my jacket. But they still denied me entry. What was really outrageous was that I asked to use the bathroom while I was waiting for my ride back. And they made me take my jacket off and pay entrance to use it. Very rude staff. it’s like they take it personal. They lost my business forever. Used to like this place, but this was a total deal breaker. I would not recommend this place.

The manager Tommy wouldnt let me in because I wore this outfit and I had to cover up. I reserved a table three weeks in advance for my birthday this was a horrible experience. Management also told security not to let me in any of the VIP rooms wouldnt spend my money there ever again.

My friends and I have heard of this place many times but have always had bad experiences with strip clubs or gentlemen clubs as they like to call them. This was the first time I experienced an actual gentlemens club and now I understand what all the talk is about! As soon as we walked in they offered us a spot in the VIP area and the host was so nice but I cant remember his name. Vanessa is the BEST WAITRESS ever and made the entire night so awesome. 5 stars for Holly I was in Chicago last week for an overnight business trip. A friend suggested PoleKats. When I arrived the staff member sat me upstairs, which was very nice and clean. After having a drink, I was greeted by a stunning blonde young lady named Holly. Now- I thought I had a type (brunettes).. that is- until I started chatting with Holly. She offered me tour (with no pressure) explaining the different types/prices of private dance rooms. After doing a handful of semi-private $30 dances, it became very clear that I wanted to spend my evening with Holly (she as not only beautifu, but also damn funny and down to earth) We spent an hour in their Ultra Lounge which is extremely private, comfortable, and smoker friendly! All in all I had an amazing night with an incredible young woman. Thank you Holly for a great time. I will DEFINITELY see you when I get back in town!!!

Holy H.O.L.L.Y! Ive been here many times, usually have a few drinks and maybe a dance. All of the girls have always been sub par in my opinion (we all know the typicaldancer type) That is until I met Holly on a Thursday evening. This girl blew me away. Truly a breath of fresh air. Not only is she smoking hot, she was smart, witty, fun, absolutely the whole package. I did many dances with her and even spent an hour in the VIP room. Striper charge extra songs all the time

My first few visits here were good, the bouncers are friendly but my two recent visits leave a lot to be desired. The waitresses seem to have a habit of changing for drinks you never receive.A waitress charged me for drinks that I ordered but she never brought to the table, insisting that she brought the drinks that I ended up getting from the bar when she never came back. She bought a free round to compensate for the confusion aka the round she already CHARGED ME FOR!!! I wasnt impressed but it didnt keep me from tipping well and giving the place another shot.On my last visit when I asked to close my tab. The waitress returned without the detailed receipt and when I asked for it. She acted like it was an inconvenience to get it but she did, and immediately asked for the signed copy back (still tipped well). But when I checked the receipt later, there was a charge for four shots but I was in a group of three and we only had one round of shots upon our arrivalWhen customers are already spending a good chunk of money in your establishment, they should be able to trust they arent going to get scammed intentionally or not. When Im trying to have a good night out, one of the last things I want to worry about is getting overcharged.And to top it off, they make a copy of your ID and credit/debit card to keep on file which sounds like a recipe for disaster!

However, its one of those clubs that has valet parking. Im not into that. I dont like other people parking my car, but it was a great experience overall.

Been coming here for years and always have a great time and enjoy myself. From the start when Mike greets you as he valets your car, to when Matt greets you a the door to check your ID all the way to when Raji or Russell greet you as you take your seat to start the fun for the night. The staff is superb and the women are spectacular. This place is my go to club for when I go out.

Visited here over the weekend with friends. We decided on bottle service. Armand was an exceptional host, really took care of us the entire night making sure we had everything we wanted including women that fit our specific taste. The service provided was top knotch. There were A LOT of girls to choose from and most of them were VERY good looking. Had a blast!

When I asked her for the 3rd time for a drink her response was give me a minute. I walked out after that. If I cant get a drink in 10 minutes at the bar, Im in the wrong place.

The bouncers are cool guys which is rare well with me on the flip side they have the worst bartenders by the dj set. I felt intense hatred by the second the blind finally walked up. This club features women who have STDS, Herpes, AIDS, and a number of other very harmful diseases. This gentlemans club also serves food..how disgusting could one establishment be. The women have poor hygiene as when you walk into the club you can smell the foul order of dirty vagina. The girls in this establishment are unexperienced in exotic dancing as well as gentlemans club etiquette. Not to mention the club must be breaking about a thousand health regulation laws. Please save your self the money and health problems by not going to this poorly run business.

This was the weirdest walgreens ever. My doctor told me to go to 7337 W 100th Pl, bridgeview, when I walked in, I was nicely greeted by what it looked like a bouncer. As I entered I could not find my way to the prescription aisle. I was rudely introduced to the walgreens bartender and I was very confused why there were naked people in walgreens. THIS IS NOT WALMART PEOPLE.
